Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish!…read more I cannot say enough good things about Willbii! From the very beginning to the completion of my detached ADU, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, communication, quality of work, and genuine dedication to their customers. My experience started with Steven, who introduced me to Willbii and took the time to show me homes they had built. I was immediately impressed by the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail I saw in their projects. After seeing their work firsthand, I felt confident enough to choose Willbii to design and build my detached ADU from start to finish--and I am so glad I did! I was later introduced to Kenny, their production manager, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the beginning, he clearly communicated each stage of the construction process and kept me informed along the way. He was extremely flexible, patient, and understanding when working with me, and he always treated me with respect. The crews were also fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and worked very quickly without compromising the quality of the work. Kenny was diligent about making sure permits and city requirements were properly handled, while also keeping the project moving forward. Most importantly, my ADU was completed on time according to the agreed-upon deadline. Willbii also helped me with selecting quality interior finishes and design elements, and the final product turned out beautifully. I was honestly very impressed when I saw the completed home. The price was also very affordable considering the excellent quality of the products and materials used. I truly felt that I received outstanding value for my investment. Once the ADU received its final approval from the city, I put it on the rental market, and I immediately started receiving compliments about how beautiful it was. I was able to rent it right away! That really confirmed to me that choosing Willbii was the right decision. Building a home can be stressful, but Willbii made the entire experience much easier and more enjoyable than I expected. Their communication, workmanship, responsiveness, and commitment to quality truly stood out. When I have another opportunity to build, Willbii will absolutely be my first choice. I would also have no hesitation recommending them to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a company they can trust to deliver a quality project. Thank you, Steven, Kenny, and the entire Willbii team, for helping turn my vision into a beautiful home!

We're almost done with our project, but I couldn't wait and felt compelled to write this review…read morenow. We can barely contain the joy we feel when we go into our new music retreat and think about just how HartmanBaldwin made in all come together. This is our last house, and if I had tried to manage this myself the end result would have paled in comparison to what they helped us to create. Everyone who goes through a remodel talks about how bad it is, how they wanted to cry, or even get a divorce. Hiring Bill Baldwin and his staff changes that dynamic completely to meetings where you talk about CREATION. A perfect example was a niche for an autographed guitar that I own. Imagine three designers talking about how to "honor" it and exploring lighting options for an hour. My wife and I could go on and on about the details I never would have thought of. The workers are an extension of that. They spent days making sure the drywall finish was flawless, as was the paint. Derrick who was in charge the electrical gets it. He understands that lighting is everything. Everyone from Reg the Project Manager to Myranda the decorator and Sarah the architect went beyond to make this something that was fun instead of something to suffer through. I'm a business owner and my time is precious. Letting go of it to turn it over to detailed professionals that CARE was a smart business decision for me. It gave us peace, but more important was the end product. In the town I live in many people know HartmanBaldwin is the best, and we can now attest to it too.

I highly recommend you to work with these people whom you will actually get that the final project is a culmination of everybody doing the best they know how, It appears their company has teams of like minded professionals from my experiences with them. I recommend them for working with a company who's goals on final products and results are in line with what I believe should be the level of excellence everyone in the construction industry should be held to. We needed to knock down a retaining wall and put up a giant support beam. I was told these guys were the best and I was pleasantly surprised to see they were. He worked with me on price as he knew we were deep in a bunch of home improvement projects. When the beam was delivered, he brought his best guys out at 9am and knocked out the job in less than 2 hours. My house looks twice as big, and I feel more confident in the new beam than the previous retaining wall. He remodeled two bathrooms, replaced the hood in the kitchen and replaced or touched up baseboards throughout after all of our floors were replaced. It's rare to find a contractor who is skilled AND has an easy-going/good-natured personality. The relationship is key, especially when that person is going to be in your house every day for 90 days. Also rare: Everything turned out better than I imagined it would. Of note, Kevin partners with an interior designer, which was particularly helpful to me since I don't have much design sense. I highly recommend Kevin!
