Corn Fritters St. Louis Rib Dinner Plate Green Beans
    Erica M.

The food that I liked: the corn fritters and the Hot BBQ sauce. The food that was okay: corn bread and the ribs. I think that the ribs were either old or over cooked because they were dry and it was difficult getting the meat off of the bone. They were flavored well just dry and that's unfortunate. The green beans were very VERY over cooked and lacked seasoning. I've had the chicken here before and that's very good but the food today just missed the mark. This plate came up to $22. I did the drive through so the service was fine he just took my order had me park and brought the food to the car. BBQ sauces are great

Receipt from for an early dinner.

Wow, what a price shock from a year ago. We use to love this location, and decided to try it again. I'm still in shock, $17.99 for sliced Eye of Round (very dry). The portion was alright for us, who eat very little. It came with Garlic Toast, that tasted like rather grill top it was cooked on (I love Garlic Toast). We each ordered a potato, because it use to come with the meal, not anymore, it was a $1.00 additional for each potato. Nothing else came with the meal, what happened to the 2 sides with a dinner meal. Our waitress was either new or just not there. It took forever for her to take our order, I only left a tip because I really felt bad for her, because now we will not. It was obvious why no one was there.

Solid bbq! Great value for the price--this is the family feast (for a party of 4 adults) and we have at least 2 meals in leftovers left! Service is okay--servers are very down-to-business and straightforward but get it done. Agree that the ribs aren't the best, but they're good.

Pulled Pork Sandwich, Garlic Bread, Banana pudding, Coleslaw

I am so happy to have eaten carry out from here after 4 months!! I I usually get the dinner plate but today I got the pulled sandwich with coleslaw and banana pudding. The sandwich was made with a garlic bread "bun" and made it a meal with coleslaw and a drink. I added the sauce and coleslaw to the sandwich; it was soooo juicy and flavorful. I also thought I'd try the banana pudding which was your classic, banana slice, pudding, and Nilla wafer dessert! Perfect! Thanks for dinner, Backyard Boys BBQ :-)

Food was okay, nothing outstanding. Did not feel it was a good value for the money. Only one side and not a lot of brisket on the platter.

Hanwoo Korean BBQ--The "Hidden Workout" Dinner **Strechy…read morepants, may be required** Rating: 5-Star If you want to feel like a Michelin-star chef and a competitive eater at the same time, get yourself to Hanwoo in Port Orange. I went with my BFF and her boyfriend after hearing all the hype, and let's just say, the hype is real (and very filling). The Vibe: Steakhouse Chic meets DIY: Oddly enough, the decor gives off major upscale steakhouse vibes. It's sleek, dark, and actually quite romantic or great for a quiet "getaway" dinner. It's definitely not your average "greasy grill" joint--the atmosphere is gorgeous and classy. Disclaimer: Even tho I was the 3rd wheel. lol The "No Doggy Bag" Challenge: Our waitress was super nice, but she didn't waste a second before dropping the hammer: "No to-go bags allowed." Basically, she was telling us, "Eat it all or leave it behind." Naturally, we took that as a personal challenge--accepted! The Food: Why it Beats a Traditional Steakhouse We went with the Classic Dinner, and the quality was top-tier. The Favorites: The Bulgogi and Hanger Steak were flavored to perfection. The Short Ribs were a total dream, and the Gyoza and Fried Shrimp were the perfect crispy distraction while we waited for the grill to heat up. The Value: Think about it--at a fancy steakhouse, you'd pay $50+ for one steak and maybe a side. Here, for a similar price, you get an unlimited parade of high-quality meats, seafood, and appetizers. Plus, I'd much rather pay for a nice sit-down meal--even if I have to cook it myself (pun intended! lol)--than waste money on "yucky" fast food. The Aftermath: I walked in hungry and left "overfilled." I'm not kidding when I say I literally couldn't get up from the booth. I had to sit there and contemplate my life choices for a few minutes before my legs would work. It's the kind of fun, delicious experience you do once a month or every other month to keep it special. (if that) Pro-Tips for Hanwoo Newbies: The "Same Page" Rule: Remember, the whole table has to pick the same menu (Classic or Signature). Choose your "meat-mates" wisely! Pace Yourself: It's all-you-can-eat, but the "no to-go" rule is real. Don't order 10 plates at once or you'll be staring at a pile of steak you're too full to eat. (Please be concious, don't waste food, TY). The "Forklift" Exit: Wear stretchy pants. This is not the place for tight belts or restrictive clothing. You will expand. For real tho, lol Master the Scissors: Use the provided tongs and scissors to cut the meat into bite-sized pieces while it's on the grill--it cooks faster and makes it easier to share!

