This pleasant little place immediately felt right to me, and the haircut I got clinched it. I have baby fine, thin, graying hair. Getting a haircut is routinely an exercise in managing expectations. Here, everything was different. Madison respected my desire not to get my hair washed with another drying/frying shampoo. They did not rake and break my hair with a fine toothed comb. They listened to what I wanted and didn't feel the need to tell me my hair was too fine, as though I have not spent a lifetime learning what my hair can and can't do. They didn't try to sell me volumizing products! And absolutely best of all, they gave me one of the cutest cuts I have ever had! read more

Again, what great experiences when coming here for both my man's haircut and a trim for the little guy. John is the man to go to here, period. I've been around salons since I was little. I like to think that I know a little bit about stlists, and this guy just rocks. I'm sure if he ever left that we'd follow him to whatever local salon he chose to work. He truly puts a lot of time and attention into his cuts and styles. I've only witnessed his expertise with mens and boys cuts, but watching his work makes me think he's great with the ladies styles, too. The little guy has really, really thick, straight hair. It can get really heavy on him, floppy and almost a little anime-ish. He's never liked getting his hair cut and went through a phase where he just wanted it long and in his eyes. But recently I feel like John slowly worked with him out of that icky style and really helped him figure out what look was really him. This past time we left the salon and the little guy said it was the best haircut ever and he really liked his hair. I've never, ever heard him say this--and he was right, it really was the cutest cut I've seen on him. John even convinced him that just a little bit of product in his hair was OK and now he's interested in styling it. So cute! My guy has thinner hair and doesn't like his hairline. We both told John exactly what he didn't like about his grown out style and he just got to work. Long story short, the haircut was exactly what my man had in mind and he looked delicious. I was just visiting Cleveland and I happened upon this place. I thought the name was hilarious, and I needed a trim so I walked in. I thought it was great that they were able to take a walk-in for a cut and color immediately! Usually, the lack of customers would make me nervous, but it was in the middle of the day on a Wednesday or Thursday, so it didn't bother me. Tara cut my hair and helped me pick a pretty cool red color for it. I'm really happy with the cut. I don't really do much to it at all besides dry it and it falls into place. The color looks pretty cool too, but I've washed my hair about six times since I visited and I'm still seeing pink stuff on my towels. I wish this place was closer to my house! It was a little more reasonable price-wise than what I'm used to here in Atlanta. I also thought the salon itself looked really awesome. They even had a mullet wig on display! I honestly wish I could give less than one star. I came here to treat myself before my wedding and get my hair colored but they really messed it up. I was quoted on their website at $125 and they charge me $300. That $300 has bought mean hair that looks nothing like what I asked for, the wrong colors, 45 minutes sobbing in the parking lot, and multiple hours at home in tears because I hate how I look now. After speaking with management they will only be refunding me $50 which will cover the supplies I need to hopefully try and make this look better. I'm just gonna lay it out there: these people are phenomenal; and not just for what they do to better your physical appearance & your self confidence. But equally because the moment you enter this completely non-judgmental zone, the entire staff is kind, upbeat, cheerful and you feel like you're at home. They were extremely accommodating, even considering my VERY last minute and semi-emergency situation to squeeze me in same-day for a shampoo, blow dry and style. And let's face it... it's a nerve wracking experience when you find yourself "shopping around" for a new stylist since they can make or break your physical appearance--no pressure or anything lol. And I extremely anxious about my first appointment at Crazy Mullets™ 2 weeks ago. They accommodated my terribly short notice, squeezed me in right before they closed on a Saturday afternoon, and above all else, I left there feeling like a majorly upgraded "me", all thanks to Madeline who is truly a gem But I have genuinely never felt more comfortable, welcomed or chill in any beauty/spa-type establishment ever; honest to God. Needed to go back a second time after getting a haircut here, to have it fixed. The outcome is, that I initially went in for a trim, and subsequently ended up needing at least another 3 inches taken off to have my haircut fixed. My hair is pretty short now, which I never wanted. When I realized there was an issue, they got me in immediately, which was great. The girl who fixed my hair was wonderful and didn't charge, but my first haircut was $40 with tip...I would have appreciated the salon at least offer to refund me part of my money. I recently moved to Lakewood and wanted to get a trim on my hair. I won a giftcard for Crazy Mullets in a raffle basket and I've always drove past the salon on Detroit