Great cone and service. 4 people working and the snowcone was extremely good. Many flavors to chose from

Was in the drive thru for 10 plus minutes with only one other car in front of me. The girl kept telling me through the speaker that she would be right with me but never was. Finally had to ask them to clear the car in front of me so I could leave. If you are going to ignore the drive thru to only service the walk up business, have the decency to tell us so we don't waste our time in the drive thru. read more

I think I waited for more than 30 minutes in line. My snow cone has chunky ice barely any sauce in it so disappointed. if I could give a zero star, I would I think the problem is there's a bunch of kids working too. read more

I'm not sure what's going on with this location, but the ice at this location is not like the ice at other locations. It's not creamy and it's very chunky like a cheap snow cone ice machine. read more

This store is in a prime location and I know it's a neighborhood favorite. The smoothies and blended drinks were all delicious! We got several. The staff is all friendly and the service was great. One major thing that contributed to my review though, is the patio is in need of serious attention. The concrete, table and chairs need a good power washing from all the spilled snow cones. There is absolutely no shade in afternoon and we were melting along with our drinks. I even put into Ai a quick (and cheap) fix the owner could do today! And I added a picture here. I hope they see it. read more

Usually this location is a mess and the people have no clue what they're doing, but Cody, the gentleman at the window today was amazing! He was super helpful and kind read more

I genuinely didn't know it was possible to make a snow cone taste bad but Bahama Bucks managed to pull it off. We ordered the Peach Cobbler and Strawberry Cheesecake flavors and both were DISGUSTING. The peach flavor was bland, overly artificial and buried under an unnecessary amount of cinnamon sugar. One wrong inhale and I would've been meeting my ancestors. The ice cream in both tasted rank. The Strawberry Cheesecake was just as bad. I dug into the middle and it honestly tasted like someone dumped a handful of salt into it. Needless to say: yuck. $15 for nasty frozen water is wild. Unfortunately, I won't be back read more

Came on 5/24/26 with my family and made 4 separate orders. My kids got their order and after 20 minutes never got mine. Went back to the window and asked about my order, the young lady apologized and said someone marked my order as being made. Yeah, I won't be coming back to this location. As busy as they can get, they definitely need some re-training on customer service. read more

When I went to the register to order my snow cones. I tried changing my order as the black girl was taking my order. When I told her I wanted to change it, she started acting bratty and annoying and kept saying we couldn't do that even though I hadn't payed yet. She would've started yelling at me, if it wasn't for one of her coworkers who resolved the issue in just a few seconds. Also, she and her coworkers keep going into the back to eat the food they ordered. They didn't even try to hide it, they were just laughing and eating while there was a line around the building. The snow cones were good but the manager needs to stop hiring bratty teenagers who just eat and talk for the shift. this happened on June 24th at around 7:00 PM. This is unacceptable behavior. read more

Quite possibly the slowest service in the world. I am watching 6 people in the store with 5 standing around doing nothing. This is why there is always a line. The seems to be along of cellphone surfing going on inside. Maybe they need an adult manager with a sense of urgency and organization? read more

All I can say is yummy yummy yummy everything looks delicious and the prices are reasonable and every place that gives military discount always gets a star for that... there is plenty of seating. I see six tables that were currently available if you didn't use the drive-through. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the flavor selection is. read more

Super nice, quickly got our ice cream out. The young lady was professional. Truly was a good experience.

We've tried this place a few times in the 8 years we've lived here. When we arrived today the same thing as previous, nearly no one here and been waiting over 20 minutes and still not served. The management has to have seen the repeated reviews talking about the extremely slow service. Seriously, how long does it take to fill a cup with shaved ice, pour in some syrup and serve? There's at least three workers in the store right now and the walk up and drive through line keeps getting longer and longer. Go to 7-11 and get and Slurpee. Save your time and patience. read more

Super slow service. Waited for 40 minutes for a soda. If I could have gotten out and left I would have, like the people behind me did. This location needs an adult present to manage not just teenagers. read more

Horrible customer service. Inconsistent product for a franchise. Long wait time for an incorrect order. Super disappointing.

we got to this Bahama Bucks at 5:10 pm. we waited here until 5:55 pm. we ordered merely three snow cones. I don't know what the heck these employees were doing in that 45 minute time range, but it was not making our snow cones. worst service I have ever receive. do not come here unless you are prepared to wait outside in hundred degree heat for an hour. read more

What is the point of placing an order in advance when it's not going to be ready until 15 minutes later it was one snocone! And they acted like I was the inconvenience for coming to pick it up. The young lady at the window needs some customer service training because when I mentioned that it was supposed to be ready more than 10 minutes ago her response was well you going to have to give me a minute, not an apology or anything! read more

We are big fans of Bahama Buck's, however I think this will be our last time coming to this location. On multiple occasions we have had to ask for more syrup because the inside is just plain ice. It's honestly hit or miss how fast your order will be processed here, there have been many times it has taken much too long to get two snow cones--whether in the drive thru or at the window. We don't even ask them to scan our QR code anymore because every time we have in the past they pretend to do it and don't. This is the closest and most convenient location for us but unfortunately we will be looking for a new location to regular. read more

I went to this location recently, and had the worst experience. I pulled up to the drive-thru with 3 cars in front of me. It took 30 minutes to get to the window to order. When I get there, the young lady tells me that her headphones are in and out. This is after I clearly saw the car in front and behind me place their order at the drive up. I noticed a family of 4 that pulled up at the same time go to the window, ordered & sat and ate and left before I placed my order at the window. I also noticed that the window at the drive through was filthy. read more

Typically we go to the Bahama Bucks in Allen which is very well run. In contrast, this location is poorly managed. There was a long line at the drive through and I was the only one with my family in line so we can eat at the tables. For 10 mins, no one came to the window. There were 4 people inside just laughing and joking with each other not doing anything other than talking to each other. I ended up just leaving and noticed a few cars also leave the drive through line read more

I have been to this location twice now (wasn't happy with the first visit so we gave it another try). neither time did they give much syrup. the middle of the cup literally had none and was only the shaved ice. I've been going to Bahama Bucks since 2015 (Lewisville location) and this one since 2019, so I know how they should taste. My family and I went Sunday and was SOOO disappointed, we ordered 4 sno and a mango tango and all were not good. The snos was just that, they did not put enough syrup on them so they tasted like nothing but ice. You can see how like the color is, also we got flat tops and it was not even full. The Mango Tango had a weird taste and was not sweet. read more

I just can't. I always do the whole "what do we say to the Bahama Bucks in Mckinney? Not today" speech and then end up here because I like the ice. Update 3/15/17 4:15 pm Never, ever, ever coming back! I work at the elementary school across the street. I frequent this establishment because it's on the way home from work. I have the punch card and come in at least every other week even in the winter. I have never received service as horrible as I did tonight. This is a stand alone snowcone shop. They also make smoothies, lattes, and sodas. They are open year round. In the winter if the weather is freezing you get double punches on the punch card. Today I was the third car in the drive thru and there were two customers in line out front. Not a rush, but a steady flow of customers after school. It took 45 minutes for my son and I to get one smoothie and small rainbow snowcone. When I finally made it to the window I witnessed a brown haired teenager standing around. He was not making a thing. He literally was just standing there!!! Not taking money, not making snow cones....standing, doing nothing. Two teenage girls were milling around, their actions were odd one was putting cups on the syrup and then taking them back off then putting them back on. What I do know is she wasn't putting shaved ice in cups then squirting syrup on top. Never ever coming back!! Absolute worst experience ever! read more
