Curtis, John, and Lynn were able to help us with installing a new 15k ac unit on the same day as requested. We have a bulldog so things like that are extremely important. They also came to us! We didn't have to worry about packing the rv up and towing it to a repair shop. This will forever be our home when we decide to make our way down to Abilene. Thank you all at big country rv!!!

As busy as they are, I assumed I would need to leave it and pay a lot in labor hours later. The Service Manager Jeremy had his Techs Ray and Brian go ahead and take a look at it. After checking several things out, they found that there was only a bad electrical connection and so they fixed it and the fridge came right on. Jeremy did not charge me for service and I was on my way. These guys have helped me out in the past and they are true professionals and I will keep doing business with them and always give them a good reference!
