Everything turned out right - burger cooked well - they split it for us which was very nice. The sweet potato fries were a bit over cooked but we still ate them. For some reason every time I go here we get the worst service. Countless times missing items on my order or waiting far longer then we should for our food. The manager is very nice and accommodating to whatever the issues are as a positive. We go to other locations and never have problems. read more

WOW! What a wonderful place to get a burger. Friend had the 10 oz Bison burger which was huge. I had the American Burger which was really good. Each burger comes with one side. We chose coleslaw which was served in a huge bowl and was perfectly seasoned. Not too much mayo.I had the fries which were fresh and nicely seasoned also. Great server. read more

Just ordered the massive cheeseburger with bacon - it's delicious, perfectly cooked, and the bacon has nice seasoning. Got a Lagunitas IPA as well. Fast, friendly and efficient service, clean and nice surroundings. Five stars for sure. read more

Great idea but terrible food and service. The 3 meals we ordered were wrong and the burger my daughter received was very undercooked and had to be returned. It took 20 min for our server to come check on us to find out the food needed to be replaced. Not to mention the wait staff always looks sloppy (food on uniforms). I love Bad Daddy's burgers when they are made right and when the employees are on top of things. Unfortunately, I feel my meals are often half assed and the employees working pick up have no idea what's going on in the back, nor do they really care. Horrible service trying to order take out. My husband and I tried to order from Bad Daddy's after another local burger place had an hour wait on 11/18. I called and Andrew answered and said he had to transfer me to the bar and HE would take my order there. I waited 5 minutes and he never picked up. While I was on hold my husband called and a lady answered and when he said he wanted to place an order for pick up she hang up on him. I had ended my call then and he called back. Andrew answered again and then we waited 10 minutes before hanging up. The burgers are okay but not waiting that long for without an explanation. If you are busy, say you're busy. If you're too fancy for take out, then say it. We won't be ordering take out or dining in there ever again. read more

Bad Daddy's consistently exceeds my expectations. They're known for their amazing burgers, which are PHENOMENAL, but truly, none of their food disappoints. Their staff is always so friendly and accommodating! One thing I love about this place the management presence. Let's just say, if you want a burger go here. There burgers are filling and are nice size patties. The service was awesome and the atmosphere was nice. There is not a wrong choice here when selecting a burger and not matter how you want it cooked they will do it. We went on a Friday and the wait was longer than they said it would be. The food was delicious! I had the fried mozzarella burger with chicken instead of beef and it was soooo good. But what stood out tonight was the service. We had Hunter, who was efficient, funny, and kind. Our youngest spilled a full beer on the table and he didn't bat an eye, just grabbed some rags and brought us a new beer. Our oldest son's name is Hunter and he was super funny and sweet about it. Bad daddy's burgers are absolutely disappointing. I have had a $1 mc double that has more flavor than this place. Also for $14 you would expect a quality burger and fries. No not what so ever. Burger is not seasoned at all the cheese was clumped in a ball in the corner of the container. Absolutely terrible I would recommend not going to bad daddy's and go to McDonald's for a 14th of the price and way better quality burger! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! read more

Back at Bad Daddy's this last Friday evening with Roxanne and our son. Sat at the main level bar, and was again impressed by the level of service. Greeted almost immediately, which to me, as a restaurant vet, is one of my 1st indicators as how to the whole experience is gonna go down. Friendly bartenders, sports on the many Tvs... We ordered up the Ba-"Con Queso" as an appetizer, which was most excellent, although, I would've preferred the bacon to be chopped and incorporated into the dip, rather than as bacon strips swimming in cheese sauce. Roxanne, again ordered up her create your own salad and my son created his own burger. I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich which was most excellent. I have to mention that my wife had an issue with her salad. It wasn't to her liking and this issue was quickly taken care of by the attentive staff and manager. They Immediately owned the situation, took what could have been an unpleasant experience, and turned into a win. We will, most definitely, be back! read more

