    She is amazing. Rented a car seat and stroller. Flight was delayed and she didnt charge me any fee. She even met me at the airport!

    I have been a gap (and sister brands) customer for decades. I purchased two pairs of jeans that I…read moreneeded for a trip the next day, and sent my husband to pick them up. He went to old navy to pick up an order there (same company) with no trouble, but at Gap Factory an employee - named Holly - refused to release the items to him. My husband then offered to show her a picture of my photo ID, but she still refused. I then called the store directly, explained that he was my husband, and then offered to text a photo of our marriage certificate even though we have the same name, and she still refused. Here's where it gets even weirder: I called the 1-800 Gap customer service line, where they confirmed that my husband should be able to pick up my order (he has, in fact, picked up orders from this very same gap factory location before without issue). The corporate customer service staff then called the store to remind Holly of the corporate pickup policy, and she STILL refused to release my order! This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and I am now leaving for my trip without my jeans. Thankfully, corporate has gifted me a $40 gift card for my troubles, which I will use to purchase the same items for delivery to my home. I'm still reeling over this awful experience and I will never give this location my business again. Do yourself a favor and just buy online.

I searched online for a place where I could rent a mobility scooter on short notice. The scooter needed to be delivered the next day. I found this company online, which was among the only few that said that they would deliver the next day. I was discouraged by all of the negative reviews here, but I was so desperate and willing to try anything. I put in my order Sunday evening, and first thing Monday morning, a lovely gentleman showed up at my door at about 10 AM with a scooter ready to go. These folks saved my bacon big time. I was able to go and come back, and on the agreed day of pick up, the same lovely gentleman showed up at about noon to retrieve the scooter. It was all done very simply, with no fuss or ceremony, and I didn't have to do anything. So grateful. That was my experience. I'd say this company is worth a shot if you find yourself in a position similar to mine. My only critique is that the company would have available more scooters that can accommodate higher weight limits.

I rode the scooter 1.2 miles down the street from my hotel and the battery went to yellow. INSTEAD OF MOVING ON ABOUT MY DAY, I took it back to the hotel from the 1.2 miles i had already rode it to. It started beeping (RED) I was left stranded when the battery died. Mind you, the delivery guy TEXTED me and said he's dropping it off wayyy before I arrive at the hotel. He was very rude in his response. Regardless, I called him. Didn't answer, I texted him, he left me on read. I started to leave the scooter wherever it died which was in the middle of the highway on the crosswalk. Still to this day, he haven't responded! Shitty ass company and outdated ass scooters!
