The doctors are very knowledgeable and everyone always addresses your children, explains what they're doing and talks everything out so that your kiddos feel comfortable and well informed and having a good time in a weird place. No one LOVES the dentist, but this place sure tries to make it happen! They also have tablets they can pull kind of up and right in your child's sight to help distract them a bit during the cleaning and polishing. Front lobby and waiting room has a whole little interactive play area as well as a TV with usually some fun Disney or other type of movie playing my twins always really like the toy area cause it's a whole little grocery store set up and they love playing pretend with that. At the end, this place gives out a special little golden token in which case they can use this for a giant kind of like gumball machine but for TOYS that has all different types of trinkets in it like a gumball machine, but for little toys and they all get to pick one. It made it really special and the first time they ever went to the dentist to my son couldn't stop talking about it.

I began my research for a quick extraction which I knew I needed coming from Florida . My sister recommended this office since we are from out of town. This dental office was a god send. Starting from making the appointment asap for me, to check in , then meeting the awesome dentist and assistant, it was a pleasant experience. I was told it is scheduled for Dec 30 .... but the doctor has decided to take more time off and I would have to reschedule. They just wasted $3K of my money. My sons first visit we waited.....second visit trying to pay them 5,000 walked out....third visit…read morewaited awhile to get them the 5,000 surgery day they call me at 11;50am to ask if we could come in immediately but couldnt. when we come in for surgery we waited a long time as people came and went....i made it known how disrespectful this is.. they apologized, however this was the third time at that point it really is meaningless. after surgery the prescription was not sent in so i had to drive there to see them leaving. it did get taken care of right there. my son has mouth surgery...she prescribes tramadol for pain a synthetic drug instead of a simple mostly natural drug like Vicodin.... Hes been having adverse effects using tram and im almost sure they will just say "give him Tylenol and Motrin then" because she thinks the DEA will see ten real pain killers for surgery and will go ballistic on her door...just bad service basically and prescribing garbage
