This is one of those places where I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I originally found them in Marina Del Rey. I was working very hard to avoid going to Starbucks after eating at Sugarfish. I saw an older lady that was exuding a high quality aura walking out of this place so naturally I was intrigued. Very clean and very welcoming inside. The service was very friendly. During my first time they offered to taste testers. First time I settled in pistachio affogato. I really regretted it. I needed a double serving! So for my 2nd time I made sure to order two scoops and two espresso shots. And my goodness just typing this is making me want to get some today.

Good stuff here folks. Guest and I opted for the minimal amount of poison, with my selection being the one that allows you to at least halfway escape reality, that being the 60% cocao offering-and the smallest one at that. The crew here usually has smiles, and their temperament and personality is usually good to boot as well. It certainly was on this evening. Nice spot!

Back here for their new flavors and got sold to their Buttercream Pretzel. As always, it's lovely to be able to sample before buying so I could literally get what I was really fond of in my cup. Thanks to the patient attendants for bearing with my indecisiveness! You just made my weekend ice cream date better.

Second time but 1st at this location! Always sweet, kind service and a very cute vibe. Walked in and smelled the waffle cones being made. I got vanilla because that's really the only flavor I like and that's anywhere lol I'm that simple.

The Baseline: The Ice Cream/Gelato Baseline consists of having quality dairy product, variety of flavors/mix-ins, and serving quantity for the price. Handles goes over the baseline on all marks. Food: The gelato is creamy, smooth, sweet, and delicious. The add ins to the gelato are top quality and it comes through in the offerings. The gelatos at this location were very well presented and were delicious (Strawberry Cheesecake and the Dubai Chocolate were great). Service: Service was friendly and fast in preparing my order. I was offered free samples of the different gelatos. There was a difference in the servings we were served though. Ambiance: The shop has a very classy, upscale look, extremely clean. The ambiance has an Italian/southern France style. No real outdoor seating but the Waterside is a great shopping plaza to enjoy you gelato at.

Dipping your waffle cone in pistachio butter and putting on the most decadent chocolate gelato ever in it is a game changer for sure. It's a little pricier for filling the ice cream cravings but it's worth every penny and calorie. They do offer free samples and are very kind/patient. There are like five different chocolate variations and some range closer to milk chocolate and some to dark chocolate. Man I'm craving this as I write this interview. All flavors and textures were consistently superb. The hazelnut tasted like frozen but creamy Nutella I highly recommend. Parking is shared in the huge lot. The inside decorations are so adorable and aesthetic. They have a small seating area that's comfy too

Amazing selection of gelato, affogato, cookies and more!

Vegan chocolate gelato is also GF and is divine. "Why go to Italy when you can have this in LA?" is what my husband said and I wholeheartedly agree! Service was excellent (we were told the waffle cone is made in house but is not vegan. The sugar cone is vegan). We were also informed that we can get a kids size (which is half of their piccolo cup). Perfect for our kid! The pistachio butter they smear on the cone...which is then dipped in nuts (hazelnuts or pistachios)...ohhhmygodd. How incredibly flavorful can it get?!! They also have an Affogato which we want to check out next time. Love the ambience as well. They have a few other vegan flavors like the raspberry sorbet etc which also looked interesting. All in all, an AMAZING experience!

Such a cute gelato shop! I loved the fun and creative seating with giant milk jugs topped with cushions acting as stools--such a unique touch. The employees were all very nice and happy to share their recommendations, which made the experience even better. Yes, it's a little on the pricey side, but the quality of the gelato is absolutely worth it, especially on a hot day. Everything tasted so fresh and indulgent. Definitely a spot I'd come back to whenever I'm craving gelato!

After shopping at Barnes & Noble we started looking around the shopping area for some ice cream or gelato, and found Bacio di Latte. It is a small place, step inside and pick your treat, then pay and exit. There are no tables inside, but there are a few seats outside common to the shopping plaza. I had the Coffee & Caramel. While it had no strong flavor, it was nevertheless a cold and delicious gelato to end our shopping day.

