My husband and I have traveled the country, and this is by far one of the best we have stayed at. We came to Odessa last minute for a death in the family, and were originally staying at another RV Park. However, we moved after a few days to this park, and we couldn't have been happier. The pool, the gym, the laundry room, the pond are all such wonderful amenities that are such a rare treat, especially in this part of the country. Not to mention, the staff that works and maintains the park are all really wonderful, and care about the facilities, and want to keep it clean and nice. Huge thank you to Rhonda and the rest of the staff for making our accommodations workout while we were there - they really went above and beyond to make us comfortable while there. We will for sure be coming back here, and highly recommend it to anyone needing an oasis in the Permian Basin area! read more

No notice again. Was given paperwork that shows no fee to pay by bank draft and now without notice I was charged a fee.

Again, just another issue with this place. Came home today to 0 power and it being 94 in my camper. That was at 5, it's currently 10 at night and still not fixed. This isn't a first time occurrence, we continue to lose power frequently at this place read more

If there were a way to give negative stars, this place would be a perfect candidate. Had a coworker staying there to come back to someone moving into his room. When he confronted the person, he found his personal belongings had been gone through and some even thrown in the trash. Also, one of the employees had some of his belongings in his possession with items mixed from other luggage. Some luggage was tossed in the garbage like it was trash. When he talked with management, all they said was "I'm sorry this happened." No attempt to pay for laundry bill as some of the discarded items were nice clothes. A very poor experience for someone that stays there all of the time. And the hot water is only hot for a few minutes so don't plan to take long showers or wash dishes with hot water. read more

Me and my husband and two dogs have lived here for a while for his job and we love this camp ground. We have a concrete pad which is nice it keeps the dirt and mud out of the camper. We love the dog park and the laundry room and the dog wash. Mrs. Ronda keeps the place looking nice and everything clean and does great with our mail and receiving packages. Overall great place to live away from home!! read more

It's a resort work camp ,But it works well with checking the entire area. I thought it was an Rv park and it is but what a great place hang out with Midland and Odessa together you can find anything for relaxing and food. The pool is awesome on these hot days game room and there some places by the pool to BQ sit relax everyone I seen was respectful and nice . This was a Big Surprise a working man's holiday. . Bathrooms were great showers and play ground for the kids. Some free breakfast at certain times of the month. My wife and I were going to jump around to a couple of places but we stayed here instead. Booked two extra days. I needed the rest. And we did that just slept and relaxed the whole time. I would say we will do this again. I hope sooner this time. They only have five stars but 10 should be the number. Easy going and just what you need for a quiet Time and some major down time. Mesquite Oasis RV Park is wonderfully quite and has a nice playground area for kids, swim pool, large laundry facility and a good management team. The RV sites are bare minimum... sandy dirt, no trees, no picnic tables but all hookups work and are properly situated. Despite the lack of space ambiance, we like this park and have stayed here several times while cruising Interstate 20. read more

The park is one of the nicest when it comes to amenities but way over priced ! Managed poorly. They run the place like a prison camp. Lock up the recreation room that is supposed to be open to tenants and never closed , they run you out at 10:30 pm . Manager closes pool at 7:30 pm because she says it's too much of a hassle to keep it open and clean. Laundry room is nice but expensive and should be free for the rent they charge ! Wifi is horrible and you have to call the internet company to get your Firestick or smart tv MAC address authorized. DirectTV cable is free and Ok but you only get like 40 channels most not in HD. Don't plan on sitting outside your camper and enjoying some music and drinks you'll get shut down. Some even get evicted for being repeat offenders. Without notice ! There one day gone the next! If you like walking on stickers have at it . Dusty dirt roads no pavement except at the entrance. Some of the tenants have more junk around their campers and it looks bad ! We moved out and couldn't be happier. Much better places to stay in Odessa but Midland is definitely much better and upscale. H‑E‑B and Walmart are close by and places to eat around the corner on University make it bearable living there. Oh and there is a goat farm on other side of fence. Coyotes howl at nighttime. Sewer smells wreak when you do sit outside as the wind blows it around. read more

Here for a month and so far have dealt with a neighbor who has a dog.. needless to say, been walking in shit for days. Complained and most was picked up, except the turds on our lot and around hookups...was informed, it was our lot not theirs. Lovely. WiFi is a crock of crap. Looks awesome, service sucks. They block everything, gmail is not allowed. Other than that, the sites are adequate and large. 650 move in special for a month seems high for this area..when you get dirt lot, dirt driveway and high winds. read more

Arrived here 4 day's ago and we are really enjoying the park. It has large spots with plenty of parking. Nice pool, covered bbq area by pool with tables, large laundry area, dog wash, nice gym with indoor basketball court and nice outdoor play area for the kids. Staff is very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend it for long or short term stays. read more

Not a great over night stop. This park was too far off the highway for a one night stop. Do not trust your GPS to get you there either! The price of $35 was too steep for what you get as well. They had a nice fenced in area to sit and watch the ducks, but didn't see a dog area if there was one. Lots of stickers in my shoes, still sweeping them out of the RV. Didn't like the gun shots that night, they sounded pretty close. The domestic dispute of one of the resident RV's was fun to wake up to first thing in the morning too! There are only two bathrooms with one shower in each. On a positive note the girl that checked us in was really nice and so was the young man that offered to show us to our spot. read more

My husband and I moved to Texas recently and we were trying to find a place to live temporarily while we worked things out. We chose Mesquite Oasis and I am so glad we did. Odessa isn't pretty and there's not much to do there. Mesquite Oasis provided a wonderful laundry facility...that I miss...and a gym, that my husband and I took full advantage of. It was wonderful. We enjoyed walking around the pond they have at the park and we even played some horseshoes. We have 3 boys and the playground they had there was very much appreciated and in amazing condition. I was very happy with their accommodations for children. Especially since most rv parks in the area are rugged and basic for the oil workers or for 55+...this was exactly what we needed for our stay in Odessa. I loved Rhonda, she runs the office, she is so friendly and so sweet and I appreciated her warmth and help while we were staying there. All in all I highly recommend this place. Big lots too. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the short metal "fences " or separators they have for the lots...they are so low to the ground that you can't see them very well and we inevitably scratched our vehicle on one. Forgetting it was there and how close. So just be careful parking when you are there. read more
