The coffee was really good and there's a heck of a selection. I was skeptical of their blueberry scone at first because I assumed they popped it out of a box in the back & just wrapped it in cling wrap, but it was good! Just average nothing to right home about. Service is fast, they have a decent selection of bagels and wraps but the quality and taste is just meh. I come here because it is by the Tesla supercharger and kills a good 40ish minutes while I wait for the car to charge. read more

I'm staying at a hotel across the street and saw this place so decided to give it a try after reading the reviews. I didn't have high hopes. I live in the midsouth and miss good bagels as all I have around me are chains. I got the veggie on plain bagel and added chipotle mayo. Wow, it was so good! The bagel was crispy on the outside and soft, fluffy, and chewy on the inside. The coffee was excellent too. I will be going back to try different ones for sure! I was impressed! When I first walked in it reminded me of a gourmet Einstein bagels, but I was happy to see bagels being freshly made. The staff was very nice. I told them one of the coffee machines was out and without missing a beat the worker went over and started to make coffee. Clean place too for the most part. I got the eeggstremely healthy bagel which was very good! I wish there was a little more sauce but other than that very good. My friend got the eggstremely meat bagel and she enjoyed it. We also got an iced coffee which I felt was a little too water, I would've liked a darker roast or different roast options as there is only 1 iced coffee machine. This was a great find after our weekend trip to Maryland Live! It is located at the bottom of a nice apartment building and there are some parking spots behind the building. Sadly we arrived too late and some of the bagel flavors had run out so try to come early if you have your heart set on a popular flavor! My husband and I both ordered the breakfast sandwich on Egg Bagels and thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved how they scrambled our meat with the egg and the cheese melted so perfectly on top of it. The bagel was fresh and delicious though I wish it had a bit more dough as I prefer New York style over the flatter bagels. They had all different flavors of cream cheese and different lunch sandwiches on the menu too! They had about 10 different types of coffee canisters that you can help yourself too and our favorite was the swiss almond. They also had a really cool sugar and creamer dispenser that shoots out the proper amount based on what you type into the screen. The drinks were solid and pretty good. The bagels and breakfast sandwich were solid- not bad, not amazing, but good enough. It hit our bagel craving and was a fun way to start our day. They're very proud of their "New York" filtering system with signs that the water for the bagels and the coffee should make it taste just like the stuff in NYC. I don't know if it does or not, but the bagel was excellent and the coffee was excellent. I oped for the "Brooklyn" on a pumpernickel bagel. A good portion of cream cheese topped with plenty of salmon, tomato slices and thick cucumber slices. (I had them hold the onion.) Plenty for a great breakfast here. All the coffee fixings from different types of milk to cold creamers, different sugars and all of that. Easy parking out front is limited but there is a very large parking garage in the back. read more

Pretty good bagels. Reading the wall of the store they claim to have a water filtration system that allows them to make bagels similar to those in NYC. The bagels are nicely chewy on the inside and firm on the outside so I appreciate that. They have a good variety of the normal varieties you expect to find at a bagel place and appear on the weekends at least to be continually baking so as to not run out, which was pretty nice. The everything bagels I got were very well coated in the seasoning so I appreciate that compared to say THB which has a very anemic covering of seasonings on it's everything bagel. I would definitely go back for a bagel fix or to buy bagels for the week. read more

My husband and I stopped in here for breakfast. I ordered the Brooklyn which was lox, cream cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers. I had them put it on the sea salt bagel and would highly recommend. Everything about the bagel sandwich was great. The pumpkin coffee was delicious. I liked I could top off my coffee when I left after enjoying my meal. When I want a bagel at work I have to rely on Bagels N' grinds to deliver it. The Eggstremely Meaty Bagel that tastes pretty good but travels poorly wrapped in foil for delivery. This is a pet peeve of mind. Food that would be great degraded because of in adequate packaging. This is a common issue with hot bagel sandwiches and not just a problem here. The faster the removal from the foil the better the texture. It becomes soggy in foil. I have found that restaurants that use the new cardboard clam shells do not have the same issue. I have also ordered bagels with cream cheese and the travel just fine wrapped in foil. It seems that the cardboard absorbs the moisture better. I am sure eating these hot sandwiches at the place they taste great! read more