so I decided to give it a try. I made my appointment on Wednesday, they called to confirm on Thursday, and my appointment was Friday at 4 p.m. I arrived to the salon a few minutes before 4 and the receptionist kindly told me who would be cutting my hair. I hadn't been there before so I had no idea who the person was but I figured it was the man behind me who was blow-drying a client's hair. As the time passed by, I wondered to myself how long I'd be waiting but I was so excited to get my hair cut, I figured it'd be worth it. At 4:30 (30 minutes past my appointment time) the receptionist very quietly calls me up to her desk and tells me that she's sorry but somehow the schedule didn't sync with the stylist's phone or something and he wasn't currently at the salon.. Um, are you kidding me? After a half hour, she just now realizes that the man who my appointment is with is not even working today?! She said she was so sorry and asked if they could get me an appointment, which they couldn't because I worked the next day, and said, "Well, here's a $3 coupon for next time you come back if you do want to come back." This is seriously the biggest joke of a place. I've never had the desire to write a bad review before but this was absolutely ridiculous. I cannot believe she thought the situation would be made better with a $3 coupon. Maybe a free haircut for wasting a half hour of my life? The whole situation was handled very poorly and it shows how unprofessional the business is. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I was hesitant to write this review because I've been seeing my same stylist, Erica, for a while. So, I really can't speak for a general walk in experience or what it is like to be in someone else's chair. I should probably get that out there right away. I first started coming simply because they were close to my house, had good prices, and seemed a bit more on trend than the old lady short-white-perm salons nearby. I'm glad I did! I got Erica by chance, I just requested an appointment and she was the first available so I took that. I've been loyal to her ever since. Dear God, if she ever packs up and leaves state I think I'll just have to give up and shave my head because no one comes close to her. I've never been loyal to a stylist before, just too many overpriced mediocre experiences. I love coming here though because they get what you want and give you exactly what you ask for. They also communicate with you throughout so they make sure they aren't deviating from "the plan". I like wild hair so I was always frustrated when I would bring a picture into a salon and would receive some watered down, tame version of what I asked for. As if I wasn't really aware I had asked for a mohawk, instead I leave with a pixie? No thanks. Erica somehow is a magic head genie and makes your hair look like the photograph, every time. Like a magician pulling a rabbit out of her hat, she can pull your head out of your butt and make it look adorable. The prices are middle of the road. Way cheaper than a high end, designer salon but don't expect Super Cuts prices either. If you are used to paying more for a tee shirt than you are for your hair cut, you might not like it here. But then again, if you are a connoisseur of $7 hair cut coupons it might explain why your cranial situation is lookin' tragic. They always have coffee available, which I LOVE! I also get cut and color services done here regularly, both being well priced and well executed. This is also the only salon I have ever purchased product from before, consistently. I do that now because I actually leave with a hair cut I would like to replicate on a daily basis, as opposed to every other salon I have been to. The couch is comfy to wait on while your color processes and they at least have interesting and current magazines, as in from the last two months. No ten year old issues of Highlights, thank God! They often play movies too which is a good way to kill time while you are waiting, neat movies to like Hook and other nostalgia trips. I hope to see them expand to a bigger location. I've heard their east side location does nails as well and I would love to see them offer that service at the Lakewood location too! I would also like to see them branch out in to more services like waxing, eye lash extensions, etc. because as of this writing, if I want those services I do have to get them done at a different salon. But I would like Crazy Mullets to be a one stop shop for me. Too be quite honest I judged this place before I even stepped foot into the place. I never wanted to attempt to get my haircut here because I thought it was for hipsters and the artsy folk who want to dye their hair crazy colors and get crazy haircuts. So I apologize for making the assumption. While people do come in here and get crazy colors (because they do offer them where other salons don't) and I am sure people do get crazy cuts, this place is awesome. I love that they rock out to good tuneage and they have a fun, upbeat vibe. A friend recommend I try this place out because (gasp) I hadn't gotten my hair cut in over a year! Love this place. I have gotten my hair cut here several times over the years. I used to believe it was a little over priced. But you honestly get what you pay for. And here, you get top quality cuts. And for only about $22 I believe was my previous one before tip. I have never left less than a $5 tip here