One was a pumpernickel with lite veggie cream cheese, for my wife. Got to the car and as were getting ready to drive off the wife said, "There is hardly any cream cheese" I went in and without making a big deal I said, my bagel is fine but this one doesn't have very much spread. They quickly fixed it but if we hadn't checked it, it would not have been good. Overall experience better but still only fair.
