Short ribs in a salad bowl.
    Dustin H.

We had the pleasure of dining at Bahia twice last week while visiting Miami and we really enjoyed ourselves! Long story short, get the short ribs whatever way works best for you. I loved it in a salad bowl, and my wife loved it as tacos. The outdoor atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is super friendly. Just tell yourself you're not sitting at a hotel pool and enjoy!

Located near the pool at the Four Seasons, this south of the border restaurant has some delightful dishes. Tacos with what you know and a special flavor added, like grilled pineapple, or house made tomatillo sauce. They also have fruit pops with alcohol added for an extra kick. I needed to wait over 15 minutes for service when the first opened, but then service picked up. The waiters at the restaurant also serve you at the cabanas or longe chairs by the pool.

I came during my lunch break to extinguish my taco cravings on this fine Tuesday. They have a pretty good deal where the tacos are all $3. This is my second time here and it was good enough to bring me back. I ordered the fried soft shell crab taco and the fish taco. Both came out in under 10 minutes. They even give you chulpes as you wait. Located in the 4 Seasons Hotel right next to the pool isn't a bad deal either. You get to enjoy beautiful sights with some amazing food. I recommend this spot to anyone looking to experience some of the luxuries of Miami without breaking bank. The staff is very attentive and are constantly checking to ensure you're enjoying your dining experience. Richard and Sujith were my servers at the time. They did an exceptional job at making sure I felt welcomed!

Heard through the grapevine that this poolside Restaurant/Bar had A Taco Tuesday Special!!! ...and I couldn't resist. Every Tuesday they have $3.00 Tacos of your choice. Put it in my calendar to make the trip to the Four Seasons Hotel where the Rooftop Bar/Restaurant is located. Beautiful view and lovely decor. You'll love the ambiance that is created up there. Rich was the bartender and was more than welcoming and recommended which tacos I should try out. They didn't disappoint to say the least. I devoured them with the quickness. Lol

Stopped by for taco Tuesday. The four seasons website shares that they offer a special on all tacos for $3- seems like a great deal. When we arrive around 4:30 (they close at 6) the waiter tells us that they stop serving the tacos around 4. Nowhere on the website does it state this, it actually states that's the special is all day. We felt as if the waiter, there was a man and a woman working at the bar; wasn't interested in serving guests as we would have been the only table setting on the deck. Disappointed with no tacos and the lack of customer service from the waiter. On a positive note, Brunch at Edge is fantastic!

Fantastic locations the 7th floor pool deck! Come gather the breezes, a cocktail and American/Caribbean food with exotic flair at Bahia. Situated next to the Four Seasons' pool, the outdoor seating area of Bahia is in a lovely setting with an open view of the water. The food is good with interesting spices and rubs to add flavor, but to me the setting rules. It is so peaceful and relaxing with the breezes out on the deck that you really feel like you're miles away.

Fantastic atmosphere outdoors near the pool bar. The beef short ribs are best I had since Hotel Jerome in Aspen. A must.

We had reservation so we got seated really quick but wasn't too packed so either way would have been quick. Host was nice and waiter was great as well. Had the menu down packed and greet recommendations. We had the chili lime fried cheese, gnocchi Mac and cheese, hangover hash and short rib birria omelette. The fried cheese was good however nothing out side of the typical dish. The sauce though did elevate it. The gnocchi Mac is different for sure. Not traditional noodle/pasta so texture was more of like a potato. Overall not bad and the dorito dust was an interesting touch. The hangover hash is were it was at for sure. The blend on the burger is perfect and the egg great touch. The short rib omelette feel like the short rib was tough not as breakaway and soft as I've had elsewhere. Could have been sitting longer than needed but still good. The drinks they are bottomless so who's gonna complain. Overall could come try this place out and they have.
