Stumbled on this gem on the 4th of July late in the evening. The overall esthetics are clean and simple. But the desserts are anything but. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided exceptional customer service. We tried several of their gelatos and a giant cookie and both were spot on. If you have a sweet tooth or many sweet teeth then this is for you. Parking is a bit challenging and worse so for holiday windows or events. The interior seating is adequate and extremely clean. If I am in the area again I would definitely go out of my way to stop in again.
This gelato shop offers a delightful variety of flavors and delicious options. You can sample the gelato before making a purchase. The seating area is well-ventilated with air conditioning, and there's a bathroom available. The parking lot is conveniently located nearby.

The atmosphere here is sweet, literally lol. The decor is elevated, not your typical gelato spot. We were spending a few hours in Santa Monica and wanted something sweet. As serendipity would have it, I saw Bacio di Latte in the distance and knew it was going to be our choice! I saw it come on my timeline a few times but didn't know when I would get to the West side. Our lucky day!! Service was great and KUDOS to the staff for asking us if there were any allergies....which there were...peanuts‼‼‼ So THANK YOU!! Our choices we selected were soo decadent and smooth. Couldn't ask for better. Now I have learned that there is a location in Encino. Perfect

This is a company that has stores all around the greater Los Angeles area. There are lots of flavors to choose from. They are in long trays and they scoop it out for you. I had half chocolate and half coffee flavor. It was totally delicious and I ate every bite. The one problem is that it starts melting and dripping, even while it's in the cup, so be aware and put a napkin around it. The flavor was wonderful. That consistency was just right and smooth. It was really a treat.

Quality! Bold flavors! I ordered their affogato which is a scoop of any flavor gelato and a shot of espresso in a drink cup If you want to add an extra shot of espresso its an additional $1.75 I picked the hazelnut chocolate which resembled a ferrero rocher FIRE and rich My friend also ordered an affogato with their vanilla caramel that was also fire and a more balance option ! I highly recommend they have multiple locations too mostly in the surrounding areas of santa monica and all the way to irvine..thank you for that please open one in LBC

A delicious combo of hazelnut and chocolate, tasty with every bite! I hear it's a specialty of Turin, Italy! Seating | Decor | Plenty of seating both inside and outside! Each location I visit has a beautiful glow about it, love the lighting & bits of Italy around the café! Customer Service | Incredibly friendly & welcoming, as well as knowledgeable about the gelato! Service with a Smile for sure! Also, thanks for the samples! Overall | Yes, perfect dessert, especially on a beautiful warm day! I'll be back! Even better, it's alongside shopping on Third Street Promenade! Score!!
OMG. If I could have an affogato everyday, I absolutely would and I would have it from Bacio di Latte. We shared a pistachio and salted caramel affogato. Both flavors provide a bit of saltiness that pairs so well with the sweet ice cream and the bitter espresso. By far my favorite sweet treat of the year.
First time at Bacio di Latte. The place was very cute with a decent amount of seating inside and a little outside. A lot of foot traffic and at times the line got pretty long. I got a Crema Torino Affogato. I liked it. The gelato was sooo good, it was way better than the espresso, which was strongly bitter, but... Of course it's a gelato shop. I can't say much about the service because I sat and held a table while my friends went in line and ordered for me, but the table was a little dirty and after telling staff at the counter, one of them came right away and cleaned the table. Overall I liked it. Everyone. In my party was happy with their gelato orders. I would come back for sure.
I'll give Bacio 5 stars every time. First time at this location, parking down the street is easy and convenient in the bank lot on a Sunday and it's always delicious. What more is there to say? Servers were pleasant and shop is super cute.

Saturday at noon is an ideal time to visit. There are no long lines, and the gelato is incredibly rich and flavorful. They offer a wide variety of flavors to choose from. I particularly enjoyed their blueberry gelato. It wasn't too sweet or rich, just the right amount of flavor. read more
My friends and I stopped by this place last night to get some gelato ice cream since we were in the area. This place also close late so it worked out for us. When we walked inside, they had a line but it wasn't too bad. I got the creama and biscotti which is the cookie and cream in a pint cup. My friend who was the birthday boy got the Giandujotto which is the hazelnut and chocolate. My other two friends for the tiramisu and strawberry cheesecake. We all chose the cup instead of a cone because we saw how fast the gelato melt. One of my friend also got a black coffee to complete our order. We sat inside of the place and enjoyed our ice cream. The gelato flavors we chose were amazing and the customer service was excellent. I used the bathroom here as well, you need a code for the door. read more

