We travel a lot and I've never found a park that i felt so welcomed- this felt like home. After moving to Odessa I drove to all the rv parks that we considered, just to check them out(it's always so hard to pick one without seeing it). This is by far the best In the area. The spots are spacious and easy to get in and out of. They offer a couple spots with fenced yards and also have a couple covered spots. A lot of the other parks are dusty, small and just have gravel everywhere. The owners are huge dog lovers and welcome all dogs. The park has a LARGE beautiful grassy area where your dogs are welcome to run freely off-leash and play(with two GSP's this is huge! ).

Corner lot, Convenient, Clean, and Relaxing View - Site 57…read moreWe're a remote family of three and recently stayed at Park Place RV in Odessa, TX. The park is conveniently located right off the frontage road and is gated for added security. The facilities were clean, well maintained, the gravel sites, while close together, offered full hookups for our Class A 50-amp motorhome. We stayed at corner site #57, which gave us extra space and a very nice, relaxing view of the ranch land with nothing but oil rigs in the distance. Everything worked as it should, making for a smooth stay. We'll definitely be staying here again next week when we're back in Odessa.

The large pull through spot was perfect, towards the back of the campground but close to the office/showers & the pool. We did try out the pool, boy howdy was it refreshing (cold) for the first of August, it truly surprised us both, most of the outdoor pools we've experienced while in Texas this summer have been coolish/ lukewarm even but this was chilly. The RV park location (close to the highway) was surprisingly quiet, except for the occasional train going by, all the residents seemed to follow the speed/noise rules making our stay enjoyable. Paula and James who manage the park are extremely friendly and helpful, by far the most friendly staff of any RV Park we've ever been to. The park is quiet and peaceful all day and at night. You also do not have to download a "stupid app" to pay your rent as another reviewer has claimed. You can go to the office and pay as you usually would OR you can use the app. The choice is yours. For the price and quality of customer service, I'm giving this park a 5 out of 5!

The park overall is ok. There were many tenants there that had things in their lots like workout benches, junk and furniture. There was a business across the street on the back of the park that had a high pitch beep that went all day and night, I could hear it while in my trailer with the doors and windows shut. Nothing agains the park. but there were tenants there with political flags and confederate flags that I found offensive. Overall it was a nice park, due to COVID I didn't get to see any of the amenities besides the dog park. area which was very small but nice. there was one. I would. stay here again on my way through town.

We have ATT and 2 bars of service, 3 outside. The worse thing I can say is... people pick up after your dog in the dog park please! We had the breaker flip a couple of times. Called the office and maintenance was here in 15 mins to check and fix. No problem since. We are actually still here (7 day stay) so will update at the end.
