Bagel and Deli Creations is fine, especially for the value on Uber eats with a coupon. The problem is, my order has never once been completely correct. I ordered this morning. Bought a pound of scallion cream cheese to only receive half. Bought 6 egg everything bagels, got 6 regular everything bagels. Ordered a mini bagel with lox cream cheese and didn't receive the cream cheese I paid for. It's very frustrating that they take the order as a suggestion and not what you actually get. To be fair, I've never been to this location in person, but I'm not sure I'd ever bother. read more

Been coming here since 2017 even recommended plenty of people but after today they lost a loyal customer! Bad customer service Lately the orders get rushed you sandwich is always missing something! And then they raise prices for bad service just doesn't make sense! read more

I ordered from Grubhub and they never came to deliver. I called the store and was left on hold for over 5 mins. I called again and was basically told you're SOL and they cancelled my order! everytime I order from Uber eats through this bagel place something is either wrong or missing. very annoying as I live close to this place. I like the food if they could just be more careful with the orders placed. always something missing whether it be side salad which they ask us to order with a sandwich or no dressing that is requested. hope they will be more careful reading the orders. thank you. I love this place, don't get me wrong. However i am unable to leave my home so i try to order through Door Dash. I'm not super far from it so if i able to walk there, trust me, i would. There have been 4 occasions i have ordered for delivery and they canceled them 3 times with no explanation. It wasn't an hour before closing or when they open. It was at a reasonable time of their hours window. If it's because of the distance (which i assume it is) it's a little rude to not accommodate for anyone no matter the distance. read more

I ordered a fried chicken cutlet sandwich ...it's not fresh.. the roll , the chicken cutlet... I even wonder if they ran out of Russian dressing on the road.. it's dry..and I didn't get the side of mayonnaise... I couldn't choose it in the option... so .. and the macaroni salad taste sugar and the macaroni is way too over cooked... oh and ordered a built your sandwich... Allowed to get only one choice. I've probably driven past this bagel shop close to 500 times, and until today I had never shopped here. Excellent service, very good, tasty bagels, well baked. Prices are fair and the spreads are fresh. Not sure they do too much turnover of the more exotic stuff (whitefish and baked salmon). But the thing I would point to for your trip is the single baked goods. I had a linzer tart with my breakfast that was among the best I've ever had. Highly recommend. read more

Ordered food and in that order, I order the soup, no napkins and no utensils. I don't know why you have to request it. I am obsessed with the French toast bagels here. I've never had one better than or even equal to from any other bagel store. They put cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar on top, they put the perfect amount of cream cheese on them, and they're huuuuuge. read more

Seamless said 30 min delivery. Order came after 1 hour and change. Ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese. Both came without cheese. Also got French toast, which after one bite I had to toss because it was terrible. $10 for what they call challah French toast. I am not a picky eater and always give restaurants the benefit of the doubt. Given the circumstances with covid, I get that they might be super busy and understaffed, I don't mind my food being late as long as it's GOOD. P. S. I never throw food away. It's a sin. This place has obviously changed ownership or management because it's become run down and neglected. Went in yesterday afternoon and they were serving food with no electricity in their store. They tried to still get me to order but I walked right out and received rude looks for doing so. I can't imagine how many people ordered online from them and received food from a place that wasn't even refrigerating their food. I used to go there all the time years ago and everything was great but whatever they've been doing lately is not good at all so watch out read more

Called for pickup this morning for two breakfast sandwiches and home fries. They were busy and I was rushed on the phone, not given a time estimate or price total. Okay, fine I get it. The place was packed so I just grabbed my food and head home. One sandwich was correct, the other (wrap) was missing multiple ingredients I was charged extra for and 90% egg white. I ordered the Madison Ave Panini with bacon. It was seriously dry and no bacon. Looking at the bill, they had no problem charging me for it though. Also I noticed that the bill total said $18.23 but it was my 1st grubhub order so it should be reading $13.23. Add on the fact that it was supposed to arrive at 11:25-11:35 AM. Got a text at 11:45 AM saying that it was on its way. Finally it arrived a 12:10 PM. Will not be ordering from there ever again Dryer than the Sahara. Paid $3 for a buttered flagel. Got to work and opened the bag to find this? Do you see any butter? It's not even where the store was crowded so it was being rushed. I was the only one there being helped. Update 7/12/17 Today I am officially done with Bagel Creations. After the previous experience I thought I would give it another chance. Rip me off once shame on you....Rip me off twice shame on me. Well there won't be a third time. Ordered a toasted flagel with cream cheese and bacon. Opened the flagel when I got to work and again barely any cream cheese on a warmed (not toasted) flagel. This time I was charged $4.55 and completely ripped off. Done with this place. read more