This is some of the best gelato that I have had in the United States. Not only are the flavors incredible but I didn't feel super full or sick the night of or day after eating it. You can tell everything is made from high-quality ingredients and the flavors really last long after you finish eating them. It's located in a small strip mall in Marina del Rey by the water and there is plenty of free parking right in front. They don't really have tables on the inside, and it's fairly small so can't have more than a dozen or so people it in at a time. It's a get in line and get it to-go type of place but the line moves fast even though there are a lot of flavor options to choose from. For this visit, I chose one of their new specials, which was the Buttercream & Pretzel and combined that with Salted Caramel. I thought both were fantastic and I would definitely get both of them again. They have many different types of fruitier and more chocolatey options so next time I'm gonna try something completely different. I would highly recommend and will be back many times.

This is a nice cute place to get some gelato. The area is super cool and the shop is very nice! The service was great. Came on closing this past Saturday and enjoyed every minute here. They had cookies in cream to Coffee flavors even pistacio

March 17 & 25, 2025 | Marina del Rey: I was excited to see a Bacio di Latte location nearby! They have a wide variety of gelato flavors & the decor is absolutely beautiful! Customer Service: Super friendly & service with a smile each time! They also give free samples so that you'll find the perfect flavor! Gift Cards: Cute design selection! On my first visit, I stopped by to quickly grab a gift card! A register was available, so I didn't have to wait in a long line, yay! I had been talking to/catching up with a sweet woman who works at a store nearby & that I go to frequently! She was telling me that she wanted to try the gelato, but found it a bit pricey! She was shocked when I ran back in the store and gifted her a gift card! Haha! Surprise! 2nd Time: On my next visit, I dined inside & had gelato with a friend! After a few samples, I found the perfect flavor! I absolutely loved the hazelnut and chocolate combo! Yum! Note: I've also had pistachio gelato at another location at Westfield Century City Mall, right after friends and I dined at Javier's, as it's right across the way! Overall: Great customer service, tasty samples & such a beautiful store! Score!

Amazing gelato and such a cute shop! Their lattes are just as good as the gelato -- super smooth and flavorful. The line can get pretty long at night, but it moves quickly, and it's totally worth the wait. Perfect spot for a sweet treat by the marina!

I really like ice cream shops that have unique flavors and high quality flavors and this place delivered on both fronts. I sampled a bunch of flavors and the coffee and nuts flavor was pretty good, but ended up getting the strawberry with black pepper and the chocolate brownie on a waffle cone. Both of those flavors were pretty solid, I liked the chocolate brownie a lot more than the strawberry, the strawberry had portions where it tasted straight like strawberry syrup that was a bit too sweet for my liking (even though I have a sweet tooth) The worker was nice even though we had like 4-5 samples before deciding what to buy without any pressure so that was nice. I like that they give napkins and a spoon as well if you ask. The only negatives were the price and I wish the waffle cone was made fresh right on the spot. But otherwise, would come back again!

On the menu of Turn Dough is belgian waffles, soft serve gelato, milkshakes and chimney cakes! For those who don't know what chimney cakes are; they are a traditional snack from Hungary that is made from sweet yeast dough that is rolled into a long rope and baked around a cylinder. Here at Turn Dough; you can actually watch them make and bake the chimney cake. It was really hard to choose what dessert to get here as everything looked so yummy. This place happens to be the first place to offer chimney cake in Los Angeles and so you know I just had to try that. Even choosing which chimney cake to get was hard! They've got 18 different types or you can even create your own! From oreo to nutella to coconut to Disney inspired or unicorn inspired; they've got something for everyone! I ended up getting the very cute Minnie Macaron chimney cake which has Italian-style soft-serve gelato, French Macarons, Rainbow sprinkles, and a handmade Minnie Mouse bow on top. It was definitely a magical Disney inspired creation. We also got the Nutella Dream. This one is a must try for Nutella lovers. It's a chocolate delight that even includes Kinder chocolates! Tastewise; I really liked the freshly baked chimney cakes from here. The chimney cakes are so soft and fluffy. My gelato ice cream melted pretty quickly but I still enjoyed the sweet, creamy soft serve. One has the option to get the chimney cake upside down in a cup and I have to say that is not a bad option because it helps with eating the ice cream and you won't have to worry about the oozy, dripping mess hehe that you will get a with a cone.