We stopped during a road trip and were pleasantly surprised! The big oversized couches and chairs--even a semi-private meeting room made this a really cozy and easy place to be. I could see studying here or having a quick business coffee. My actual bagel was good, too, which is surprising given how tough it's been to find good bagels in the DMV. My friend is lactose intolerant and requested no cheese--a request which, at most other bagel joints, is usually ignored--and had zero issues. I had a bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon, and they scrambled everything up before putting it on my bagel instead of separate layers. I really liked it! Bagels are the best around-- similar to NYC bagels with a chewy exterior. Coffee and sides leave much to be desired. I got a fruit cup, OJ, and coffee with bagels this morning, and the bagels were good. The coffee is not good, and the fruit cup was outright spoiled-tasting. The orange juice, which was described as "freshly squeezed" on their doordash menu, tasted just like tropicana. I do think some upgrades to the coffee experience would raise it up to 5 stars but very solid place overall. Yummy! I'm always in search for a good New York style bagel place and I've finally found a good one in the Baltimore area! They even have a window to watch the bagels being made!!! How awesome is that! Unfortunately I got there around mid day and missed the morning bagels being made, but did see someone there when I was leaving. The staff and service is really good and the prices are fair (especially since the bagels are so fresh). The eating area is very clean and tidy. There are also televisions to watch local sports or news while you eat. If you eat in, immediately after you walk in there is a cash register and a Friendly cashier takes your order and gives you a number. Then you sit and hang out until they bring you your food. The food is all really tasty and the coffee decent. The specialty coffee and tea drinks were a little pricey though, in my opinion and that's why I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5. read more

maybe they had a bad morning based on other reviews but arriving on a sunday morning at 8:15am they had no everything bagels, no plain,garlic,egg and the bagels that they did have were thin and underdone. i was in a rush traveling through on my way to nj otherwise i would have simply walked out without ordering. while eating in the car my third bite of my sandwich i had to spit out, salt was poured on so heavily it was DISGUSTING. My husbands sesame and butter bagel was raw in the middle also met the trash. i really hate to bash restaurants but thus was horrible Update: the owner reached out to me with both an apology and an explanation of what went wrong this morning. Without getting into details, it sounds like they really were trying hard to overcome a difficult situation. We look forward to trying them again when in the neighborhood. Also the bacon in the egg on my sandwich was all fat and under cooked. So extra chewy, as it was also thick. I've only been to this place once. Today! I started to order a sandwhich but the cashier as I hoped was not very social able or helpful. Never been to bagel grind and I asked for a sandwhich she said what bagel I was like I get to pick? And then I said thats too much and she gave me that "umm it's just picking a bagel look". I went with blueberry and cream cheese. Took 10 minutes to get it and it's toasted so hard...ugh the bagel itself it's not very good. The burnt end take over the whole thing. I really do like this bagel place but the service is always so horrible. My bagel sat waiting in the window for ten minutes before anyone bothered to bag it for me because the cashiers were just too busy talking all the time and not checking orders up. I only allow myself to come here when I know I have at least 30 minutes to wait. But the bagels are amazing. read more

Here we are at one of few bagel places I will visit. The bagels are good, but I think bagels that I can find today are still short of those made by the Kosher bagel maker near where we lived 35 years ago in Atlanta. Those were the appropriate size, and all the same size, and had the right chewy resistance on the crust and just a bit tough interior. Anyway, B&G comes very close. The coffee is very good as well, and good coffee is hard to find (I do not like Starbucks regular black coffee, I always order latte there). This coffee is quite drinkable. They have added additional pastry/baked goods to their baked line up, but we purposely came for a breakfast bagel. They looked good, though. I had an egg, ham, and bacon with cheese (long way from Kosher, that is for sure). Enjoyed it completely. I really like the water. We have reverse osmosis at home, but do not have the remineralization that you find here. I think this helps the coffee and the bagels. Like everything else where I live, this place requires a twenty minute drive. Maybe they will develop drone home delivery? Eat well, tip well. read more

For breakfast it's just your average tough-doughy bagel stuffed with your choice of normal lackluster cheese and meat. Not the best bagel I've had, but certainly not the worst. I think I was a bit disappointed though because I thought the really nice location would reflect the quality of food, but this was not the case. I did appreciate the large portion sizes and friendly service. I want to address the whole "replicating NY water to make the bagels taste like NY bagels" thing they're advertising. There's no scientific proof or evidence that indicates that the type of water is what contributes to the taste of the dough. In fact, a recent study done by an independent researcher concluded that types of tap water has virtually no effects regarding taste of food--test subjects could not tell the difference between food with different types of water. It's a myth likely perpetuated by those who are also likely to be susceptible to the placebo effect. A clever way to market their brand though. The coffee they serve is local to the Chesapeake Bay region and it's one of my favorites--it was the best part of my breakfast. read more