because I look totally fresh every time I come out. Every person that works there is great. This review is about a haircut from Nov. 2015. My third time at Crazy Mullets, I had an appointment with Brett, who had cut my hair both times previously. Despite having mixed reviews on here, Brett had always been pleasant and attentive during my other appointments. Before we started this time, we talked about what I wanted, a long bob. We looked at at least four reference photos I brought on my phone. My hair was midway down my back at this point and I was ready for a bit of a change. During the talk, I said I was ok with a slight angle, but I specifically said I did not want a normal or angled bob, I had had those cuts before and that was too short. I felt certain that we were on the same page. After a wash, Brett started cutting and kept chatting away with me. I paid around $44 for the cut, and tipped $8, if I remember correctly. I wasn't thrilled, but I tried to reserve judgement until I got home and washed my hair. I've had bad haircuts before, but never anything as bad as this. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. I was obviously unhappy, and the next day, I called and said my cut felt uneven -- which to me was about the nicest way I could have put it. Brett was working that evening but didn't have any time so another stylist took me. Here's what got me the most. When I got to CM, Brett's chair is the first one behind the entrance. He saw me. He watched me check in and wait. He ignored me. He was with a client, so benefit of the doubt, right? But during the hour or more I was there, his client was finished, he swept, had some time, then another client. He must have walked past the chair I was sitting in at least six times and never once spoke to or acknowledged me. I had not been rude or nasty when I called and I had not complained about him as a stylist. Even when talking to the stylist who was fixing the cut, I didn't badmouth him. When he had passed by the third or fourth time and blatantly ignored me, I did finally express my frustration to her that I was being treated rudely for something that wasn't my fault. The stylist who recut my hair was wonderful, and I felt badly because I had already determined I wasn't spending another penny on this terrible cut, but Brett owes her the tip I gave him, at a minimum. I've never negatively reviewed a person or company before and the sad part is if this had ended with just a terrible haircut, I probably would have let it go. I quickly did my due diligence on the computer and booked an appointment. The staff is extremely friendly and the place itself is clean, which I look out for now after watching too many episodes of Tabatha's Salon Takeover. This review is long overdue but I believe I saw Jennifer?? She did a fantastic job, the cut, the style was amazing. I went back one more time before moving and the stylist I saw this time was great and she even re adjusted my hair feather for me. I had recently received a cut in LA that I wasn't too happy with. It wasn't new, fresh or as short as I wanted. I decided to give a cut another shot, but this time, I was not spending that much money. I do as I always do, visit Yelp! for the answers, and I saw Crazy Mullets Super Salon had fantastic reviews. I figured for $20, they could do whatever they wanted to my hair. I called and made an appointment for the next day. That easy! The salon itself is VERY cute! Bright, kinda rock 'n' roll, but not intimidating. They even offer you free beverages from their mini fridge! My stylist was Marina (I'm pretty sure that was her name) and she had curly hair, just like me. I figured she'd know what to do, her hair looked great! I told her how I wanted some more volume, layers, fun, and less length. She was very attentive and easy to talk to (whether about hair or bad drivers). She let me know which products she was using WITHOUT pushing me to buy anything. She gave my hair great shape and volume and even didn't mind taking off another inch when I asked! The cut didn't last more than half an hour and even when she was done, she came over and talked to me while I paid and reviewed some products. The receptionist was also fantastic and gave me some coupons! Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to everyone! There's another location on Coventry in Cleveland Heights, too! Moved to Lakewood and needed a new hair salon. I have straight, fine, normal, shoulder length hair. Give me some layers and I'm good to go - nothing complicated. The best thing about CM is the PRICE! You can walk out of there with a women's hair cut for under $30, which is a steal. Had two great hair cuts with Allie, and one hair cut with Jaclyn that was just ok. One thing was a little weird. I recommended a friend to the salon, and when she checked out she was asked if anyone referred her. She gave them my name/phone number, but nothing came of it. I am not the kind of person that really enjoys haircuts. They are the equivalent of going to the dentist for me. However, Crazy Mullets (CM) has changed this all for me. Best haircut experience of my life. I went into CM with no idea what I wanted, but I knew I was tired of my boring old generic haircut chain discount cut. They worked with me to find out what would look good and did a great job. I'd never been to a "real" salon before, so the head massage during the shampoo was a stellar surprise. I went