Paula and James who manage the park are extremely friendly and helpful, by far the most friendly staff of any RV Park we've ever been to. The park is quiet and peaceful all day and at night. You also do not have to download a "stupid app" to pay your rent as another reviewer has claimed. You can go to the office and pay as you usually would OR you can use the app. The choice is yours. For the price and quality of customer service, I'm giving this park a 5 out of 5!

We called and were met at the gate by Jeff and Joey. These guys are the best. They are honest, down to earth guys, and very friendly. Also, if you need anything, you can call them anytime after hours. This RV park is awesome. It is very well lighted, clean and well kept. It is gated, so you can have a peaceful night's sleep. Laundry rooms are in excellent condition. Also, has a great swimming pool. oh the rates are the best you will find. I can't say enough about this RV Park, or Jeff and Joey. I highly recommend if you are in the area of Monahans, Texas this is the RV Park you need to call! I know we will definitely come here when we are traveling through!

YOU NEED TO GO HERE! Whether you make your whole road trip about coming to this awesome state park,…read moreor just make it part of another trip like we did, you have to come to Monahans Sandhills and rent a sand disc from the visitor center (or bring your own) to sled down the sand dunes with your friends or family. This was my daughter's #1 memory from our whole trip and we spent 3 days in Big Bend - but apparently sledding down the sand dunes beat out all the cool hikes and stuff we saw (she's still talking about it). Honestly, this was so affordable and could be hours and hours of fun, along with the beautiful desert views that you could enjoy on hikes. Probably not as fun in 100+ degree temps, but being there around the New Year was amazing. 10/10 place to stop and have a ton of fun!

WiFi works really well and water pressure is great plus the water is good too. The RV spots are bigger so you're not right on top of your neighbors either and there's a lot of open area along the fence line so you can easily play fetch with a dog or bring kids to. Monthly rate is pretty standard and not super expensive like a couple other places in the area.
