Besides always walking out looking fabulous she's smart and can tell when I'm not talkative and let's me relax. Added bonus she gives the best scalp massage ever. I love getting my hair shampooed her attention to detail makes my head feel fabulous. It's the little touches that she does that make me so glad to have stumbled on her. The hand massage is a bonus. Besides her skills with color and cutting she is a very sweet young lady. I look forward to my hair appointments and trust her to change it up for me when I feel like a change. The whole salon is nice they offer many services and it's a clean salon filled with friendly faces. But Kelly L sets this salon miles above the rest.

Dani cut my hair and she was super sweet but in the middle of my cut someone else had come in and she called out that she would get to them when she was dine with my hair, but it must have been at that point they started to rush the progress on my cut and was getting sort of careless. I got layers and the longer I look the more apparent it is that they are just blunt cut straight across. I'm not exaggerating it looks like I got hime bangs but all around my head lol. I think this stylist is very talented and has done some great work before but I'm not a regular of hers and the other people who came in were obviously a personal prior so I don't think my hair was really taken as seriously especially since I had prepaid. I did try to communicate gently that I was unsatisfied with my hair but she wasn't really open to exploring options to help me be happy with it, they just told me my hair was unhealthy and there wasn't a lot we could do. I also don like to argue with people about their professions because it feels unfair to tell them how to do what they are trained for, but at the end of the day I really don't like my hair and it's affected my self esteem pretty heavily. If you choose to go here I hope you have a better experience than I did.
