Dog park looks nothing like the online photos. Lots of trash and feces as well. Sites are very unkempt. One resident appears to be running a straight up puppy mill. It may be the best in Big Spring but it needs work for the nightly price. Would not return.

Also, it was so cutely decorated, it made you just feel valued as a customer. I feel like the host really went the extra mile with this. The bed was extremely comfortable and my husband and I slept like a rock. The bathroom was large, and the host provided an ample supply of towels and rags which helped make the stay pleasant. Sometimes when you go and stay somewhere, they seem to be skimpy in this area and you're having to ask for more, but not here. They also have a swimming pool with a connecting hot tub that's available all year long. We did not take advantage of this, but may in the future. We were in and out a lot because of family, but it surely looked nice. The hostess is very nice and greeted us with a smile. We met her one time on our way in, and she just seemed like a very nice person. If you're going down to that area and need to get away, I'd consider going there. It is far enough away to give you privacy, yet close enough where you can drive into the city.

Which means if there's any moisture whatsoever including the drip from your air conditioner you're going to be walking through pervasive clay that is close to impossible to get out of your carpet and really hard to keep the inside of your RV clean. The WiFi is so slow!!! Good signal on the phones but slow also. If the site had gravel or rock to help level them and keep the clay out of the RV I would've rated the location higher.

I posted pictures of my room for further proof of maintenance concerns. This place is packed so they're definitely not having any problems with booking guests but the 3.5 star rating was deceiving. Positive notes: quick and efficient check-in, coffee and a cold breakfast available each morning, plenty of clean towels, and new towels were replaced on day 3, the window unit cooled the room well, and cheap ($200 for 3 nights) you get what you pay for.