to Crazy Mullets a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I've been bouncing between salons in the area for a couple of years trying to find a stylist/place that fits. I think this might be it. Apparently, I was lucky in that Brett did my hair; I had read the reviews here and was surprised to hear that he had returned, and that I scored a spot in his seat. Like others, I had no real idea of what I wanted. Basically, I said I was bored with my hair, and wanted something fun and modern, but needed to be able to look professional for meetings at work. Brett offered a suggestion, I said it sounded cool, and it turned out great! He spent about an hour with me and I left completely transformed. I can pretty much recreate the style at home (I did buy a couple of products), but can also play around with it so that it isn't the same every day. I definitely recommend this place. I used to go to crazy mullets in high school, and always loved the outcome. They were always super cool about giving trendy hair cuts and colors, so I was always able to walk away happy. After moving back to the area after college, I decided to return to get my hair cut and colored. I've been a total of 3 times and haven't been completely impressed. Times 1 and 2 weren't bad, but 3 takes the cake. I went in, asked for a trim and balayage. There wasn't much discussion about how this would be orchestrated. My stylist quickly went back and mixed the lightener and went to work. Now, I have a lot of hair, so I can definitely understand how it could be time consuming and frustrating to work with. But let's be real, I'm not sitting here getting this done for free. And the prices here aren't exactly cheap. So. 3 hours later (no fault but my own for having insane amounts of hair), I left with a perfectly fine trim, and the worst color job I've ever had. I went in wanting to get my hair dyed but mistakenly only booked a cut (this was my first time getting my hair dyed so I didn't know what I needed to do), but Jaclyn was an absolute saint and was able to accommodate me to get it done. She did a fantastic job, especially with my request coming on such short notice, and I highly recommend her to anyone. From what I could tell from my first visit, the rest of the stylists are super friendly and laid-back, so there weren't any moments of awkward silence or uncomfortable feelings while I was in there. I also feel like I would be comfortable having any of the other stylists dye or trim or do whatever to my hair and still have an incredible job done and a great overall experience, as they take their job very seriously while remaining very conversational and friendly. Though I may not always visit this place just to get a haircut just because it's out of the way for me to drive there (I live in Huron and it's about a 45 minute drive), I know for sure if I want my hair professionally dyed or styled or anything else that requires more work, my first choice will always be here. read more

Really like Crazy Mullets a lot. Such a perfect atmosphere for a younger crowd. Always playing replays of great movies like Tommy Boy and offering coffee, tea, and water if you have to wait. Britt as a stylist is great. trained with Avena and always makes you feel relaxed and like you are talking with a friend. Remembers a lot of details too so it's not like what you are saying goes unheard. I shaved my head and needed a new stylist as it was growing in awkward and she offered to give me free trims on the sideburns and side head hair as I waited three weeks in between paid haircuts and styling. Super helpful as I was regrowing what I had messed up. Been a loyal customer every three weeks to Britt and Crazy Mullets. And for a few dollars more then great clips, totally worth it. read more

I am not a high maintenance girl. I rarely buy new clothes, I don't even remember the last article of clothing I bought. A good portion of my underwear are creeping up on being a decade old (aren't you jealous of my bf? hubba hubba!) You don't even want to know the state my bras are in (sorry, boobies). I rarely wear make-up and I never wear jewelry. My showers take less than 10 minutes. I don't get manicures. I don't need flowers or expensive nights out. Give me a night of Netflix and a burrito and I am good to go. BUT, my one splurge (besides good food) is going to a nice salon to get my hair did. I justify the expense because I only get my hair cut maybe 2x a year, at the most. I don't LIKE to get my hair cut. It is tedious, kind of embarassing (god, I hate looking at my mug in the mirror after my hair has been washed. I look liked a drowned rat. And why is my skin so uneven? Oh god please, I need a face transplant!!), and I am bad at girly small talk. The problem? I am currently unemployed and existing on very little cash left over from my income tax return. But, my hair was getting out of control long and I NEEDED bangs (30 is approaching and I'm starting to discover lots of little gray hairs along my hairline). But I couldn't, I wouldn't, spend $60 on a haircut. But what about Best Cuts, you say? Maybe this makes me a snob, but I would rather turn into Cousin It that go to Best Cuts. The solution? CRAZY MULLETS. I drove by this salon many times, rolling my eyes and thinking Who the heck would go to a salon named after the worst haircut in history? But I was impressed with the online reviews and when I saw that their haircuts