K and I have been coming here for a while now, mostly for edibles and pre-rolls to help with my pain (chronic and stubborn). The staff, unlike many other dispensaries across Phoenix, are actually helpful and not just nodding while pretending to know the difference between THC and CBD. These folks know their shit, and they're sweet about it too. Patient, friendly, and never pushy. I've walked in confused about what I might want and walked out educated, floating, and grinning like I just got kissed behind the ear by a hot guy or something. They acted like they cared about me, and they probably do. They taught me more about marijuana than Google ever could, and with a lot more charm. The pre-rolls are tight, flavorful, and smooth as hell. No dry throat, no weird aftertaste. Just clean, calming bliss. They are quality AND affordable! The edibles (I go cheap here because I need a lot and get the Everyday brand) Girl.... Potent. Predictable, same high each time, and yet delicious. They always have deals too, so check the website. I love to hit up the BOGO's, but they have discounts, surprise specials. I swear, it's like they want you to leave happy and come back high. Now, the space itself is clean, laid-back, and never overwhelming. No weird energy, no creepy back alley vibes. No overdone neon lights or bad techno music. Just the perfect balance of professional and cool. You walk in and feel like they're expecting you, like you're that girl with needs, and a very real body that sometimes hurts and needs help. People who voted for you to be the #1 Dispensary in Phx don't know what REAL customer service is, they're just glad to be able to buy weed legally. ESPECIALLY the phone orders and having to wait for 20 mins like I did today when there was NO ONE IN THE FKING PLACE!! I was soo disgusted with you I started going to REEF instead for a month. I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect being this was my first time. I barely had my medical card a few days. I went in and was warmly greeted by the staff and asked to complete a short form so they could add me to their database. Then they called me back to the store. I had a wonderful lady named Candice that explained everything to me and showed me all the different products. I explained to her my top 3-4 issues I have and she showed me what would help the most. Whoa, Im surprised to see the reviews on here! Nirvana center in Phoenix is hands down my favorite dispensary, to the point I drive between 20-40 miles out of my way to come here for my meds. They have great quality product with fantastic deals, where as we know it's usually one or the other, and the staff is SO friendly and knowledgeable, I think I have a new favorite budtender every time I go. Seriously, dispensaries with no first time patient, referral, review, or loyalty programs, you probably won't ever get me thru your doors. Why? I decided to try this dispensary out. A patient who was at another dispensary informed me that Nirvana has great prices and product. As a first time patient there, I was a bit overwhelmed because they do have a lot of product, however, my budtender Shalena was so very helpful and sweet! As a first time patient, every product you purchase is 50% off which is pretty great! Shalena took her time with me and assisted me with selecting edibles.
