I don't believe any of the other staff actually listened to a word I said. After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service? I'm sincerely happy for those who were able to get some pain relief, but do not understand how the same facility offered such abysmal service and neglect. Bless your heart Christy.

Not what I expected, but she started with "cupping" first. It was painless and actually I fell asleep during it. She explained thoroughly the results and followed it up with more cupping and acupuncture in the same session. She took her time to answer my questions and I was very happy with the results. On a side note...this helped me and has brought my sciatic issues almost to a complete solution. I'll definitely be back again and again.

Each one of us was different but she helped us all. My husband had sciatica, and curvature of the spine, I had damage to my lower back and tail bone damage due to a horseback riding accident and two car accidents where I was hit from behind, my daughter had migraines. She worked her magic on all of us. When I damaged my shoulder in Houston and they told me only surgery could relieve the lack of motion and pain, I drove to Fort Worth to put surgery off, instead she fixed it by correcting 3 spots in my neck!!!!!! So when my mother in NM could not find relief for stabbing needle pains in her fingers for months to the point she couldn't stand it and was running her hands is scalding water to numb the pain for short times..... I flew her to Fort Worth to see Dr. Janiak. She worked on my mother 4 times in the short time we had....coming in on a holiday to get her one more treatment early in the morning before I had to put my mother on a plane to NM and drive back to Houston.....My mother had been stubborn and not agreed to the trip until 3 months after the injury that shifted her shoulders and pinched the nerves to her hand. She got a tremendous amount of relief immediately, but the release of the nerves continued to improve for a month after she got home. Dr Janiak is tallented and cares! She makes it work for you no matter what crazyness you have going in your life. I had found her after being hurt by a typical cracking type of chiropractor who used a drop table on me. I hurt worse for months until I found Steohanie. She restored my belief that life should be pain free.....and she has made me pain free with minimal stress on my body with her method of choice, the activator. I'm sure she can do the rest when needed, with just as much skill, but why when you can get amazing results without the risks with the activator. I cant sing her praises enough.