The quantity of food is ok for the pricing. The taste of the pulled pork was ok. Not a real strong Smokey flavor but it was good. Sadly it was a tad dry, needed to add sauce to it to give back some moisture that was needed. As for sauces: you had mustard sauce, Smokey sauce, sweet sauce and a spicy sauce. I tried three out of four, just did not care to try the spicy sauce. My favorite of the three I tried was the mustard sauce which had a rather sweet taste and a slight twang of the mustard. For me it was the best balance of sauce flavoring offered. The Smokey and Sweet sauces actually tasted really close to each other and not a real defining differences. Then for the brisket, it looked good, nice small line of bark on it. Sadly though just by looking at it, I could tell this was dry and over cooked. Very small smoke ring at the edge and the meat was completely over done and so dry when I cut it with my fork it broke into lots of pieces, not because of it being tender but it was so dry. Had a hard time using my fork to stab it and wound up using my spoon to gather it up to eat because it broke up so much. Taste was not bad outside of the dryness. Way disappointed in this joint. Had the makings and smells of a great place. Just very dry meat with the pork and brisket. And others eating with us had a burger and it was over cooked and dry as well. The baked beans had a ok flavor, but needed help so I injected some money sauce to help and that worked. The potato salad was very plain and no real flavor sadly. I love potato salad and wish I chosen another side item that this. Service was good and not too bad. Little slow since there was pretty much no one in the joint. But they were nice folks. Hoping today was just an off day for them. Otherwise a very fair tasting BBQ joint.

**OVERALL REVIEW**…read more Over the course of years since this location opened, I have visited Buc-ee's numerous times, stocking up on food, t-shirts, and miscellaneous paraphernalia doning the logo featuring Bucky the Beaver. Tangeant note: The most popular t-shirt from Pro-Wrestling Tees is a charicature of Bucky the Beaver featuring Ruby Soho (a.k.a. Ruby Riot). Throughout those years visiting Buc-ee's AND being a Yelp Elite, I have not written a review on them... until now. It is evident by my high-recommendational tone, this location is going to get five-out-of-five-star rating. Let me detail you, why. Though an address is provided, Buc-ee's located in Daytona Beach is one exit north of the exit that has the Daytona Speedway just eastward of I-95. Their sign, a side-view of Bucky the Beaver, is easily viewable from the road. You'll know to make your exit along with the numerous billboards leading up to it. At one time, this Buc-ee's was "the biggest in the United States." That claim can no longer be said, but it should be known that whenever a new Buc-ee's location opens, it always seems to be "the biggest" until the next one opens. On the outside, Buc-ee's lives up to its roots in Texas, because "everything is bigger in Texas" right? There are 104 gas pumps for civilian drivers as commercial trucks are no longer allowed to stay at Buc-ee's thanks to the number of disrespectful truck drivers causing a ruckus. And plenty of people can enjoy Buc-ee's as there are 700 to 750 parking spaces. With all the meat you'll be eating, it should be fine to add a couple more steps sitting afar from the store. If you never been to a Buc-ee's before, you'll be greeted by the strong, delicious scent of brisket. Buc-ee's will go through up to 200 whole briskets a day. That is a lot of briskets sandwiches. And that is just the brisket. There is chicken, beef, and other kinds of cooked meat made into sandwiches and tacos and such. Kolaches are of numerous flavors including a dessert one. Let's not forget the nuts and fudge and everything else in between. In short, there is so much Buc-ee's branded food, freshly made from their deli, bakery, and meat departments or pre-packaged in their grocery section. Sidenote: do not sleep on the Buc-ee's Nuggies and Beaver Nuggets. And to end this review, I have to push their claim of having the cleanest restrooms of any gas station ever. Buc-ee's lives up to their name as the restroom always has at least two janitors on staff for each restroom to clean the over 80 restroom stalls. Those janitors are like ninjas. Once you step out, they swoop in to clean. It also helps each stall has a red light/green light letting people know when one is occupied or not. I could go on-and-on-and-on on why this Buc-ee's gets a five-star rating, but I will simply give you my personal positive insight. The food was always delicious, the service was always kind, and I have bought so many physical items here, specifically t-shirts. And guess what? I will continue to add more shirts to my Buc-ee's collection. The only thing I can see changing is the frequency I go here. "If" the rumored location in Indrio Rd. opens up, it takes me less time to drive south to Fort Pierce than it does for me to drive north to Daytona Beach. Still, that does not take away that Buc-ee's in Daytona Beach is the first Buc-ee's I been to, and it made such an impact that I would purposely make the drive north just to go here.

The parking lot was difficult to find a space so had to park a bit out by the gas station. They also offer a car wash. Spent about half an hour here but had to get back on the road.
