    Forged mushrooms

Excellent meal at Bacco in the Four Seasons Hotel. Bread service was very unique. Puffed pizza type came out piping hot with steam coming out when opening the bread! Be careful. Served with solidified olive oil formed to look like olives sitting g in olive oil and balsamic. Outstanding! We ordered a second one to use for scarpetta (wiping the sauce from our plates at the end). The pastas are freshly made in house and cooked perfectly al dente. Pasta portions are perfect as a first course. Highly recommend the bucatini with lump crab and Calabrian chili. For the main course we split the olive brined chicken, forged mushrooms and sautéed escarole. Loved the uniqueness of these items not normally found on an Italian menu. Dessert did not disappoint either. Chocolate hazelnut gelato was the favorite but the chocolate and cherry with Sicilian pistachios was also a winner. Service was great and our server expertly answered all our questions and made excellent suggestions. Staff were very attentive, refilling water, silverware for each course and wiping down the table between dishes being served. Experience was all that you would expect from the luxury hotel.

First of all..... yum Heard about this place through social media. Decided to go for lunch for a girls day out as the lunch prices seemed more reasonable for us. My daughter's drink was very refreshing and mine was delicious and had a bit more "kick" to it. We decided on three appetizers instead of main courses. The burrata with aperol peaches and heirloom tomatoes was perfection.... Refreshing and cool on a day with a heat advisory. The bruschetta alla ricotta was heavenly with just the right amount of sweetness in the whipped ricotta. And the gnocchi fruit I was light and pillowy. We topped it off with a gelato. We sat on the patio despite the heat, but the fans kept us cool enough The part that made this experience top notch was our server, Monica. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thanks Monica for a great experience

So cute! Ending the meal with Italian marmelad and a small bag of pasta with recipe on the back.

Still very new but I'm so excited about what is going to be. The cocktails are absolutely amazing and the food we have had so far as been really good. Keep in mind I have only visited during the soft opening days and I am sure the small quirks will be ironed out shortly. If I can recommend just one thing I would say try the side of foraged mushrooms! I don't care what your main course is, this is the side you need. They bring you fresh baked bread from their pizza oven and it is presented with olive oil "disguised as butter" (it actually looks like 3 green grapes - so cute) and it is delicious. My next visit I will for sure try the pizza from the oven. They also have dry aged meat, locally sourced that is on my to-do list. Looking forward to many great meals here!

Vibe: 10/10 Food: 7.5/10 Service: 9/10 So here's the thing: the vibes were vibing, great decor. The workers were all very attentive, however, we were a bit disappointed that the bread, salad and appetizers we ordered all arrived at the same time; likewise our pasta and our steak also arrived together. This made us feel rushed, and for the price, you don't want to feel rushed. Also with it being Italian and a said, "coursed" menu, we really feel that was a miss. Overall the food was good.

Opening night at Bacco was full of hustle, performance and personality from Virginia the GM, to the Table Captains, the Sommelier to the waitstaff. It's an elegant, full service, fine dining Italian steakhouse. Portions are larger than small plates. The bread service is intimidatingly large, but it's a puff pastry, served with whole garlic cloves, oil and basalmic. We enjoyed the Copper River Salmon in a lightly citrus sauce, the Spaghetti al Pomodoro served al dente, and the Pan-Roasted Alaskan Halibut that was crunchy on the outside and still soft and tender inside. Dessert was the Tiramisu which came in a large pan, and could have had more Grand Marnier. There is a full bar and expansive wine list. There is a children's menu too. Parking at the hotel valet is validated.

The restaurant itself is a breath of fresh air. It has a very luxurious vibe. The food was great and so was the service.

My wife and I were spending a few days in Nashville enjoying the sights and food. We live in Virginia. We came across Bacco what a Gem. They say if you strive for excellence, some times you will achieve perfection. Our meal and service were perfect. I would come back to Nashville just to enjoy the food and service again. Thank you for a very special evening!

We received water immediately but then we were left quite a while before our server returned to take our orders. He was also slow to bring my wine. At the end of our meal, it took him forever to bring the check, My husband had the salmon which he said was good. I had the chicken saltimbocca which was not good. The chicken and prosciutto were good in my dish but the linguine had so much garlic it was nasty tasting. I ate the chicken but the overpowering taste of the garlic was very bitter and unpleasant. I ate only a small portion of it. Now I feel a bit nauseous and I know it is from the garlic. That seemed to be the only seasoning in the dish and was definitely too much. And our location was not pleasant. We were not in the main dining room but in what seemed to be a porch that could be opened in nice weather. There was a table of six other patrons who were obnoxiously loud and disruptive to the other diners in the room. Yes, they were having a good time but were negatively impacting other diners. Nothing was done by restaurant management to ask them to quieten down. Overall, the dining experience tonight was just bad. We won't be back.

Really enjoyed the saltiness of the bread and the grilled warm lemon that they served with the artichoke. I would like to try the meatballs next. For our next dish, we got the Sunday lasagna. Really nice presentation and the noodles were so thin and fresh. The meat was so flavorful and delicious. We also got the pig pizza and spicy vodka rigatoni. The spicy vodka rigatoni was very spicy. I was completely impressed from the food, to the service, to the overall experience. We spent the several hours here laughing, dancing out the full pasta tummies and toasting to a good time. I really didn't expect to leave full after seeing the first few courses but I can safely say it was well worth the money because I left absolutely stuffed. What is really unique about this, compared to other coursed meals is they will box up anything you can't finish so you can take it home. I enjoyed most of the courses, especially the fresh made mozzarella, the creamy pasta and the donuts. The cocktails were great too but as you can imagine with many people ordering drinks at the same time, it took a little to get your drinks. Nothing wrong with this though! The head chef gave a lovely speech about how this restaurant came to be and the intent behind it which brought tears to my eyes. This was so tender, sliced thin, and was a perfect bite with the chilled potatoes. The tuna tartare was equally as good, but the octopus stole show. The tuna has a burnt orange vinaigrette around the outside of the plate. It's more than just a garnish. Make sure you get a bite with the tuna. For dinner we had the bolognese, duck ragu, and braised short rib. All three dishes melted in your mouth.
