Unfortunately, when our family member opened the envelopes before the reveal, there were no genders included at all. The envelopes only contained ultrasound images that did not show the gender of either twin. Because of this, we had to return to the office and ask them directly for the genders, completely ruining the experience we had planned. While the staff member we dealt with afterward was polite, the overall process was disorganized, unprofessional, and not worth the price. For something this meaningful, I expected far better.

I was also told that the intake staff is responsible for confirming coverage and discussing any potential patient responsibility before services are provided. That conversation never happened. To make matters worse, Ikesha disconnected my call when she appeared unable to address my concerns. The entire experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable. Patients deserve transparency regarding insurance coverage and possible costs before receiving care--not a surprise bill afterward and no meaningful assistance from billing. For thirty five years he was the epitome of calming and always available for a consult, that all changed once his son joined him. It became Impossible to have any contact with him. My appointment came and went like it never existed. When I called I was told it would be 300 dollars cash for a vist with Dr. Magdy. How ironic that some of the staff who in some cases were not born when I first started seeing Dr. Magdy now turned the atmosphere into something uncomfortable and unrecognizable. I felt like there was something off about the visit so I ended up taking her to comer cER where she was looked at much more thoroughly and was told there's zero signs of an ear or eye infection and they have no clue why the doctor there said that. The pediatrician was also concerned about the antibiotics given by the doctor here and said they were way too strong for such a little baby. Do not waste your time going here. They make up stuff so they can bill your insurance for a higher bill. Since writing this review I have received hateful emails I'm sure which are from either the owner of a staff member there.
