This is based solely on truck rental experience. We made a reservation early Thursday for Sat and Sun. Our pickup was Saturday at 10am. Saturday at 9 am they called and said no trucks. The girl was extremely rude and i had to ask for other options. She said I can get a 26 foot truck for 100 a day. Our original was a 16 foot truck for 30 a day. Not an option. She was rude and nasty to me offering no solution. Skip this rental location. read more

Went here to get propane for the RV, it looks like a small place from the outside but once you enter it has a lot more room. Getting propane was easy and handy to get this tank refilled. read more

I love having my trailer stored here. The people are very nice and patient when we are newbie trailer owners., They will guide you into your spot if you need help. The hours they are open are good, the monthly fee is pretty competitive. It's as clean as could be for a storage place. I'd recommend having your trailer stored here. read more

My Son's RV was there less than 24 hours and his and several other RV's had their catalytic converter stolen. No security....razor wire, as Lori B claims they have in another post..Per Brentwood PD this place is hit constantly, and local RV mechanic said he's done around 20 CC replacements from Bailey's stored RV's In the last year.....yes he signed a contract, so Baileys has zero responsibility. read more

Do not rent or store here, my boat got stolen and they were not sympathetic or at all helpful. I have stored my boat here since 2017, went to pick it up one day and it wasn't in its spot. Went inside to get help and they looked around and said "it's not here, must've been stolen" excuse me WHAT?! Do not trust them with anything that you care about, they leave their gates wide open for anybody to come in and take zero liability. Unprofessional and uncaring. Expected more from a family owned business, now our family boat is gone after trusting it in their care and paying monthly rent for more than 3 years. read more

In some way, shape, or form I've worked in customer service for over 20 years, so I know it's tough. And I treat people how I'd like to be treated, given how horrible I've seen people act. But I'm trying to find the appropriate words describe how unprofessional, immature, lazy, and rude the staff at this establishment are. And I'm at a loss. We rented chairs for our baby shower. When I brought them back the next day it was getting near closing time. I was told to park my truck in the back so one of the guys could unload them. I paid my bill, walked back to my truck, and sent a text to my pregnant wife letting her know I'm on my way home. Took me about 5 minutes from the time I paid my bill to when I started my truck and drove towards the gate. I drive up to the gate to leave only to find out the gate was closed and locked, and everyone had left for the day. THEY LOCKED ME IN THE RENTAL YARD. The police had to cut the gate lock to get me out. I was locked inside the yard for over 2 hours, while my pregnant wife, only a month away from giving birth, and our 5 yr old we're waiting for me to pick up dinner. When I called the next day to let the teenage manager know what happened, her response was, "Yeah, we wondered what happened. Sorry about that. We thought someone broke in. The police have a number to call in situations like that, they didn't have to cut the gate lock." When I asked for a refund or a discount, and she responded, "I said sorry. I don't know what else you want from me!" I know good customer service isn't always easy, but here, they don't bother with it. Maybe hiring high school kids who could care less, isn't the best business model. read more

I just rented a bobcat excavator from Baileys rental. I have been coming here since Mr. Bailey ran it back in the 80's. it's not the same anymore. The excavator I rented was weak and could not even dig out a small shrub that was the way of some footings I was trying to dig. I took the machine back, full of diesel and asked to be charged a partial day. Baileys rental refused to work with me and insisted on charging me for a full day on a machine that had only been gone for 3 hours and was too weak to do what it was intended to do. A shovel would be stronger. I did not ask for my money back... I just asked to be charged a partial day and Baileys rental refused to work with their customer. Good luck if you try and work with this company. They have no service in fact they some how feel rental equipment that does not work is okay to rent. Age of the equipment is part of their issue. But to be honest all i expect is for working equipment. I do not expect new equipment, if I did I'd go buy it. Bob and the owner and his wife are rude. I'll just take my business else where. I'd like to believe I caught them on a bad day till reading other comments. I tend to stay away from writing bad reviews. Nothing good to say than say nothing. I wish I would have read the reviews first. The table had spiderwebs and breaking wood off the table. The table was in such bad shape. I didn't use it and sent my husband to Lowe's to buy a table!! The white chairs were dirty and paint chipping off of them. My family spent over an hour cleaning the dirt off of them. If my party wasn't an hour from the time I got the chairs I would have returned them. Very embarassing to use. Sad thing is, they should have paid me. I cleaned them up and they will look half-way presentable for the next person that uses them. I think they should throw away all of there tables and chairs and purchase new ones. I returned the product and spoke of my disappoint in what I rented. Girl at the counter had no comment, as if I wasn't speaking. Another staff member said, sorry. We rented a moving truck from Penske and were dropping it off at Baileys. I had just filled the tank ,so much that it had spilled out. So after already spending $500 renting the truck, filling it up a couple of miles away and having it there before they even opened, the blonde lady at the front charged me $8.00 for a gallon of gas, called me a liar and threatened to charge me $100 for delivering it "late" when I delivered before it was due. I would say I will never bring business to them again. read more

My rental order was placed in less than 2 minutes and I was even in a time crunch--I called Thursday for a rental I needed Saturday and there were no problems. I haven't recieved my rental yet, but I can pick it up any time I want on Saturday and their prices are competive. I would defineitley recommend using them over Got-A-Party. read more

I would give them 5 stars for customer service, but ZERO stars for the quality of their rental equipment. We rented a trencher that would not start in the yard, the person who was helping me was not very mechanical so I figured out what was wrong with a safety switch, and had to bypass it every time I started it. Once we started trenching, the transmission would quit working after about 15 minutes, once it cooled down I was able to drive it back on the trailer and return it. read more

I rented a dump trailer for a construction job and the lights didn't work (guy at the yard added a ground wire that kept falling off) because the wiring was hanging a taped together. Then as I was driving the pin came out of the support leg on the tongue, which I had to stop and use a strap to hold up. Then when the trailer was returned - we were charged an extra $10. on the second day rental because we returned it a few minutes late. No compensation was given for the for the defective trailer and the attitude by the owner was awful towards us. I WILL NEVER RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. Their loss as I was ready to use them for all the rental equip for this large construction project!! I will tell everyone - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! Horrible customer service! read more

This place is a JOKE! Do NOT waste your time or money! Everything they own is beat up and barely runs, Most of there equipment is held together with bailing wire. Customer service is horrible, its family owned and operated (i remember back when that used to be a good thing!) so they have there daughters there who know absolutely nothing about heavy equipment. I was quoted 2 different prices from when I got there, to top it off I asked what brand a certain piece of equipment was and the lady on the phone told me I could drive over and look if I wanted!!???!! she was too lazy to walk over and look herself. I can NOT believe people like this are still in business. Please do yourself a favor and read the other reviews, then do a google search and rent from a reputable rental yard. Oh and if your worried about pricing, then dont be, I quoted out most of there inventory and its all cheaper at the other guys in antioch and pittsburg. Funny this is a buddy of mine went it and rented an Aerator the other day, beat down and barely ran, they gave him horrible customer service so he says he will never go back. Oh the for the funny part... he owns the largest landscape and pool company in the Bay Area, they lost out on THOUSANDS! read more