were only $20, I took the plunge. I called on a Thursday night and they got me in the next day at 3:30. The salon itself is really tiny, more like barbershop size. I was greeted by my bubbly hair stylist, Carla. She shook my hand, which I appreciate. For some reason ladies have an aversion to shaking hands, but I like the properness (if that's a word) of it. Pleased to meet you as well, my lady! I wish the courtsy would come back. Anyway, Carla asked what I was looking for. I said I didn't really know and I'd like her professional opinion. She said she liked the length on me (which I was secretly relieved as I had grown a little attached to my long locks) and that she would just clean it up with some nice layers. I requested a bang and we were on our way to the sink to hose me down. (wait, that sentence sounded all kinds of wrong. eh, you know what I mean) We chitchatted and Carla told me that she went to the Aveda Institute for her training. That information pretty much sealed the deal and relaxed me. Aveda trains their stylists like freakin' soldiers. They don't screw around. And neither did Carla. She cut my hair in under 10 minutes, working so fast it was like a scene in Edward Scissorhands. She asked if I wanted a blow dry (an extra $6) and I declined. I usually let my hair airdry on its own anyways, plus I can never recreate the way professionals blow dry my hair so perfect and that is always a disappointment the next day. So my hair eventually dried and I was able to see my new 'do in all its glory. It was great, perfect side bang, nice layers. And only $20!! And my boyfriend told me 3 times that night that I looked sexy! Cha-ching! This is not the place to go if you want the "salon experience", no hot towel to steam your face, no hand massage, no cuddling afterwards. I have mixed feelings about this place. I've been there twice now, but I don't plan on going back. The first time I went I got the best haircut of my life. It was more expensive than I expected, but I was so enamored with my beautiful new hair I just shrugged it off. The second time I went, my previous stylist had moved to another salon and I ended up with a girl who gave me a decent haircut, but had the personality of a wet mop. You know how awkward it is when you're stuck in that chair in complete silence! That time I ended up paying almost $50 for a mediocre haircut. My two problems with this place is 1) the price and 2) their business practices. 1) I consider this place overpriced. Honestly, I think they just charge more because they're the cool kids on the block and think that since they're funky you should have to pay more. They are definitely more expensive than other salons in Lakewood. 2) I'm not thrilled with the staff. They're not exactly friendly and didn't really seem to want my business. The exception was my previous stylist who moved to a different salon. It also bothers me that they can't seem to open the place on time. I mean they open at 10. It's not like they are trying to open at 7 or some other ungodly hour. Both times I had an 10 o'clock appointment and both times I ended up waiting outside the door waiting for someone not to just unlock the door, but get there! The girl who regularly cuts my hair (and always did an amazing job) stopped cutting hair, so I had to find somewhere else to go. I've known of Crazy Mullets for a long time and was somewhat recommended by a friend, so I thought I would give it a try. I will not go back to Crazy Mullets and I wouldn't recommend. First, it's really, really loud in here. Obnoxiously loud. You can't hear the employees talk to you and you can barely hear yourself think. Second, it's expensive. I don't know if the store charges a flat rate or if each stylist has their own rates, but I was charged $25 for my cut and a tip on top of that. That was not the price on the website. I wasn't happy about paying $30 plus for a haircut I didn't even like. Third, I didn't like my haircut. The stylist did a really bad job blending my hair where the top meets the sides. Like a really bad job. Like unfixable. It's embarrassing. I thought that in a few days it would grow into itself. Nope. I thought extra product would make it look better. Nope. so, i've moved to brooklyn, but still managed to come home and get my hair did at crazy mullets while i was home for thanksgiving. while brett was gone, i started going to ericha and she is my de facto from now on. i am probably the worst to sit in the chair because i can never make up my mind and always ask for suggestions, but she delivers even when i'm being wishy washy. this is my THIRD update of my review, but i don't care! i miss CM now that i'm in the city because no cut is under $40 here, and nothing beats a $32 cut and style. pro ericha all the way ! read more

