We've tried this place a few times in the 8 years we've lived here. When we arrived today the same thing as previous, nearly no one here and been waiting over 20 minutes and still not served. The management has to have seen the repeated reviews talking about the extremely slow service. Seriously, how long does it take to fill a cup with shaved ice, pour in some syrup and serve? There's at least three workers in the store right now and the walk up and drive through line keeps getting longer and longer. Go to 7-11 and get and Slurpee. Save your time and patience. read more

We are big fans of Bahama Buck's, however I think this will be our last time coming to this location. On multiple occasions we have had to ask for more syrup because the inside is just plain ice. It's honestly hit or miss how fast your order will be processed here, there have been many times it has taken much too long to get two snow cones--whether in the drive thru or at the window. We don't even ask them to scan our QR code anymore because every time we have in the past they pretend to do it and don't. This is the closest and most convenient location for us but unfortunately we will be looking for a new location to regular. read more

I went to this location recently, and had the worst experience. I pulled up to the drive-thru with 3 cars in front of me. It took 30 minutes to get to the window to order. When I get there, the young lady tells me that her headphones are in and out. This is after I clearly saw the car in front and behind me place their order at the drive up. I noticed a family of 4 that pulled up at the same time go to the window, ordered & sat and ate and left before I placed my order at the window. Typically we go to the Bahama Bucks in Allen which is very well run. In contrast, this location is poorly managed. There was a long line at the drive through and I was the only one with my family in line so we can eat at the tables. For 10 mins, no one came to the window. There were 4 people inside just laughing and joking with each other not doing anything other than talking to each other. My family and I went Sunday and was SOOO disappointed, we ordered 4 sno and a mango tango and all were not good. The snos was just that, they did not put enough syrup on them so they tasted like nothing but ice. You can see how like the color is, also we got flat tops and it was not even full. If you're wanting a consistent and pleasant experience this is not the place to go. We have visited this site more times than I care to admit each time being hopeful that this might be the time our order is correct and flavorful. Sadly, we have been sorely disappointed the majority of times. Our orders are the same every time: a large bahama rama mama with pina colada and strawberry colada flat top, and a large bahama rama mama strawberry colada flat top. Unfortunately each time we visit we either get: no bahama rama mama, not a flat top, and typically also the flavor syrup doesn't go down to the bottom and we have quite a bit of white ice left in there from the middle on down. I'm not quite sure what the issue is. Maybe too many hands on deck (though it is also quite a long wait time each time so that doesn't seem right), or high turnover of employees. Either way we will continue to look elsewhere rather than waste $12-13 each time we have a shaved ice craving. read more

Stopped to get shaved ice at 4:45 pm or so 11/19/23 with husband and two kiddos. A blonde teenage girl was standing at the window on her phone and rolled her eyes at customers/didn't help team.