YUMMMMMMMY! I love ice cream. I love gelato. I love this place. First off, when you go in it is very light and clean. There is seating both inside and outside, I chose outside. I had a coffee flavor and it was so delicious! The service was quick and excellent. I definitely plan on going back whenever I happen to be in the area. I hope they can stay since Santa Monica isn't easy. read more
Bacio di Latte has the best gelato in LA. Try their giandujja flavor - it's heavenly! They have a temporary promotion going on for affogato, so I gave it a try. It was pretty good too. This location has a good seating space and the service is great. They let you try samples of different flavors. read more
Amazing service ! Lovely, clean, atmosphere. A friend and I went to All'Antico Vinaio's Grand opening, then we went across to finish the night at Bacio Di Latte ! Amazing service, we tried all the flavors. We were served by: Jared, Lexi, and Yvonne. Wonderful and attentive staff. They made our night after the festivities. All the flavors were beyond phenomenal. The service we received was patient and attentive. They gave great recommendations. We got four flavors: tiramisu, cherry yogurt, caffe, and salted pretzel. The flavors taste natural and pure altogether. We got feedback on what many customers say about the flavors. We received personalized assistance based on what flavor profiles we fancy. This dessert exceeded my expectations!!! I had two different flavors, the cheesecake and the peanut butter and OMGGG it was absolutely delightful!!!! Such a nice treat, you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The service was good and the place itself was nice and clean. It had a cute atmosphere and I like that the bathroom, exterior didn't necessarily look like a restroom which gave the overall place a cute feel. read more
Bacio di Latte is consistently great! While they are a bit pricey, the gelato is worth it. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming you in, thanking you, and saying goodbye. They offer samples, which I appreciated, though I was a little shy and only tried two. I ended up choosing three flavors I knew I would enjoy. Best sellers are clearly marked with yellow signs. I opted for the Regular Cup ($8.95), which allows for three flavors. I chose Pistacchio (Pistachio) - an all-time bestseller, Stracciatella (Chocolate Chip), and Raspberry Sorbet (vegan, made with local raspberries!). Brie was very helpful and checked in to make sure I liked my choices. Great gelato and service! read more
I'd been to Bacio in Westfield Century City and loved it but first time to be here. I go to Santa Monica and Venice so it's not that Bacio opened a new location here. I have always love the Excellent quality for the gelato, sorbet and vegan flavors It was busy when I came in around 5pm. There was a line but it moved really fast because there are four people who are assisting customers. I didn't even do tasting of any flavors in consideration of the people behind me. I just went ahead and ordered half scoop of pistachio and half scoop of something with pretzel. Both flavors were so good. I really enjoyed licking and scooping it with gusto until it's all gone. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. read more
Could not resist the sweet gelato fragrance as we passed by so we went in and got a piccolo cup of tiramisu and pistachio gelato. Tiramisu had more coffee notes, and the pistachio had a salty aftertaste at first but it grew on me and loved it even more. The workers were kind when serving us samples and we chatted about local events during checkout. It was so cute inside with small, round tables and natural lighting. Another brand new store for bacio di latte! Loved all the new flavors and the seasonal ones. Staffs were very friendly and I was able to try so many different flavors. Had such a great experience at Bacio di Latte!! I got the buttercream pretzel flavor (which I think is new) and it was absolutely delicious. It had little pretzel bits mixed in and the flavor was super rich but perfectly balanced! The service was also amazing!! I didn't catch her name, but the girl who helped us was so lovely and kind. She let us try a few samples and was super patient and friendly the whole time. Between the great service and the delicious ice cream, this was such a great stop. read more
Bacio Di Latte is my favorite LA gelato. The rest don't make them like they do! My go-to is pistachio! Delicious nutty flavor with pieces of the pistachio nut. Very creamy, perfect on a warm day in LA! The pistachio mousse gelato is a bit more sweeter not to my liking. I came on Wed. 25th of June for their free gelato day! I got a free piccolo sized cup, benefiting Children's Hospital, they matched every donation. I chose chocolate hazelnut and pistachio. Perfect pairing but I may be biased :) Super friendly staff. You can try samples and enjoy the indoor seating. Coffees, iced lattes, other sweets and pints also available. General parking lots available on 4th street, free for the first 90 min. Delicious gelato supporting Children's Hospital... cannot get any better! read more

Excellent gelato and service! We actually had gelato in Milan at a top gelato place and this place served gelato that was just as delicious! We had the seasonal Maple Caramel brittle, raspberry sorbet, crema Torino (hazelnut), pistachio and chocolate, and strawberry cheesecake. Everything was delicious and satisfying. We will be back tomorrow!!! read more

I think I may have found a new favorite Gelato place. Bacio di Latte is a charming Gelato shop with cozy vibes. We went there on Sunday afternoon and the shop was busy. They have indoor seating. We scanned the QR code to read the menu. They have delicious and unique flavors of Gelato, in addition to Affogato bar, coffee , espresso and cookies. They use organic milk and organic cream. We ordered, -Bacio di latte and pesca -Stracciatella and bacio di latte and cioccolato belga -Caramello salato and crema Torino and bacio di latte The service was fast. The server was such a sweet and friendly young gentleman. My husband enjoy his Pesca Gelato. It was a refreshing peach sorbet.His second scoop was Bacio di latte. It had creamy texture with nutty hazelnut combined with light chocolate flavor. Stracciatella was light ,smooth and silky with chocolate pieces incorporated in the Gelato. It gave such a delightful taste. Cioccolato belga had extremely rich flavors and it is perfect for chocolate lovers. Crema Torino was full hazelnut experience as they described. It was fresh, silky and rich. Caramello salato had a nice balanced salted caramel flavor. Overall, their Gelato's flavors were excellent. We also ordered two drinks Iced sweet bacio latte and Iced caramello latte. The drinks were refreshing but they were not the best drinks I tried. I got pecan pie bar because it looked so good. I was glad it tasted delicious as it looked. We had great time and we enjoyed high quality and fresh ice cream. read more

It's a Bacio di Latte - of course it's amazing! These shops have been popping up all over LA and each is as good as the last. This location is mere blocks from the Promenade. It's fairly small but there is seating indoors and a few small tables outdoors as well. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the gelato is as delicious as you might expect. We loved the new Cocco Rio flavor with the crunchy bits. I have no doubt that we will be back read more
