Jose A stacking and using all space in truck so all was secure and neat. Luis was moving so fast picking up all boxes and making a million trips non stop to truck and back. Jose Z had all rooms ready to go up stairs while all this was going on down stairs. Lee was the jack of all trades helping everyone out and breaking down all furniture that needed to be and assist everyone effortlessly. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail: before disconnecting or disassembling anything, they checked for potential issues and made sure we was informed and comfortable with the process. They maintained a clean and safe work environment throughout the day, never leaving tools or packing materials lying around. I appreciated how organized and efficient they were--they worked seamlessly as a team for the entire 9 hours, and someone was always at the truck managing and organizing it meticulously. The level of professionalism and teamwork displayed was impressive, and I truly felt that my move was in the best hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, respectful, and top-notch movers!

Josh found me a great package which included the fridge, gas stove, and microwave, all for the price of 1 refrigerator from one of the high priced appliance store. I'd recommend them, and definitely purchase from them again.

The men who worked there, was oh so excited to help us. They smiled, was respectful, and even had great conversation....great salesmen. They do payment plans, which we didn't do, because we love paying all at once for everything (except when I shop on QVC or HSN. But, that's another story.) They also do delivery. Its not free, but you can bargain with them. The fridge arrived the next day. The men installed it and left a mess in my kitchen. I did not know that, until my husband was upset about the problems we started experiencing, with this appliance. Everything was working great, until a month and a half into having the fridge. We started hearing a bad rattling sound in the fridge. Then bonk bonk bonk....it stops working. The freezer worked, but the fridge did not. They have a warranty on their appliances, so we called them to let them know what happened. Mannnnn, we didn't see the maintenance man until a week later. I had to give my food to my pastor and first lady. I had just went shopping three days prior, for fresh produce. Now, the only thing I keep in the fridge is shelf stable items. Heck, I need to go check on them, just in case. When the maintenance man came, his name is Angel, he did a quick fix and said that he would be back as soon as he gets the part in. He said that it should be 3-4 days. Well well well. Fast forward two weeks. My husband calls a many of times, with no return phone call (after leaving message after message with the receptionist.) One day he calls, and the receptionist said that Angel just went on paternity leave, and he wont be back until that Monday. Ohhhhhhh, so all they have is one maintenance worker huh? Yup. So, two more weeks of calls, from my husband and no response, I told him to give me the number. Y'all, when I called up there, I went off, yall hear me? I went OFF! I told the receptionist that I was about to call my bank to get my refund, blah blah. I was heated, and still am. I haven't been able to use my fridge at all. The ice maker doesn't work, and the water isn't cold. The fridge isn't cold at all. Its not hot either, it's room temperature like, with a hint of coldness. Being that I have a 14 month old, I storing milk is not an option. I have to use a mini fridge to do that. I just got a phone call from my husband and he said that Angel will be here in 35 minutes, and that he has the part for the fridge on his truck. What? So, I had to act a fool, for something to be done, on a fridge, that we spent over $1000 on? Guess this shows that women get things accomplished, better than men (just joking,) but in all seriousness, this shouldn't have come to this. They have done ruined their clientele. I have so many military battle buddies, that want to know where we got the fridge. I tell them where I got it, and tell them to tell their family and friends, not to buy from them. Heck, my church family loves the fridge, and I was going to surprise them with one. I had one picked out and everything. Its sickening, that we had the fridge for 3 months and it has only worked for about a month and a half. I will do an update on what happened, once this refrigerator has been working. Its still gets 1 star, but imma update yall. Ok. I took a break while watching them work on the fridge. My husband came home from work because, I don't like being in a house with a man, thats not my husband. Nope, you wont get me caught up in no unnecessary mess. It took about an hour. Still, they were polite and respectful. He told my husband that its fixed. He said that if there is anymore problems, we can come back up there, and exchange the fridge with another one of equal price. We will see.

It's not quite as packed as the original location on Cheshire Bridge Road. Some will find that to be a positive, some a negative, and some like me just won't care because there's so much beautiful fabric there you'll be in Nirvana either way. I will say that I think the second location is a little more spacious so it may be a little easier to find what you're looking for. On the other hand it feels to me like the one on Cheshire Bridge original store has a bit more fabric. Either way, if you can't find the cloth of your dreams here, it can't be found anywhere short of the New York City garment district. This is in a totally different league than Joanns or other chains. The only downside to both Gail K stores is that they're not open very late for my taste. the Norcross location is open until 5 pm while the other location is open only until 4 p.m. (!) except for Thursday when they're open till 7. Why can't they both be open till 10 at night 7 days a week? But they aren't and I suppose they can't be. So just get yourself going before the traffic gets bad and find those textile treasures. If you love fashion and fabulous fabric at fair prices, you'll find it well worth your time to patronize Gail K.

If you are heading to the Rooms To Go Outlet, prepare yourself for a bit of a "good cop, bad cop"…read moreexperience. There are some genuine gems to be found here, but the process of actually getting your furniture home can be a bit of a headache. Here is the full breakdown of what to expect: The Sales Floor & Staff First off, the staff is incredibly friendly. Erik, in particular, was a standout--very personable and helpful while navigating the floor. However, you need to go in with your "no" voice ready. The sales approach here is aggressive. While they are polite, they will try to upsell you like crazy. It felt like they wouldn't take "no" for an answer on certain add-ons or higher-priced items. If you have a budget, stick to it firmly, or you might walk out spending twice what you planned. New vs. Scratch & Dent The inventory is split into two main categories, and the rules for each are very different: New Furniture: If you buy something brand new, they offer standard delivery services. Scratch and Dent: This is where the "Outlet" deals are, but be warned: you are responsible for the pickup. They will not deliver these items, so make sure you have a truck and some muscle ready. The Pickup Process (The "Red Tape" Marathon) This is where the experience loses points. There is a serious lack of unity between the front office and the loading dock. Even though you confirm your pickup inside, the communication doesn't seem to travel to the back. The Licensing Loop: You show your ID and receipt inside to confirm you are there for pickup. You drive around to the back loading dock. You have to show your license and receipt all over again. It feels redundant and slightly disorganized. Once you've checked in at the back, don't expect to stand around the dock. You are required to go back to your car and wait. They will eventually call your name when your item is ready to be loaded. It's a lot of "wait and see," so don't expect a quick in-and-out if you are doing a self-pickup. Final Thoughts The prices can be great, and people like Erik make the initial walk-through pleasant. Just be prepared for a high-pressure sales environment and a repetitive, somewhat slow pickup process. Tip: Bring your patience and double-check your ID is easily accessible--you're going to need it more than once!
