Corner lot, Convenient, Clean, and Relaxing View - Site 57 We're a remote family of three and recently stayed at Park Place RV in Odessa, TX. The park is conveniently located right off the frontage road and is gated for added security. The facilities were clean, well maintained, the gravel sites, while close together, offered full hookups for our Class A 50-amp motorhome. We stayed at corner site #57, which gave us extra space and a very nice, relaxing view of the ranch land with nothing but oil rigs in the distance. Everything worked as it should, making for a smooth stay. We'll definitely be staying here again next week when we're back in Odessa. read more

It doesn't even deserve one star, Wendylynn kicked us out for having a destination trailer she calls it a "suite" lol anyway there was several at the rv park same size, 2 ac's some even had 3 but only kicked us out, felt like RACISM to me I'm not sure what she would call it. There is 1,001 rules in the campground you're never able to enjoy any of the amenities because there is always a "meeting" going on yet we are the ones who pay for all that Broken glass, dog poop everywhere doesn't look like the pictures online at all Horrible management! We found Park Place RV out of desperation. We broke the axle on our trailer on a Sunday afternoon so needed to stop & wait for Monday. We ended up staying the week while repairs were made. The large pull through spot was perfect, towards the back of the campground but close to the office/showers & the pool. We did try out the pool, boy howdy was it refreshing (cold) for the first of August, it truly surprised us both, most of the outdoor pools we've experienced while in Texas this summer have been coolish/ lukewarm even but this was chilly. The RV park location (close to the highway) was surprisingly quiet, except for the occasional train going by, all the residents seemed to follow the speed/noise rules making our stay enjoyable. Wendy Lynn at the office was polite & helpful offering assistance if needed. We truly enjoyed our stay minus our trailer issues. Thanks Park Place RV. read more

This is the best RV park we have stayed at and we've stayed at quite a few. I do not understand the bad reviews at all. The place is very well taken care of. The amenities are well kept and always available during the open hours. They have everything covered even up to the tiniest details. I really appreciate their hard work. My wife and our toddlers loved this park. If you have kids or pets, this is the park for you! Safety is the managers main priority. The residents are very welcoming. I would not give the place not even 1 star. Worst park I have ever stayed out. Beth the manger tried charging me Monthly for my service dog! Which IS AGAINST THE LAW! They would always bicker about my dogs because they "LOOK MEAN". So we finally moved. My mother still lives there. I had some packages delivered to her .. I called and asked if they have been delivered. BETH SAID " who am I speaking too" whenever I told her my name. She hung up on me ... ... and she said I CANT Get my mail delivered to my mothers. .... she lied to me whenever my package said Delivered. ... and ended up sending it back... but they said they NEVER even got a package for me. They are very unprofessional... you would think they would be more a little more chill about things.. At least once or twice a month they loose electricity or water .... smh They definitely need to get a new manger in there. WENDY IS NICE, she is easy to talk with. read more

There's a reason the business owner didn't put pictures of the sites on Yelp. While the amenities look nice, that's all fake grass in the playground & dog park. The plain dirt lots & lack of trees, or even shrubs, is just ugly. Nothing but wide open dirt to park on. You would think that at least they can accommodate any size rig with all that empty dirt, but you'd be wrong! No rigs over 40' allowed. read more

