The dog park fences are not stable at the bottom so dogs get out of the dog park all of the time. That hasn't been an issue until recently. They have allowed two aggressive pit bulls to live here and one has bit 3 people in the park but since the pet owner with friends with the managers of the park there is no consequence for them. The other one bit my husband the other evening when he went to secure the dog park fence because it wasn't latched properly (poor design) and he wanted to protect the 7 kids playing at the park at the time, which is connected to the dog park. The owners gave them a warning and no other actions were taken. We could deal with the terrible wifi, awful bumpy road getting in, only 3 working dryers and no hot water allowed to wash clothes, but now that there are dogs allowed here that have to go through the kids playground to get to the dog park that have bit people living here, it is no longer safe to be here. So again, if you are thinking about staying here and you have children, DONT! These Pitt bulls could literally kill your children in an instant and the owners could care less about the protection of your family. We will be moving ASAP.

(Caught on camera 3 different times) Worry about washing your laundry in a  timely manner so others in the park can use the facilities. If I was washing my partners work clothes (4 pairs of jeans) mixed with towels, plus your clothes, and the machine was FULL to the top, surely none of it was cleaned. Probably why all your dogs hair sticks to the inside of the machine.. But instead, you're braiding someone's hair you warned my husband about their kids having lice when we moved in and for our kids not to play with them at the park.... Very weird behavior!! It states they have wifi which is not true. You're in bfe and crappy service and non existent wifi. It is super dusty because you're on a gravel/dirt lot. It was mostly men that worked on the oil rigs. I am a single female. I never felt unsafe here. There is nothing in the cabin other than beds, linen for them, a TV, dresser and 2 burner stove top. So bring everything else. I did laundry a few times while I was here and never had to wait until the last time when people had just left their laundry all day. Typically there are 2 washers broken and a dryer that is not worth a damn. They provided snacks and water in the main office. They were out of snacks for some reason the last two weeks I was there they had put a sign up saying they wouldn't have any for a few weeks.
