We have been here since the First week of December 2024 and water has only been off Twice briefly when people drove over the sites water connections! Great Owners a pleasure to talk with ! There are SO many sites to choose from. We've been here for 3 weeks now and we have not had an rv on either side of us. Even if there was, each side of the site has a great amount of space. Curtis, John, and Lynn were able to help us with installing a new 15k ac unit on the same day as requested. We have a bulldog so things like that are extremely important. They also came to us! We didn't have to worry about packing the rv up and towing it to a repair shop. This will forever be our home when we decide to make our way down to Abilene. Thank you all at big country rv!!!

They do background checks, which I like, because I have little children that play outside. They also allow you to pay through PayPal which keeps it hassle free. If you are thinking about staying here and you have children, DONT!…read more We have lived here for 14 months and recently things have gone downhill. The dog park fences are not stable at the bottom so dogs get out of the dog park all of the time. That hasn't been an issue until recently. They have allowed two aggressive pit bulls to live here and one has bit 3 people in the park but since the pet owner with friends with the managers of the park there is no consequence for them. The other one bit my husband the other evening when he went to secure the dog park fence because it wasn't latched properly (poor design) and he wanted to protect the 7 kids playing at the park at the time, which is connected to the dog park. The owners gave them a warning and no other actions were taken. We could deal with the terrible wifi, awful bumpy road getting in, only 3 working dryers and no hot water allowed to wash clothes, but now that there are dogs allowed here that have to go through the kids playground to get to the dog park that have bit people living here, it is no longer safe to be here. So again, if you are thinking about staying here and you have children, DONT! These Pitt bulls could literally kill your children in an instant and the owners could care less about the protection of your family. We will be moving ASAP.
