I told him I needed a storage unit for maybe 6 months while family stays with me during relocating to the valley. He was very helpful in suggesting an appropriate sized unit based on my needs and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The entire place, including the unit I ended up leasing, is squeaky clean! It's fairly new and is NOT corporate owned. They have 10' high walls all around, security cameras and after hours security sensors. He and his wife are independent owners, which means they CARE about whether or not their customers are satisfied because it directly effects their bottom line. Let me tell you, this guy is a straight shooter. Answered all my questions without hesitation and not once made me feel pressured. Super happy to find this place! I'm in my way this week to file the police report and to try to get someone arrested for their actions. They went into my storage a few months before that after the payment was late by a few weeks claiming to be doing inventory. You have to be well over 3 months past due to be ready for auction. When they opened it up to show me after they went in, I noticed my TVs and compressor and tools missing. I was assured that things just got moved around. The lady even told me how nice my stuff was and that I had very nice things. 2 months later my storage no longer exists when I went to pay the bill that month. I have all of the receipts. After charging me for three months and then stealing my storage, they had the nerve to send me another bill for 3 more months of storage as of my storage was still there! They have had 3 owners in less than 12 months. Don't trust these people with your stuff. The high turnover of owners says a lot about the business. Do your research. I wish I would have.
