The park is a work park. Not fancy but the WIFI works and they have a little store that has most things you'd need in a pinch. The office doesn't have official hour but you can call and they will answer. read more

DO NOT recommend this RV Park. I would give negative stars if possible. Made reservation 01-31-23 for 2-12-23. When we arrived there was no reservation for us. No pull thrus were available. They were busy partying and could have cared less. Did not say I'm sorry or offer any suggestions for another RV park. I was surprised to find an RV park this nice in the area. It's clean & modern with nicely paved roads & level sites. The staff is very friendly & they have everything you need....laundry, general store, clubhouse with pool tables & TV, covered outdoor patio, food & alcohol. I would highly recommend to other RVers. read more

We were so happy to get their last pull-through site for tonight as we drove through west Texas! The were so nice and even used text messages to give us information. Our site is long and wide with full hookups and it was a great stopping point for us as we are traveling from Carlsbad, NM to San Antonio. We also ordered a meat lovers pizza from their office/store and it was ready in 15 minutes and we even had a 10% off coupon! We were also delighted that they are a Passport America CG and our rate was just $17.50! We need to find more of these for sure! read more

This is a great RV Park and the owner is making it even better, construction has started on new showers,a new store with beer and wine ect., also a club house for the guest with big tv and pool table also laundry matt, the manager is great, venessa, thank u I will stay here again. read more

Place is super noisy at all times...management doesn't do a thing about it...cable bill wasn't paid for 4 days...no internet at all...smells like pee from dogs read more

It is just ok. Got there after dark in December. And had to search for the space with flash lights it was muddy and my boots weighed a ton when I got back to the truck. Next day took a shower and it was nice enough. See pictures of mud read more

Decent park , clean and close to town if you need food and fuel. Would stay here again if coming this way. Great Passport America rate at $17.50 a night.Space long enough for 40 ft fifth wheel and room for parking your truck. read more

The staff was very welcoming. The restrooms were clean and spacious and the wifi was Great! I only spent 1 night but it was peaceful and quiet. I would recommend this park and will stay here again if I'm in the area. read more

We stay at parks in many different states and honestly this is the first time I've dealt with such rude people. There's nothing stand out fancy about the place but it is decent. There is alot of trash and things they say aren't allowed are allowed, like dog poop, kids without adult supervision, little things like that. The rent is a little pricey but it does include electricity and water. The first month we were there we were out of water all night and the next day 3 times. They said a main water line broke. The second month we were out of the state for Christmas and when the 1st of the month rolled around we forget about our rent in Texas at their park. We never recieved a reminder (which most parks do) on the 5th when we were back in Texas I recieved a text telling me the rent was due, I was charged a $75 late fee! First of all how rude when you put us at an inconvenience 3 times with no water in one month with a baby in the camper, we had to get a motel 3 times due to this. Second of all from the very first day we arrived there we began receiving group texts about parties. If you can take time out of your busy schedule to send me that, you can absolutely send me a quick message about the rent being due! Another thing about group texts is our personal cell numbers were shared with all others in the park, I know this because I had their numbers in my group texts. YOU DO NOT GIVE OUT PERSONAL CELLPHONE NUMBERS! I was under the impression that when I filled out the paperwork in the office that it was confidential. The water went out another night and day due to cold weather, again it was an inconvenience but we sucked it up. We just paid our full $640 rent on the first, only to find out we had to drive home after 10 days in their park. I asked about a refund for the rest of the month but was told no. So we paid over 600 bucks for basically a week and they had already inconvenienced us more than once. Then the same day we pull out, THEY PARKED SOMEONE IN OUR SPOT! We never said we were never coming back, especially since they refused to refund our money! I worked at a park before and we could not double collect on the same spot. So wow, another 600 for the same spot but wait a minute, that's still our spot till the 1st of the next month! The young lady that works there has no people skills at all. When you run a business you have to be kind to the public, please and thank you go a long way. You are lucky if she acknowledges you when you walk in and she looks at you like you are stupid anytime you ask a question. If you can't work with the public then don't get a job working with the public! If there is a cheaper park near by I would recommend staying there. I'm sorry but her attitude will cost her business sooner or later. read more

Hat creek is a large park with many amenities. It is nice when working here to be able to come back to the camper and be able to do laundry, but some groceries, and let the kids play In the playground and never leave the park. Best park in big spring, a little expensive but worth it. Only four stars cause of the price everything else is great. read more

Courteous, easy check in. Our pull-through site was perfectly long enough for our truck and 34-ft TT. Did not have to unhitch - nice since we just spent one night here on the way to Ruidoso. Only complaint is that there's no grassy area to walk our doggie. But I get that it's West Texas and I supposthere's not a lot of grass anywhere read more

We have been traveling from California. This is the best RV Park so far. The lots are level. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
