I know that full service restaurants staff sometimes have their own little "clicks" and anyone that is NEW are usually the culprit in being blamed when something goes wrong, taking the attention away from the guilty person involved! Something else that makes me wonder about a Manager that gives the warning to an employee, about something as serious as a simple theft. The manger made mention that the money on the table was $15 dollars laying there, HOW would he/she know the EXACT amount of money if they had not picked it up and physically counted it themselves.