At first glance, this RV park is GREAT! Definitely the nicest you'll find in Odessa. However. They 100% bit off more than they could chew. From 2/17/20 to 6/24/20 we were out of power SEVEN TIMES. Two of those times were 6+ hours. The office told us we needed to call the electric company and figure out what the problem was, because they couldn't tell us anything. Wouldn't call any of their residents, or email us. Said that corporate had to do that. Instead, they updated their Facebook page and then would tell you to "DM them" for additional info? So anyone without a Facebook didn't get any information. The second to last time the power went out, my husband came home from work and we moved across the park to an area that always had power. After moving, and informing one of the ladies, the office assigned someone to the spot we moved to. So we had other people banging on our door telling us "Beth said you need to call her in the office". Apparently no one communicated to her that we were moving, so they had random people knocking on my door instead of coming down themselves. Another issue we had, they lose water often as well. We didn't have water for over 15 hours one day and again, was told we needed to call the city and figure it out, because they couldn't tell us anything But was able to update people on their Facebook page. The dog park was ALWAYS covered in dog feces. Everyday I was there and picked up no less than 7 piles of dog poop. Everyday. People would take their dogs behind the trailers or just let them run around and poop wherever as well. I called the office and they said I need to videotape them doing it and find out where they live and then they would address it. Okay. At one point my family came in to visit us and my four nephews stayed with us. Ages 8-3 and I have a 1 year old. There was always this drunk lady at the park or the pool. She was at the pool with her friend who had two young kids 2 and 6. She was chasing the the 6 year old around the pool, pushing him in, calling him a pussy and throwing toys across the pool at him. She was throwing toys at our kids, splashing them with water etc.. belligerently drunk. Continued to bring glass bottles in the pool area, harassing some teenagers telling them they needed to play some "nasty" music to dance to and dancing all over other men in the pool area. We ended up leaving with the kids. Mind you, this was around 2 in the afternoon on a Sunday. I called the office to complain and they said "The pool wasn't open on Sunday, we were putting chemicals in it all day" except there were no signs and we were all in it. All day long. Apparently with chemicals. There are cameras facing the pool area. They also told us, we needed to say something when it was happening or they couldn't do anything about the lady. Or we should have videod it and sent it to them. Ridiculous. Our mail was sent back once. I don't even know why? The mail carrier just said the office wouldn't accept it. The office, of course didn't know what we were talking about. Conveniently. The entire time we were there, I was constantly getting emails for someone else. With their sensitive information in it. Every month, I called and they said they fixed it, and it was never fixed. I never received an email addressed to me. Or a receipt. Ever. The day we pulled out, I notified the office and Beth said "You're leaving right now? Oh really? Where? To another park or.."? Paying $780-$1,000 a month is not worth it. At all. Also. $20 a month PER ANIMAL. I don't understand that at all. I'm already paying rent why would I pay more for my animals that live inside my house? Odd. Beth is one of the managers. She's awful. Rude. Inconsiderate. Would not recommend this place. Even for the ammenities. It's too much per month for all the bullshit you have to put up with. read more

This place started out great, however, after a couple months you could see the cracks in Managment. They promised craft time which was taken away, the pool was dirty, always messes in the public areas and there is a stray dog they refused to do anything about. I personally called to have it removed and the manager got extremely annoyed and got an aggressive tone when I let her know I was trying to help the situation. The dog is still there to this day. I have let anyone who plans to stay there to stay far away. If Wendy the manager was to be fired it would be a better park. 2/10. read more

We have been at this park since it opened last year. It amazes me how many people turn facts around to make a place sound bad. We have never had any issues with anything here . The park cannot control power outages from the power company or water main breaks that the city water has. It's a very quiet park with the only noise being the occasional dog barking from someone not following the rules and chaining them to the outside of their trailer and leaving for the day, leaving no water or food for the animal. Then When they do finally get home they let the dog go crap on someone else spot and don't bother to pick it up, but hey that's the parks fault that the dog owner doesn't do the right thing. It amazes me how people point the blame. Let me just say this, as a full time on the road worker I have many years of staying in parks and with that being said this is been one of the best I have stayed at , the people with the bad reviews on this page are the same people I see not following the rules and being responsible pet owners. If you don't like it here , it's a free country, move to a different place and complain about that place instead. Keep up the good work Park Place! read more

This place claims themselves to be a premier rv park. It is disgusting. Do not believe what they write about themselves on their website. Nothing but dirt everywhere you look except the fake grass area that was covered in dog feces. They have the nerve to charge $70 a night to stay here. I wouldn't pay $20 a night to stay there again. Keep driving and do not stop here. I would give it no stars if that was possible. read more

By far the worst park. It looks nice from the out side. But after you stay there you find the grounds are never kept the trash cans are always full. The "quit time" between 9:30 pm and 11 does not exist. The pool was the only think that was actually working and it was always dirty. They allow drugs into the park there is domestic violence going on, and I had thinks stolen off my work truck and people messing with my camper. When your due day for you payment comes around she changes the rate all the time. Doesnt matter if your a good sams member, if she looses money she will snake her way out of it anyway possible. This place is extremely clean showers bathrooms in rec room facilities. It has a gym nicer than any I've had in hotels. Nice pool. Super friendly people. Would recommend without hesitation. They are open campsites and fairly near the highway which is convenient. read more
