brought my receipt in along with a faulty full cart and was still not given an exchange. manager told me that the cart worked fine on their tester and that it was my issue, even though i tried the cart on multiple other batteries and still had issues. why would i bring in a product to exchange if it worked properly? management told me i would have to spend more money to fix the problem. have had the same issues before at other dispensaries and was offered an exchange with no problems, don't know what the deal was. read more

Great store! And within the store I am grateful to have met Ben. Ben works at the store and is knowledgeable, kind and has helped me a great deal. He listens to what I need and has provided answers and guidance and on some really painful days even a hug. I now shop exclusively at this dispensary. read more

I checked out Nirvana for my first time patient and it was a great experience! I found my Bud tender Jonathan friendly and knowledgeable. he helped me feel comfortable and I appreciate it! I will be returning! read more

Great fast service! Good deals all the time, never disappointed. So many different option to choose from in store and online.

I would give them a zero!! They made a mistake on my order and refused to make it right!! I WAS a regular came here about 2 3 times a week, and they still couldn't make it right when it was 100% error on their employee, the Employee even owned up to the mistake to the manager and yet they still refused to make it right!!! You are messing with your customer hard earning money at that point, got a 150 bucks worth of weed that i can't smoke because i do not mix with indica, Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I'd recommend driving the extra 5 minutes down the road to Natures Medicine save yourself the hassle! read more

Well Nirvana Center was actually my favorite dispensary for over the last year. The staff was wonderful the flower was amazing with amazing prices to go with it. Then slowly the flower wasn't as good as it normally was but the p4 Prices stayed the same. I am not saying in anyway that they had bad flower just that the quality had moved down a knotch in my opinion (I'm not alone in this as I've had a cpl convos with other patients in the lobby who agreed, as well voiced the opinion before I had said anything). However I still loved coming here so I continued to do so because I felt loyalty to my favorite dispensary and still very much enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff. With all that being said what comes next is beyond disturbing. In all of the 5 years that I have my card I have never experienced anything like this before. There was a very simple mistake made which okay cool lets call and work it out...so I call they're super busy so of course I said call me back when you have time. So you're never called back so late afternoon I called again I was told okay really sorry we didn't get back to you we're really busy again let me talk to the manager and I'll get back to you I swear. Here Comes 8 at night no one has called me yet again. So I call the experience I had with the under-qualified manager who lacks any form of people skills who repeatedly continued to hang up on me refused to give his name to avoid any repercussions from his supervisor. So I let it go to the next day thinking I'll speak with the manager who I have a very nice rapport with and with no doubt in my mind I thought she would call me back I guess I was wrong. Nirvana Center I started off only disappointed with your employee however now that I have attempted to get ahold of management and haven't received pain management as well I am now disappointed with the Nirvana Center Phoenix location 35th Avenue and Van Buren all together. To the rude and arrogant under-qualified supposed manager what goes around comes around and the way you treat others is very poor I can't wait till it catches up to you. read more

I'm so disappointed. Every time I come to this location they have awesome Customer service but this time I had a bad experience. So they have a deal on Sundays when you wear your football team you get a free preroll. Well apparently you have to remind them. They calm they didn't notice me wearing a brite yellow shirt and the lettering on my pants,so in order for me to get it I would have to make another purchase in order to get it. That's bullshit. I've been a long time Customer and they've never done that to me before with anything. read more

Amazing dispensary everyone was very helpful and it was super fast. I love how it's layed out and speedy

Truly a horrible experience. horrible customer service! I'm a high paying customer and to be mistreated for no reason is not cool. Never going back nor should you! read more

This place is the best! All prices include the tax. The bud tenders are always knowledgeable and friendly.

Nirvana Dispensary is hands down one of my all time favorites! They have sweet daily deals and now allow patients to earn free prerolls for reviews! Thanks Nirvana! Keep up the great work! read more

I have been going to Nirvana Center since it opened and have had excellent service ever since good quality products

I usually have no issues with Nirvana, but I was recently sold a half oz of basically Reggie for $70. I got home and opened the bag and the flower had so many seeds I lost count. I called to see if I could exchange it or get my money back and they told me no. It was a preorder so I didn't really get the chance to inspect it like I would've if I walked in. Where's the quality control?? I get that $70 for a half oz is a decent price for bottom tier flower, but this?? This isn't even bottom tier. It's Reggie. I won't be coming back to Nirvana for a while, super disappointed read more

Always love coming here. Friendly staff high quality product and best deals Highly reccomend read more

Great product and prices purple punch to die for will be in again

Great spot to get educated before getting medicated. Budtenders here are super helpful and always informing of the deal of the day.

Quick and easy to order. The people there are nice and store is clean. Always good deals on edibles.

Great deals! It just takes a while to get to the back. I suggest coming first thing in the morning when they open for the fastest service

Always in for a surprise when I come here. They had gelato for $75 Oz which was amazing.. budtender Ray is one of my favs! overall customer service is good and fast. Definitely recommend shopping here read more

Decent meds if you get in before 11am $6gs. Smoke shop next door has nice pieces for the low also.