Great $5 deal for breakfast sandwich and coffee, tea, iced tea or lemonade. This place always has a huge line so sometimes it takes a while to order and/or get your food. Definitely not the place to stop if you're in a rush. Although they do let you call in your order, they normally put you on hold while they handle customers. They do have an option to text your order in but there have been times where it doesn't go through and they don't get my order and I'm stuck waiting. This place is hit or miss with breakfast too. A couple times they gave me wet eggs on my breakfast sandwich. That is especially disappointing when I ask for scrambled eggs, I'm expecting them to be cooked all the way through. read more

Big fan of this bagel store/deli. The food is all reasonably priced and you can grab anything from bagels (w/ a dozen cream cheese varieties) to made-to-order salads to breakfast omelets to Boar's Head sammies. There are fresh soups to be devoured (today was split pea w/ham and chicken noodle) and prepared salads if you're in a rush (come on. Man up and order something fresh peeps!) Eating in? There's a TV and a few tables around. Something that's overlooked is the quality of baked goods around, fresh and pre-packaged. There are chocolate covered potato chips, Tate's while wheat chocolate chip cookies, muffins, etc. I always end up purchasing something extra here. Sure, it's not Kitchen Kabaret or Messina Market, but it's not trying to be. Solid, clean deli. Do it. read more

Just FYI- they let people without masks inside. 2 people without masks were inside (it's a small space inside). The staff said nothing. Of course the person ringing me up was not wearing her mask properly (nose sticking out). If they don't care about my health...why should I care about them? I used to really like this bagel store. read more

Recommended by my dad. 8 bucks for a sub that could easily feed two people, he got the jammin Jake with breaded chicken cutlet and bacon. I got the white fish salad, very fresh and excellent job with picking out all the bones, not too much mayo so you can taste the quality of The fish. Place had a line of at least 6 people during lunch hour so to be expected. Waited about 10 minutes for sandwiches to go. Friendly staff, great bagel quality. I have been going to bagel and deli creations for years and have always received great service. I placed an order online and when I got there I had to wait online to pick up my order that I purposely placed online in order to save myself time! I should have just ordered my food in person it would have been faster. I was online to pay for a drink once I got my order and every worker ignored me and continued to help whoever they were helping. They are so disorganized there. Also, When I went there a few months ago it was literally 2:05pm and I was told if I order the healthy creations wrap then I have to pay a $1 extra because it's after 2pm. there's no sign that says that. Honestly the food isn't even that great anymore, I would save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more

I waited over an hour and twenty minutes before I called to check the status of my order. The order was supposed to arrive in 30-45 minutes. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called back. I was placed on hold again for another 10 minutes so I hung up and called again. I was put on hold for 7 minutes before I hung up and called again. I explained to the manager what transpired and instead of an apology and an attempt to fix the issue he said he would cancel the order and refund my money. This was after he told me they didn't get the order in which he immediately reversed course and said he never said that. Incompetence at its finest. This is the second time this has happened to me. Wow! Small, unassuming spot in a place I'll probably never go again but boy am I glad I found this place! I stopped in after getting lost and was starving but I was bracing myself for a mediocre sammy is just throw down my throat without tasting it but after the first bite I slowed down to savor the flavor! This is the worst place. I used to love this place it was my go to for a few years but the last few times it has been horrible service and today was completely over the top. I went in today and placed my order as usual. It was quite busy and I understand trying to get customers out. Well I waited about 10 minutes for my order then when it came out and I was ready to pay for my order with my card they tell me I am sorry we can't take cards our system is down. I told them ok sorry that is all I have the cashier then proceeded to tell me well we made the food so you need to pay for it. Never once did they tell me before the order was placed I am sorry that we only can take cash this morning. I would never have even wasted their time with my order. I understand things happen but the fact there was never any transparency and then expect me to pull cash I don't have and get mad at me for it is ridiculous. I have loved this place in the past and even told people this is the place to get bagels. Never again though. As a matter of fact even though there food is good I suggest you don't give this place any business. It is very sad to say but customer service sometimes needs to take priority. I don't care how good your food is but if you can't even care about customers then you should not be in business. read more

I'm really surprised to see this deli only getting three stars it's four stars all day long! I thought the staff was extremely efficient and the prices are fair! I got a turkey on an everything bagel with cheese, tomato lettuce, and mayonnaise with a side of macaroni salad and a nice pickle & it was awesome! I did love this place, but now I shall stick to made to order items, I ordered egg salad, and it was delivered in a container, label on said container states date packed, and it's a future date, which leads me to believe that anything you purchase there that says it's packed that day is old. Nothing was bad. Just makes you wonder why date it like that.... seems shady read more

I ordered a LIGHTLY toasted bagel. When I got home and opened it up, an entire half was burnt. I thought I could pick off some of the burnt and eat around it but then there wasn't much left to eat.
