Why turn away $$$ ? During our travels, we stayed here twice! Once on the way to Quinlan and again on our way back to Northern California. The managers of this park are awesome people! During our short stays we were able to chat with them so much and learn about the area and them! Awesome family and park. I enjoyed their shower rooms and like their laundry room & lounge area. Thanks guys for your hospitality! See you again someday!

He always answers his phone, he will take care of anything you need and always gets right back to you, if you have a complaint about another tenant or an issue of any kind, Shane will do his best to handle it. If you have small children, there is a downside, they're expanding and the construction is noisy during the day. Also, this park is all dirt and rock, so no grass for your kids to play in and there are stray dogs that run around and will leave waste in your yard (which you will have to clean up yourself) They're dog friendly, they have waste bags for you to use on the side of the office, their prices are good for the area and the location is close to a lot of businesses that are convenient for you and your family.

For $800 a month, you can get more, at other places. Places right down the road with pools, AMAZING clubhouses and 24/7 locking gates. Dogs constantly barking. Yes it has concrete, but don't let that fool you. We're on a corner lot and have been asked to move our SUV MANY TIMES (which was not in the way/street) just so RVs can turn onto the row. Park swing has been broken the entire year and 3 months we've been here. Speed bumps falling apart, or on grass. Internet is very slow, and they just had new stuff installed. Run from this place.

Unbelievably rude manager. As a visitor to the property, I witnessed her obvious personal disdain…read morefor her maintenance in which she had no problem showing to paying tenants. Okay.\n So I called this RB park and because my trailer is not appealing to the eyes, they refused…read moreto rent to me because they say my trailer is an eyesore, it's an older one. Yes, it's not falling apart, it just needs a little work, but because it's not up to their standards. They refuse to rent me a lot. And I'm not even asking to use their electricity. I have a generator that's a brand new predator very quiet. And they assume, I guess cause my trailer looks white trash. That I must have a white trust generator too, which isn't worth more than the lot they're renting me and my trailer combined probably 3 times over be very careful trying to rent with these people because if you're not up to their standards. They won't rent to you. I don't understand what the look of my trailer has to do would be paying my rent to rent a spot there. And my generator's not loud and doesn't bother anybody yet. This other r v plays , i'm at so why would they assume that it's gonna bother anyone around their trailer park.I was needing to move my trailer to a closer location.Because I'm trying to get to work at Walmart in the automotive department and where I'm located at right now.My uber cost me thirty dollars there and thirty dollars back , but thanks to these people discriminating against me, I'm not good enough to rent there and be closer to my job, so be careful without renting it in arby's spot there because they might discriminate against your trailer. Next, it aint even the person they're discriminating against, it's the look of my trailer. Cause it's not brand new\n It's all I could afford at the time when I lost my house.
