Very good coffee and love the cake very fast and ordering is a breeze!! Parking sometimes is a bit tricky, but well worth the wait!!

A great experience every time. Day-old for $2..40. Out of this world in this day and age! Making this bakery an every Saturday morning stop could become a community of friends who share the blessings of living in metropolitan Wichita. So many choices! What will I pick next Saturday? Which ever item I pick, it will be delicious. See you there Saturday morning about 9am. read more

TERRIBLE Customer Service here!! I was waiting to place an order. The cashier was having issues, so dark-haired woman (I assume the owner/manager) came out to help her and then wenr to help whinwss waiting, BUT she didn't even ask WHO was next!! She completely IGNORED me and helped another man, who came in AFTER I did!! Granted, HE should've said something to her, but she should've simply asked us and she didn't!! RUDE PEOPLE!! So, I walked out and I'm now taking my business elsewhere and I WILL NOT be back!!I'm NOT Going to recommend this place ever again!! read more

Great little bakery/deli. Courteous staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. They do some nice pastries.

Friendly service. Very welcoming. The food is great! Very clean. They are very generous with their servings. The bread is amazing.

Went to Bagatelle's for lunch. Their parking lot was full, but I was able to grab a spot. I was a little confused where I should place an order at the counter, but a staff member helped me out. I ordered a sandwich with the side salad. For the sandwich you get to select the bread, meat, and sauce. They have toppings like Swiss cheese, onions, lettuce, and tomato you can add to it as well. I had them warm it and it was the right move. Their sourdough bread was amazing! The side salad was a little different. More middle eastern flavors than what I was anticipating for a restaurant that feels very Italian. read more

Not sure why I rated this cafe 4 stars a few years ago. I haven't been here in quite some time, but it is definitely an iconic spot in Wichita. Hope to be back soon! read more

Meh, I ordered the chicken shawarma with a cup of potato and leek soup. The shawarma had a lot of gristle and fat in it. I could only eat a few bites and I didn't like the potato soup at all. And I'm not very picky usually. But that's a big but I am going to devour this dessert! I know it's good because I've had it before, the Napoleon read more

The mediterranean food was subpar. The tabbouleh was not my favorite. I'm sure this restaurant is great in other ways but there are many better mediterranean food choices in Wichita that I'd choose over this. read more

Bagatelle is a unique spot that I enjoy visiting each time I see my dad in Wichita, KS. There are so many pastries and sweets to choose from; as well as bread loaves and baguettes. You can also stop by for lunch as they are known for their beef stroganoff lunch dish. I've been here for lunch before and while I don't remember the dish I had much, I do remember enjoying it. Dad and I stopped for "a" pastry. Dad went crazy and got about 8 pastries instead hahaha! I got the lemon roll (never got to try, sadly) and the layered strawberry dessert (Napoleon Mille Feuilles). That layered dessert was amazing, though. Crisp layered pastry pieces with strawberry jam on the bottom and fresh strawberries throughout, as well as a nice cream to cut the sweetness. It was delicious. My dad always gets the hazelnut roll. I can't wait to come back and try it again! read more

It was during lunch time so it took awhile for our order to be made. My Chicken Shawarma was very dry and had pieces of fat on some of the chicken. The Pita chips were slightly overcooked and hard. The Hummus wasn't too bad though. My Dad's chicken sandwich was dry as well. I bit into one of the olives that came with my meal and it had a seed luckily I hadn't bit down onto it. The carrot cake was alright nothing too special for how much you pay per piece. I'm not sure I would revisit. read more

Great bakery known for their Chantilly cakes! Customer service is a hit or miss, everyone is mostly helpful and friendly, unless you get Claire (she's rough around the edges sometimes). The Almond Croissant, Baklava, Strawberry Logs, and Fruit Tarts are my go to dessert items, although I've never been disappointed by anything out of the dessert case. The strawberry chantilly cake is our family favorite and we always order it for birthdays or celebrations. The bakery bakes fresh bread daily. Additionally, they serve lunch with a rotating special and several staple items (croissant sandwiches and salads). The Chicken Pot Pie is my favorite! read more

I only wanted a good cup of coffee and maybe a doughnut before hitting the road to leave Wichita. Unfortunately, I didn't find good coffee here and I left with a styrofoam cup of orange pot-top gas station coffee.... But the assortment of amazing pastries and breads and baked goods aborted the importance of the coffee. The mission was totally undermined, and I left with a wide assortment of sweet rolls, flaky crusted assorted pastries, quiche and an entire loaf of sour dough that I know I needed. And I'll be back, without a doubt. I'll just get coffee elsewhere. read more

I ordered two fruit tarts for a birthday party. Both 10" costing $39 each. Berry tart was covered only partially on top and looked cheap and incomplete. The filling and crust was nearly tasteless and the crust was so thick and hard it was difficult to cut without it all breaking. Worst experience with any bakery I have ever had. read more
