Lenny and his son were willing to come out on a Sunday but when availability popped up, they came out as soon as they could. They worked quickly with minimal disruption and improved the layout of the piping to make it easier for future work. He was upfront about pricing, and when the problem was worse than what I had initially showed him, he took me through the entire thing and explained my systems layout, and explained why each issue needed to be fixed. All of my questions were answered quickly and confidently. It turned out there was a second leak that I hadn't noticed, but fortunately he is thorough and they caught it before it became an even bigger problem. I took his advice and decided to have them fix the entire thing rather than do a patch knowing they'd need to come out when the other side failed. I found his pricing extremely fair considering the amount of work that they did and how the finished job looked... and they even stayed later than they had planned to fix the stopper in our tub so we could give our one year-old a proper bath. He and his son are nice, honest, and they didn't try to feed me any BS. I felt comfortable with them in my home and won't hesitate for a second the next time I need a plumber. I called Landry about 8:30 in the morning and the scheduler said they could have someone there by noon. They beat that estimate - I got a call from the technician who said they were on their way and would be there about 10:15, less than 2 hours after I called. They first assessed the situation, had a lengthy discussion with my husband (a retired contractor) who had lots of questions, all of which were answered thoroughly and to his satisfaction. When it was determined a replacement was necessary - no patching or temporary fix - they had the same model on the site within the hour. The work was prompt, clean, and met my husband's stringent standards. Now that we know they also provide full electrical services, we will be calling them to add an electric panel to our rental property. Our previous electrician has been delaying the job literally for months, despite back and forth emails and texts to try to get him on site.