For my first time going into a dispensary I felt like a little kid. Smelling all that great bud in the air. It was interesting how the bud tender will bring you to their area and show you the flower from the different levels from top-tier to bottom tier. So I tried all three tears and I really enjoyed the Lord but out of the top-tier. I would always say to preferred to go back because of the way the selection is read more

Selection is overwhelming and not that good. They were out of pretty much everything we tried to buy.... not to mention their terrible customer service. I met my gf up there, we went in TOGETHER, when we left we went in my car to run an errand... I took her back to her car which was parked in the most frontal and closest parking spot. A few hours later the center calls my gf saying she was seen exchanging meds and being shady in the parking lot!!!! Wow and we literally went in together. It's sad that they called us after hours to tell us that and we know someone they banned for driving away too aggressively. GET A LIFE. We won't be back and I suggest nobody else goes either since they're flower sucks anyways! read more

Yo nirvana is really my go to spot when I'm in Phoenix cant beat they daily deals and they always got some ass flower and deals on the carts!!!! read more

Nirvana Center is by far my favorite dispensary! I'm actually really shocked to see any bad reviews because I've come here on and off for about 3 years and it's awesome! Siobhan (Siovhan?) is always quick to answer the phone, patiently answers any questions I have, and she ALWAYS makes great recommendations. The budtenders always look like they enjoy their job and I don't blame them, the deals are usually my favorite in Phoenix on any given day, and the waiting room always has a chill, comfortable vibe. There is coffee, bathrooms, water, 2 ATMs (yes they charge, who doesn't) and many lovely people willing to help with all of my medical needs. Thank you Nirvana Center crew! I appreciate yall!!! read more

Been here a couple of times really friendly good quality flower and I will recommend to come here and give it a try

I love this dispensary. All the workers are such a vibe, always great customer service. Highly suggest their OZ, great price for $112 out the door. read more

This dispensary is the only one I go to, they have great deals and the budtenders have always been very helpful!

Whoa, Im surprised to see the reviews on here! Nirvana center in Phoenix is hands down my favorite dispensary, to the point I drive between 20-40 miles out of my way to come here for my meds. They have great quality product with fantastic deals, where as we know it's usually one or the other, and the staff is SO friendly and knowledgeable, I think I have a new favorite budtender every time I go. The atmosphere is great, always great music playing when I go, and they're efficient and speedy! I'm pretty picky when it comes to anything and everything, really, and theres no reason these guys should get anything less than 5 stars! Check out their deals and give them a try! read more

I reviewed them before and this is a place that is not willing to do what other dispensaries are to serve patients. The budtenders have been excellent which is why they get a 2 instead of 1. Quality of flower is hit and miss. Management is some of the worst in town. read more

I came here mainly for their First Time Patient special but I was expecting a lot more to be honest. On social media they tout themselves as one of the best dispensaries in Phoenix but the reality is far from that, but it is social media after all. Their flower was sub par. As if they only buy popcorn nugs from their suppliers. None of the jars they showed me had any terp to them, just grass smelling little nugs. I looked at their wax selection to see if maybe they had something there that would redeem them, nope. I asked for sauce, they tried to sell me on a leaky gram from High Grade for 10% off the regular price, no telling how much had leaked, but "hey it's 10% off, that's a steal" says their budtender read more

Okay place. Flower and prices are possibly the best in town. Some budtenders are excellent and all are nice. Looks like concentrate is also reasonably priced. Why a 3? 3 is okay when you consider the telephone services. By now they should have dealt with the inept system and ladies who work that system. I called this morning before they opened to ask a question and was told to call when they were open. (In 8 minutes) Why do they answer the phone if they don't want to? Too bad. 3 is okay and overall worth putting up with. Try to avoid the phone and it will be a 5 star experience. read more

went there Sunday for my first patient was rudely interrupted the whole time I was trying to talk to my budtender. and on top of it all I had human hair strands in the inside of my "redwood bud" Me personally I would not shop here I called and they said they cant do anything for me. Yeah they lost my business and all my friends I wish postive vibes go your way nirvana And hope you dont do another client like this read more

Love this dispensary. They offer a great selection and the bud tenders are always super knowledgeable and helpful. They have something for everyone. read more

Dont even bother with this location. This is the worst Nirvana location out of any of them. Beyond disrespectful staff who could care less about any customers. Walked in today to a DEAD lobby and sat for 15 minutes while 2 other patients were called back even though i checked in before them. I asked the guy directing people with the Ipad "hey man, I checked in before them" his exact words with attitude "I'm going in order from people who checked in. what's your name?" Told him my name he proceeds to scroll through the Ipad saying "yea your not in my cue i don't know what to tell you" Who the hell speaks to a customer like that?? So I go to the latina lady who checked me at the front desk (extremely rude as well and this is the second time she has given me attitude when she's the one who made a mistake?) Tells me "i checked you in so not sure why you haven't gone back" I told her he said i wasn't checked in. She then said "i'm not gonna sit here and argue with you so i can get a manager if you want" Atleast the manager had some kind of common sense but I hope the management actually educated their staff instead of giving them a slap on the wrist. Horrible humans workin here read more

Melissa Gonzalez. I love going to nirvana. last time I tried some of the black diamond flower and it was fire. Love the tax included and bulk oz specials. Will always keep coming back read more
