Every time I dine here, I purchase their homemade salads, pickles, and kimchi to bring home. I tell myself I will leave a review next time, only to end up forgetting due to the tremendous satisfaction and joy I have felt since I started eating at this local hidden gem. I have slowly been trying each dish that intrigues my palate. I am aware I will soon be heading back, since my salads are starting to dwindle as I consume them daily. So, with this realization, I figured it is time for the review I have long owed this restaurant. I have been here a total of three times; that is not much to you, however, if you know me, this is big, especially since I cook all of my own food. The first time I came here, I ordered a Thai iced tea, which I consumed before even taking a photo. The Thai iced tea was spectacular and not at all too sweet. I split the kimchi pierogi topped with white fried onions, ground meat pierogi topped with fried onions, chicken fried rice, and drunken noodles with my father. The pierogi were so phenomenal, especially since they are homemade. They made my dad and me want only fresh, homemade pierogi, since store-bought no longer tastes the same! The chicken fried rice and drunken noodles were a delight and not over-seasoned. We even tried the homemade in-house cookie, which was a delightful sweet snack. The second time I went was again with my dad; this time we both ordered Polish-style hot dogs, chicken spring rolls, and garlic coco rice. Despite the Polish-style hot dogs being much thicker than an average hot dog, we shockingly enjoyed the flavor and juiciness, along with the toppings and sauces on them. The chicken spring rolls were perfectly crispy, tasty, and shockingly not greasy or dry! The garlic coco rice was fluffy, flavorful, and had the perfect amount of garlic. The drink of choice was a Thai iced green tea, which was not bitter and had just the perfect amount of sweetness. The third time I went here, I brought the whole family. I ordered the pierogi with potatoes, mushrooms, and onions, topped with white fried onions, which I enjoyed. The mushroom and onion flavor was subtle and discreet. My grandma ordered the spinach cheese pierogi, which I got to try; I felt it had an equal spinach-to-cheese ratio. My grandma also ordered two jumbo knishes, which I had a piece of to try as well. I felt they were crispy, fluffy, and yummy. My grandpa and dad both ordered the ground meat, onion, and mushroom pierogi, which both of them enjoyed. My grandpa even told the owner they were the best pierogi he had ever eaten. My great-aunt Margie had a Polish-style hot dog, and my uncle had two Polish-style hot dogs with some toppings. Then I ordered mild pad thai noodles to share and try with the family. Everyone really enjoyed the pad thai and kept asking me for more. I had the kompot to drink, which tasted like a fresh homemade fruit punch. I can see why it sells out fast. Food-wise, everything was wonderful according to my family and me. The three drinks I tried were amazing. I have tried almost every salad, yet this couple always surprises me with a new one I have not yet tried. The only two I have not enjoyed were the pickled egg salad and the spicy cucumber salad. Otherwise, I have enjoyed every other salad I have tried tremendously, especially the sweet and sour cucumber salad and the Thai cucumber salad, which are my two favorites, as well as the homemade kimchi. The food is outstanding, and the service was friendly and remarkable. The conversation with the owner is a true delight, and the atmosphere is serene and conducive to conversation. read more

This was our first time ordering from Bach's Bistro. We ordered pierogis, spring rolls, shrimp fried rice, and a salmon dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious! When picking up our takeout order we sampled the pickles and came home with two containers. We look forward to returning to Bach's to try other items on their menu and, yes, more pickles! read more

We had the Tom Kha Soup with Chicken which was excellent! The best one I have had in the area. We also tried the Meat, Potato & Mushroom, and Sauerkraut & Mushroom Pierogi. We loved the Potato, and Sauerkraut ones. The meat one was also very good, but the meat is not the typical style and taste you expect in a Polish meat pierogi. They also have a lunch buffet, and a small deli counter where you can buy Authentic Polish Kielbasa and amazing Pickles! Definitely stop in and give them a try you won't be disappointed. I am looking forward to coming back and trying even more dishes. read more

I was so excited to find this spot! Stopped in on my lunch break and picked up 2 different types of pierogis (potato/cheese and spinach/cheese), sauerkraut, cucumber salad, sun dried tomatoes, and cookies. Everything was delicious (ESPECIALLY the pierogis) and my family devoured it all quickly. The man behind the counter was very sweet and helpful. I was waiting to have my car serviced nearby and wandered over. I was surprised to find exceptional pierogis and cucumber salad for lunch.

So I was very confused about a Polish/Thai restaurant, but I had to try it. The day I went, there were a few offerings for lunch specials, and I got the pork belly and white rice. IT WAS INCREDIBLE. It had the perfect amount of sweet sauce, and it was the best kind of Thai sweet sauce. The kind owner obliged in giving me sriracha on top, which made it perfect. Pork belly is one of my favorite foods, and I was shocked at how perfectly it was cut and cooked. You would not expect pork belly that good to come out of that place, and yet it does. Also, the rice was cooked perfectly, which is not always a given, so worth noting. Super nice owner. He is polish and has a Thai wife, and they seem well travelled, so the concept does make sense. What an awesome place. Family-owned home cooked Polish meals - including fantastic pierogis - that don't exist anywhere else in the county. AND the Thai food was equally as great. Next time you feel like Chinese dumplings, give the pierogis here a chance instead. Everyone should check these guys out! read more

Was super happy to try Bach Bistro. We placed a take out order. the pirogies were delicious! loved the veggie spring rolls as well. it's nice to have something different and the price was reasonable.