Awful experience. They think they're better at cutting hair than people at great clips. well I can tell you one thing. That's a bunch of horse shit. They don't listen or know how to fade. I hate for my first ever review to not be stellar, but here it is. This is my 3rd time coming to Crazy Mullets in Lakewood over the course of 2 years. The first two times I was happy overall with the quality for the price, but I will say that I don't believe the cuts are comparable to those I have had at pricier salons. Now that may just be me, full disclosure here I went to a different stylist every time I came, so maybe I just never landed the right person for me! I will also say that I have friends- stylish, hip, beautiful-haired friends- who are very loyal to this salon and their stylists, so I don't doubt the ability of some of the people there! Finally, the first two times I went, the service was wonderful and I left satisfied. My most recent experience however is likely to be my last. I came in as a walk in, which I generally do not do, and I was very pleased that they could pencil me in almost right away! I sat and waited just a half hour until my stylist came and greeted me. My big mistake...I did not have a picture of my hairstyle. When my stylist asked what I had in mind, I did my best to describe my previous cut to her, using my hands to shape my tangled, overgrown blob of awful to try and demonstrate the way I did my once cute pixie. I admittedly have done this in the past, as if these poor people can make sense out of the drivel I am spouting while pulling on my hair. Generally however, the intuition of those wielding the shears has led them to ask questions ranging from types of implements used to types of texture and lengths on my noggin until they formulate a reasonable idea of the nonsense I am speaking. I'd even like to mention that I did this the first time I came to this salon and left happy, and my stylist asked many questions before making the first cut! But this time, she merely said "that could be a million things though" and I felt really dumb. But alas, she was right, and we went to the sink and I had my hair washed. Something that bugged me...when she dried my head she put her towel wrapped fingers in my ears and twisted them around. That grossed me out so much. I should probably also mention that I am quite pregnant and little things make me want to blow chunks, but I definitely never experienced a strangers fingers inside my ear holes before and it was bonkers gross. If this is a normal post-hair washing activity, then please disregard. She worked quickly, which was probably both good and bad. She dropped her comb in my lap twice, and scratched my nose with her fingernail; all accidental obviously, but not very professional. These things would have been far easier to overlook had she said more than 2 words to me while I was there. I don't think it is necessarily a stylists job to entertain me, but a little small talk probably wouldn't have killed anyone, especially since I have a giant conversation piece strapped to my gut (I'm not one of those "I'm preggers! it's amazing, let's talk about ME!" types, but come on.) Sitting in silence for the duration of a haircut is really awkward, and my feeble attempts at making conversation went nowhere, though to be fair I am socially inept. She did however have a lot to say to the stylist working beside her, which made me almost feel like I was interrupting or something! Just really awkward. Finally, the haircut I left with was 1) not a pixie, which was the one definitive demand of mine and 2) certainly attainable at a discount chain salon. However, fault of mine again, I said I liked it and paid and tipped, and left. I will admit to not being very assertive, and I wish I would have been more so, but then after my experience I almost couldn't wait to get out of there. I think overall, I would have to say that they are only a value if you are going to a stylist you know and trust, or one that has been referred to you. Otherwise you may end up going elsewhere for a fix up and paying twice! I learned my lesson about walking in and will only make appointments with lead stylists from now on....but, unfortunately, mostly because of poor service, it won't be at the Mullet again. read more

Horrible! Took my 2 year old son for a "trim." She didn't even consult me before cutting away. After watching her take the first snip with more than 2" of hair, I stopped her and due to the location of the first snip it was hopeless to fix it. My poor baby boy now looks like he's going away to the military at 2 years old, and with no bangs! He also got a rash all over his body because she didn't wipe down the hair. Why isn't there a good childrens salon in the area? Unreal! read more

I have followed Brett around for haircuts and I am truly happy that he is at Crazy Mullets now.. a perfect fit for him! My hair always looks like a million bucks when i walk out of there and he takes his time making it looks just right, ironing every single piece. I am more than happy to support a place that keeps prices under control for services, that just means that I will come back every single time! (and i hear that Michael Symon gets his hair cut here too! ;) ) read more

If you value your hair don't go!!! all I was scheduled for was a highlight lowlight( I have the text appointment) just to break up the blonde , Ericha, OMG I don't have a clue what she thought she knew what she was doingI had red roots and grey ends and instead of breaking up the thick blonde streaks she broke them off my head TONERS are only used when you just don't get it right and don't know what your doing, as told corrective color another line of Bull I called the next day after washing my hair and seeing all the damage and multi red orange grey and green under over processed hair numerous calls and PICS sent per Crazy Mullet request NO Response, Its a bubble gum fad place good with koolaid colors but not for high end styles I had to have it CORRECTED by Lisette Ocasio and sent PICS still No response .
