The place is littered with dog poop everywhere, making it unpleasant to walk around. There are abandoned RVs throughout the park, giving it a rundown and neglected feel. To make matters worse, people park in your designated spot without any consequences, and management allows others to move your personal property without permission. The so-called manager and co-owner are unprofessional and do nothing to maintain order. If you're looking for a safe, clean, and well-managed RV park, this is NOT the place for you.

They let us settle and sleep, then came to us for the very reasonable payment. It's a dirt lot, but several of the spaces are covered, and you're in the middle of dust-bowl central anyway. They have a huge laundry, clean showers, and a covered swimming pool. Bottom line - a very comfortable and reasonably priced overnight stop for this tired road warrior.

I was asking Maria about the daily rate (as we didn't know what day we were leaving yet oil field), and she first said it was $35 and said it might be for 3 days so it was $105 I understand. Then to find out we were there until Sunday and told her about it and she said it'll be $40 and sent a link for it and I'm just sitting there confused because why did it go up $5 more than what I was told and asked about it. Her response was "Because the longer you stay the less you pay" in which I paid and she also said that travelers are $50. I called the owner to ask about this situation as I'm left flabbergasted and stunned since the price kept looking like it's changing and he told me (seems rude) to pay whatever Maria told me to pay and it was $50 for travelers and hung up with no explanation. We paid $200 a week because they wouldn't also do no probate. We wouldn't stay here again due to noises from highways, dog park wasn't really enclosed for my dog as she can escape through the fence hole, park was behind some the rv and it felt weird, and this situation. However, we moved after a few days to this park, and we couldn't have been happier. The pool, the gym, the laundry room, the pond are all such wonderful amenities that are such a rare treat, especially in this part of the country. Not to mention, the staff that works and maintains the park are all really wonderful, and care about the facilities, and want to keep it clean and nice. Huge thank you to Rhonda and the rest of the staff for making our accommodations workout while we were there - they really went above and beyond to make us comfortable while there. He always answers his phone, he will take care of anything you need and always gets right back to you, if you have a complaint about another tenant or an issue of any kind, Shane will do his best to handle it. If you have small children, there is a downside, they're expanding and the construction is noisy during the day. Also, this park is all dirt and rock, so no grass for your kids to play in and there are stray dogs that run around and will leave waste in your yard (which you will have to clean up yourself) They're dog friendly, they have waste bags for you to use on the side of the office, their prices are good for the area and the location is close to a lot of businesses that are convenient for you and your family.
