I finally got a chance to try a new place. Walked in warm and inviting with greetings. I explained this was my 1st time here. I wanted what was on the wall. The picture will show what I have. Philly cheese steak no sauce for me(I am not a sauce person), fries, tried the chicken eggroll everything was magnificent. My daughter had the wings hot honey and sweet BBQ she had a special sauce with her wings. They were good to her. I have enough food for a meal thr next day. I was at the Pearland location.

8" Philly with fries and one filly egg roll.

I love the food, service and the atmosphere. It's always clean and I appreciate that so much!…read more I've been coming here since they opened and I love to see the growth and consistency! I've had every flavor wing they offer and they are all good. Make sure you order ahead and take your time getting there though

I have to keep it a buck, good wings are extremely rare. All of the chains like Buffalo Wild Wings…read moreand Wingstop put out horrible food these days and there isn't much effort that goes into the wings at spots like that. But Flava Wings? Yup, they definitely have a repeat customer in me. First off, one of the easiest ways to get 5 stars out of me is to be CONSISTENTLY good. There are some restaurants I go to strictly for the experience, but quick takeout spots like Flava Wings need to be tried a few times before I feel comfortable leaving a review. I can't speak to the only slightly above favorable reviews (I typically won't try a place ranked lower than 4 stars unless someone I trust recommends it), but I can only speak from my experience. The caveat is that I have never physically been to the restaurant, so my review is based only on the quality of deliveries. For what it's worth, I hear it's in a gas station. There are a couple wing flavors that I'm pretty much addicted to and must order every time I order: the "Ooooweee Sticky & Wet" and the plain, extra crispy. The Sticky and Wet sauce remind me of a tangier version of Chicago mild sauce (if you know, you know). Their wings are full of flavor and always come fresh, hot, and presentable. What I like most is that the wings are on the bigger side but not so big that they look like they're on steroids. They have a nice crispy snap when you bite into them and the texture is always perfect. Another standout menu item is their Cajun corn and the apple pie egg rolls (just try it). The crinkle fries are also good, and I like the seasoning they use on them. They make for a good pairing with the wings. They also offer standard dipping sauces like ranch and bleu cheese. Flava Wingz is definitely a place I'd love to get a catering order from to feed a bunch of people. Everyone I have introduced this place to loves it and is also a repeat customer. I may try actually going in to see what the establishment is like, but honestly, unless I see Master Splinter from Ninja Turtles cooking my food, I will continue to indulge. If you like wings that are fried to perfection, consistently tasty, and well seasoned, give them a shot.

I'd like the design when you enter to the right is the table section for families and to the left is the bar which covers the length of this side of the restaurant. I arrived a few minutes before they opened @ 11am, but Heather and the manager let me in. We're off to a great start! I asked Heather to make me the drink she makes best with white liquor. She asked several additional questions including if I had any allergies! She got a big thumbs for that! The drink, the Grinch, she said she made up for Christmas and it's actually pretty good. She told me about their month special and I tried the bang bang shrimp tacos for $8.99. The lunch special is Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM and if you get the lunch special, you can add any fountain drink. Will you meal for an additional dollar $1.69. The bar area has a real sports bar sale with more than 10 televisions. I recommend this business. GN3

