They are a dog friendly park, so bring your fur babies, and they even have a laundry room on site. I work construction, so I move a lot, and never really know when or where, and the owner understood this, and worked with me on my departure time. This was extremely important to me, because most people try to cheat you out of your unused time that you've paid for already, but not these guys. All-in-all a very nice experience.

I'm only giving this location three stars because the sites are all cleechy clay. Which means if there's any moisture whatsoever including the drip from your air conditioner you're going to be walking through pervasive clay that is close to impossible to get out of your carpet and really hard to keep the inside of your RV clean. The WiFi is so slow!!! Good signal on the phones but slow also. If the site had gravel or rock to help level them and keep the clay out of the RV I would've rated the location higher.