The upstairs bar took my order over the phone and when I showed up downstairs they told me that they never received the call. The man was frazzled, unhelpful and said it was my fault while the female bartender calmly resolved the situation by going upstairs to see if they had gotten the order. In the end, received my turkey burger and sweet potato tots. The tots were excellent, but the turkey burger made me feel sick. It was a rich burger which could have been the issue. Went there with a group of coworkers on a lunch break, the menu looked great and our orders were taken right away, then, nothing...... No contact from our servers for about 40 minutes. We had to flag them down to ask for our checks even though food wasn't ready yet. We had no time to eat and we're late getting back to our meeting. The food was good, but, really??? The food was really good. That's really the best thing I can say about this location. Pretty much any permutation of the burger you can get will definitely work for you. Service was very, very poor. Our server disappeared for long stretches at a time. It even got so bad that when our food came out and the runner asked if we needed anything else I was like - refills on all our drinks would be great - but she said she couldn't help with that. I was thinking.. then why ask? The TV across from us went out about 5 minutes after we got there and they never fixed it. And the worst part was that the small pub table next to us had 2 people seated right after we got there and about 10 minutes later 4 more people showed up. It was a tight fit for 4, and 6 was impossible. I literally had to make 3 people move just to get up. And the server laughed about it and didn't care. Super annoying. read more

Thanks for a very responsive and resposible manager, we dined here again and I'm inclined to update my review with a much higher rating. Two of us went back and had a virtually identical order, and it was very tasty and we experienced NONE of the negative issues that I complained about in my original review. The burgers/sandwiches were very good, not dripping in sauce. The sides were crispy, and not greasy or salty. Honestly, it was a great meal and we have nothing to complain about. Our waitress was beyond friendly and helpful. (She is also the bartender). She was terrific and a real asset to the restaurant. I'm so glad the manager here listens to their customers. Everything we mentioned seems to have been addressed, and if the menu looks good to you, you should give it a try. When I want a burger and fries and a beer, I'll go back. Well done. read more

Completely disgusted. The bottom of my salad bowl was covered with caked on food that was cemented on after I assume running through the dishwasher. Sherry the manager didn't care. I'm not sure what's going on here but this place is like the titanic after hitting the ice burg and the staff realizing there aren't enough life boats for everyone. We were there with friends last night and the lower bar was pretty slow so we bellied up to the bar. Jen was the bartender and we couldn't have had worse service...I had to flag a server down to get refills on our beers, again to order food (which meant we missed the happy hour pricing). The sliders and the onion rings (usually very good) were dripping with grease and we all had stomachs aches later We would have mentioned this to Jen, but we were completely ignored after trying to get her attention several times. At this point we just wanted to get our check, but even after we got our bill it took another 15 minutes for her to charge our card...and only after we stood up and put our coats on, did I mention that there were only 4 other people at the bar when we were there? We are usually here a couple times a week, but they clearly don't want our business with their lack of customer service or their quality of food standards. We will miss our favorite bartenders there but I'm out. read more

My family and l have never eaten at Bad Daddy's so we decided to go to the one at Southglenn and try it. We were looking forward to haveing a great burger. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. We arrived at the restaurant and looked around saw that there 3 tables open and no one waiting, we stepped through the door and was met at the counter, told the greater that there were 3 if us, 2 aduts 1 child and was told there would be a 35 minute wait. Not understanding why the wait was so long we inquired and was told it would be a 35 minute wait. Feeling that the greater was rude, we left. We are not a family that minds waiting but we felt the wait was just two long especially when we saw 3 empty tables. read more

my husband and i wanted to sit on their patio for drinks and appetizers and even though it was empty no one came to take our order so my husband went inside to the hostess and it wasn't too long our server Noah came out. i contacted the manager about our experience in a nice way because as a former food industry owner i wanted to know when a customer was unhappy before they never come back and i lost their business! Cheri, one of their managers contacted me and gave me a gift card for a couple of drinks. the gift card wasn't important it was that Cheri is a good manager. We frequent here a lot so it was a goodwill gesture which has paid off for Bad Daddy's because we have invited friends and family to join us there!! Just ordered bad ass burger - terrible - asked for WELL done came out raw - waiter came over and showed him how raw it was he agreed that I ordered WELL done said he would have the "cook" make a new burger -waiter came beck and said "cook" wanted to see it well .. "cook" Scraped off the toppings-recooked the hamburger put new toppings on the bun that was bitten into and sent it out -in the meantime everyone was half or more done so had to wait for me to finish my meal - so $120 spent on burgers later -I would say I won't be recommending anyone I know to go to this establishment read more

So I come here in the evenings from time to time during the week. Typically sit at the bar to watch the TV's. I love the create your own salads. I am very picky with my salads, so this place is one of my favorite spots! Our bartender is usually Jen and she is awesome. Plus we have good banter with her too. You can tell Jen is a hard worker with all she has to do with taking care of everyone at the bar and the high maintenance well. I use to be a bartender, so I can relate to the demands. I had the chicken with tots and my husband had the pile high with truffle fries. Both amazing and we were super pleased with our discovery of this place. Deviled eggs were good but not amazing.