My family & I had an unpleasant experience at this establishment over the weekend. The bar…read moreestablishment didn't have a lot of people in there for a Friday, so we were seated right away. We were a party of 5, coming in to enjoy some wings & family time. Our waitress was very sweet, and knowledgeable about the menu. She even allowed us to sample the flavors of our wings before ordering them to ensure that we would like them on our wings. We ordered the Watermelon Sweet Tea that was highly raved about by my younger relatives that they've had before, once they received their drinks they were unsatisfied, and said the sweet tea wasn't sweet nor did it taste like it had the Watermelon flavoring that was requested, and immediately requested alternatives. One of them requested a Peach Lemonade, which she said did not have any Raspberry flavor to the drink though she specifically requested it with that flavor. Our food came out at a responsible time. Most of us had ordered the Bundle #3, it was a great deal for a great price, and had exactly what we were wanting all in one, wings, shrimp, and fries or tater tots! The wings were good, I had their seasonal flavor Zesty Cajun seasoned shrimp & Honey BBQ wings, with fries. Everyone enjoyed their food! The adults ordered drinks, a total of 7. Margaritas (house & mango) were very strong, but pretty decent, a Pink Pineapple that was sweet & didn't have much taste of alcohol, and draft beer, and 2 Mexican Candy shots! Unfortunately the 2 Mexican Candy shots were shorted. When they came to the table with them, they were half filled in the shot glass given. Before even trying it out, we asked who seemed was the manager of the night, if this was an actual size of the shot, because it did not look like there was much of any alcohol in it. It looked like they filled the cup, then poured half of in the other glass. The manager then said "I don't know, is it?" which we thought was pretty rude. So we asked if we could get a bit more, and he said yes, and walked to the bar. As he was walking away as we told him that there were 2. When our waitress returned, she gave us another shot glass that was filled a little bit more than what we originally received, but looked like it was about the size of what we should have received. We asked "we had 2 orders of the shots, we're supposed to split this between the both of us?" She answered "Yes." So we asked if what was originally brought to the table was typically amount. She answered "He poured 1 oz in the cup, I watched him do it". A shot should measure to 1.2-1.5 oz, but typically 1.5 oz, which should've been slightly filled to at least the half mark of this shot glass. So instead of going back and forth anymore we just accepted it & she walked away, and we split the "shot". The shots were okay. Since that interaction, her attitude towards us was different and she came to the table less. We remained friendly through the entirety of our experience, despite the encounter we had, which shifted our vibe. She came back to clear most of the table after we finished our food, but after, it was difficult to flag her down for the check. Once the manager walked back, and we tried to flag him down "excuse me!" multiple times to get his attention and he continued walking by without acknowledging, and once loudly which then got his attention & we requested the check. Our waitress eventually brought us the check. We weren't bothersome or made other complaint outside of the shots & requesting different drinks replace the Watermelon sweet teas. The drinks with additional flavors (including the margaritas) which wasn't a problem but we weren't made aware of. We don't expect special treatment for spending a lot at restaurants, but we spent close to $200 & expected a bit better service than what we received. This establishment seems like it would be a pleasant place, especially if you're into sports, but for the service, I now know understand the reviews that were left. We left satisfied with the food, however the service was extremely disappointing, and has unfortunately will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

Buffalo Wild Wings and I go way back. I went to the OG one in Ohio as a youngster and remembered…read morewhen Houston got their first one back in the day. It was the only wing place I knew and cared to know. Now they are everywhere. When Pearland got theirs years ago, I would regularly frequent it to watch sporting events and get my wing fix. Then the restaurant itself got old and dingy, customer service got bad and the food just wasn't as good. Recently they moved out of that building and moved to another location right down the street in a stand alone building. Because of my bad experiences at the other location, it took me awhile to try their new location. This location is a good size and has lots of seating. There's also a side entrance to pick up to go orders. Customer service is still lacking here. The kids working have no enthusiasm and just through the motions to get through their work day. I saw an ad pop up on social media and thought it was a good deal so I made a to go order. The deal consisted of 20 boneless wings and fries. I picked 3 flavors and upgrade to wedges instead of fries. I arrived right on time but my food still took another 10 minutes or so to come out. It wasn't even that busy on a Sunday while football was playing. When I got home, I liked that fact that they separated each flavor into their own containers. I do wish that they had an option to split it the way you want like Wingstop. Here, if you have an odd number, they split it the way they want to. I got Mango Habanero, Asian Zing, and Dry Desert Heat. I love a bone in wing, but I have always enjoyed B-Dubs boneless wings because of the crunch and size. They seemed to have got considerably smaller but still have that tasty breading on it. The mango habanero was hotter than I remembered, but tasty. The Asian Zing is still top tier as far as flavors go. It has the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The dry rub was a little disappointing. It looked like they threw some wings in the container and took a handful of spices and threw it on there. Some bites were just too heavily seasoned. The wedges here are unmatched as well. They have always been a personal favorite of mine. Pro tip, if you have a favorite dry seasoning, they can add it to the wedges. With all that food, they only h"gave me one, measly tiny cup of ranch! How does that make sense. It's common sense the kids working the counters should know. Overall, it was just an ok experience coming back to one of my old favorite wing joints. I know for a fact that other locations are still as good. The Pearland location is still mid at best.
