After several calls to them and a month later, no estimate would be provided. And now, just a couple days from the scheduled appointment, they don't answer their phone - instead, I receive a message stating they're closed...15 minutes before their actual closing time of 3:00pm as stated on their site. I was forced to leave a voice message to cancel her appointments due to not receiving estimates in a timely manner. Really wish this hasn't occurred as it has added a month to my daughter not having her cavity taken care of. (FYI: the dentist and assistant I met with a month ago seemed great!)

The kids can watch a movie on an iPad while they're tipped back having their teeth cleaned. There are toys to play with while waiting for x-ray results and the kids get a token for the toy machine after their appointment. Significant to me is that you can go back in the exam room with your child. There are some pediatric dentists who make it a rule that parents must stay in the waiting room. Most importantly, Dr. Frady and her team truly seem to love children! I make no secret of the fact that I think my son has the best dentist ever!

Without notice, Dr. Hayes became my dentist. This woman has no regard for her patients. I felt like an object rather than a patient. I would NOT advise anyone to go there. I went to get my partial repaired. I ended up with what I didn't request, it looked like crap and took forever. She refused to listen to me even though I was out of pocket for a substantial amount. These people tell you what you want to hear but they are very dishonest. I didn't want to do this review publicly but, when my teeth cleaning that was scheduled 3 months in advance was canceled the day before, I decided enough was enough!

What a fun and inviting entry way with Legos and toys all around and every staff member was so friendly! Dr. Jadin was FANTASTIC - he was so patient and did a great job of explaining (yes, to toddlers ) what he was doing while he counted and brushed their teeth and sang songs! He gave us great information on teeth brushing, breaking pacifier and finger sucking habits, etc. as well! Front lobby and waiting room has a whole little interactive play area as well as a TV with usually some fun Disney or other type of movie playing my twins always really like the toy area cause it's a whole little grocery store set up and they love playing pretend with that. At the end, this place gives out a special little golden token in which case they can use this for a giant kind of like gumball machine but for TOYS that has all different types of trinkets in it like a gumball machine, but for little toys and they all get to pick one.
