We called Kyle from Back to the Woods and we are beyond thrilled with the results. Our floors look amazing. Kyle is professional, honest, conscientious, timely and communicative. His work is meticulous. He actually had to cut the toe kick off of my bathroom vanity in order to get the flooring laid right and replaced it with an even better piece. He also installed LVT in our laundry room and master bathroom and added new hardwood to two of the rooms. He blended new and old hardwood so beautifully you would never know that these floors were not installed at the same time. I highly recommend Kyle for any and all of your hardwood or LVT needs.

Basically he came out and looked at the leaks in my plumbing system and said ya that's not going to cheap. I only had $50 when he showed up and he graciously accepted that. I told him it would be the next day before I could pay the final $25 and he accepted those term. ( we actually discussed this before he ever showed up)The problem is he gave me no quote and he started hounding me for the additional $25 a few hours later and the following morning I foolishly gave him the other $25 he never returned to give me a quote nor did he contact me again once I paid him his $75 good for nothing quote fee, oh yeah did I mention he never even gave me a quote!

This company is TRASH…read more I called them up for a quote on a bathroom tile job and they were super friendly and very professional. They showed up the very next day to bid the job and again were super friendly and very professional. They bid the job and said that I was about a month and a half out. I said great and showed them on their way out. I called later that day to ask to be officially put on the books and to have a quote for the bid written out and emailed to me for my records. Crystal said no problem and said it would be sent out that day. That day went by with no quote sent to my email...... At this point I gave them a call to which I was ignored... I repeated this process for 5 days over the weekend into the new week. FINALLY Crystal answered the phone to inform me due to "scheduling conflicts" they decided not to honor the bid. And decided not to work the job at all. SO even though I was not even on the schedule yet and was flexible with my scheduling dates I was informed that my job would NOT be possible due to "scheduling conflicts".... This all sounds like a load of bull and I am just beyond shocked at the way this company conducts themselves.
