After over 200 massages at least, this is the best one I've ever had and she provided coaching on daily stretches customized to my challenges. Had no idea I had 3 ribs out of alignment, 3 vertebrae also and collarbone out on both sides and she fixed all of it!She's also a post-operative specialist and shared insight and guidance no other Dr or massage/pt therapist ever has. I have 3 titanium discs in my cervical spine from a ski crash that I waited to treat until two years ago and she told me things about my injury just by feel.
