That said, the ordering process can be a bit confusing. It's not always clear whether you should order at the tablet or directly with staff, which can slow things down a bit, especially during busy travel times. The sitting is also limited. It might be better to grab and go. It does get busy, lines are pretty common, but honestly, that's to be expected. When you're at the airport, caffeine is non-negotiable, and this spot is clearly a favorite. Overall, a great stop for quality coffee before a flight, just plan a little extra time. They let me sample their coffee to see which one i would like. It is located in an industrial building with wooden and metal pieces of vintage furniture which makes for a very cozy vibe. I feel great supporting this local business as they focus on high quality ingredients, giving back to the community, and taking care of the environment. What is not to love here! They have seating inside (some booths, a high table, and coffee table seating) and a courtyard which im sure is lovely during warm seasons. I was able to park in a booth and get some work done for a few hours. Its very calm with little distractions. I will say, their parking lot is limited to a few spots in the front but there is plenty street parking. Im not sure if you can park long but i wouldnt be afraid of parking there for grab and go! Line was very long but we waited since we still had 30 minutes and it was only 8 minutes away. I ended up ordering a latte and a cinnamon roll. You can tell the barista was stressed which I understand. What got me was watching her wipe her forehead and touch her hair, then touching the coffee cups. I looked past it since girl was busy. So coffee came out and I asked about the cinnamon roll I purchased. Immediately was told "oh someone else must've taken it" ok well this was the last one and I didn't like anything else in their selection so I asked for a refund...you'd think I was asking for something free when I said this lol. The cashier did apologize and of course I understand I just figured a refund would be easier. I had paid cash and we stood there for a good 5 minutes or more trying to figure out how to refund the cash. I was asked for a receipt which I never received. I've never ever had issues with people refunding cash before. I don't like holding up the line when they're so busy but man they were acting like this was my fault. So finally the barista was about to hand me the cash and I thanked her, but this woman did not hand me my money, actually she shoved it into my hand with attitude and no eye contact without saying one word. I stood there in shock that I was treated like this...my son was there and at this point we were running late to his appointment so I didn't address it. I unfortunately will never be back to this establishment. Cute coffee though.

I've yet to see much socializing at this location but others definitely have that vibe. I love how they have various seasonal offerings each month. The syrups are homemade and not overly sweet. And they offer several nondairy options including macadamia milk. Service is always friendly and prompt. Definitely a part of my regular rotation.

Ambiance is very modern and chic and there are two bathrooms open to visitors in the facility. I would recommend going on time to the tasting if possible for the best seating/experience. I came 15 min late and the seats were all taken and it was a full house. There were no issues with finding parking; there is a gravel lot adjacent to the roastery. Overall, a very unique experience!

They drizzled some of the coffee concentrate onto ice cream, which was amazing! I can't wait until they start supplying local stores.
