Paula and James who manage the park are extremely friendly and helpful, by far the most friendly staff of any RV Park we've ever been to. The park is quiet and peaceful all day and at night. You also do not have to download a "stupid app" to pay your rent as another reviewer has claimed. You can go to the office and pay as you usually would OR you can use the app. The choice is yours. For the price and quality of customer service, I'm giving this park a 5 out of 5!

WiFi works really well and water pressure is great plus the water is good too. The RV spots are bigger so you're not right on top of your neighbors either and there's a lot of open area along the fence line so you can easily play fetch with a dog or bring kids to. Monthly rate is pretty standard and not super expensive like a couple other places in the area.

We searched all over the towns in west Texas to find a place we could stop before dark. To our dismay, all of the RV spots were bland, industrial, dirty and filled with extended stay workers. We didn't feel comfortable stopping with our small children so we pushed on until we came across this GEM!!! It's literally an oasis in the middle of the oil fields. The owners saved us from having to stay somewhere we didn't feel safe. They were so FRIENDLY and HOSPITABLE! They even helped us out with a converter to plug into the electric hookup. The landscape around the park was beautiful and everything was clean and well kept. It was quiet and serene. In the morning, the owners brought us fresh farm eggs and made my boys' day. Thank you for everything! Please stop here if you're in the area, it will not disappoint. I wish I had taken more pictures.

My partner and I stayed in this park for multiple months recently and while the small area was nice…read moreand had free laundry, we noticed from the get go Kelly, the older lady that runs the park may be of the more cranky variety.. I usually tend to let the small things go and prefer the kill-them-with-kindness route, but I am absolutely drawing the line at her calling my partners company (that was paying for the monthly rent during our stay), months after we have been gone to try and tell their office she was expecting a check. Yes, a check.. neither I, my partner, nor his company have dealt with physical checks for a number of years. The day we left she accused us of trying to stay for free, even though we told her she was charging under our allotted budget, and we could pay whatever she needed, and shut down the use of the laundry room. I got the sense she blamed me for something, but I assure you I took very good care of her laundry room. It's on camera, and I know it works because she tried to scold me over it while I was doing my laundry once. My personal best guess is she either is alone dealing with elderly mental issues such as dementia, or the other sad possibly.. drugs and needs money. Either way, such a shame, such potential.
