Unfortunately we ran into a lot of travel delays ( road construction and broke down cars). We talked to Mr. Steven's and he said no problem just get here. We ended up getting there after 686210 (well past office closing time), Mr. Steven's was there waiting for us and was extremely helpful and polite. He helped us get set up and made sure we had everything we needed. The park is very clean and spacious. Most sites are level asphalt pads and many have carport (very nice, especially for long term stay). Location, location, location, easy on off Interstate 20. Just 1/4 mile off exit ramp. And is very close to a truck stop for gas food and snacks. This will be my go to rv park in Odessa. I highly recommend this place, thanks Mr. Steven's for everything

Only saw her come out of office to find, berate and bully the maintenance personnel. The place was clean and well kept. The place is littered with dog poop everywhere, making it unpleasant to walk around. There are abandoned RVs throughout the park, giving it a rundown and neglected feel. To make matters worse, people park in your designated spot without any consequences, and management allows others to move your personal property without permission. The so-called manager and co-owner are unprofessional and do nothing to maintain order. If you're looking for a safe, clean, and well-managed RV park, this is NOT the place for you.

The owner was extremely helpful and understanding of our changing situation. We were able to pay with our card, which is a huge plus for me. The spot is a caliche lot with plenty of parking. They have WiFi and you get your own router for a fifty dollar deposit. We had to reset it once a day, but we were able to stream Netflix just fine. As soon as we left, we got our deposit back. We would definitely stay here again.

Corner lot, Convenient, Clean, and Relaxing View - Site 57…read moreWe're a remote family of three and recently stayed at Park Place RV in Odessa, TX. The park is conveniently located right off the frontage road and is gated for added security. The facilities were clean, well maintained, the gravel sites, while close together, offered full hookups for our Class A 50-amp motorhome. We stayed at corner site #57, which gave us extra space and a very nice, relaxing view of the ranch land with nothing but oil rigs in the distance. Everything worked as it should, making for a smooth stay. We'll definitely be staying here again next week when we're back in Odessa.
