Our driver was warm and courteous, and a safe driver who knew his way around the city with confidence. Crown was also meaningfully less expensive than the quote received from another car service sourced thru work.

Easy to book, a quick confirmation email (and if anything needs changing, it's changed in minutes and a new confirmation sent to you), and a reminder the day before your pickup. We got tired of unreliable Ubers, shuttles, driving ourselves and dealing with airport parking, etc. and have not looked back. The driver always arrives a little early and sends you a text that he's arrived. Always professional, friendly and helpful, the vehicles are immaculate. It's far and away the easiest way to get to LAX (or wherever you may need to go). When you arrive back from your trip, the driver has texted you where they are to meet you. It's super easy and never delayed. Take the stress out of travel, use Modern Limousine Service and you'll be happy.

Last night, we used them again for a Noah Kahan concert at the Rose Bowl, and our driver Lila made the whole night easy. The car was beautiful, clean, and clearly newer, exactly what you want for a special night out. Lila was easy to communicate with leading up to pickup, and when we arrived at the lot, she was already standing outside with the car lights on so we could spot her right away. Getting in and out of a sold out Rose Bowl show is genuinely no small task with traffic and crowds, but she navigated it smoothly and got us home without any stress. Their prices are competitive, especially considering the quality of the vehicles and how well maintained everything is. We'll keep coming back for special occasions. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, professional car service.
