So I guess for some reason Her system gave her some wrong information for who is listed as my primary doctor, and supposedly I was supposed to go and change it. As a result of this info in there, she called the day before to cancel my appointment...The thing is that I do have a new insurance card and I was bringing it today for them to update, and these ones do not even list a specific doctor. So the problem is solved, but how on earth was i supposed to fix this ahead of my doctor appointment when it is always updated when walking in and checking in...that and my phone does not have a voicemail because it was hacked long ago. She kept complaining and blaming me for this which is unprofessional bec I can't change it. She kept speaking over me because she didn't want to hear my explanations and she said "I'm not arguing anymore!" Over and over. Which this was not an argument, it is an explanation to the false info you are spewing in my face that obviously someone at her desk put into the system in the first place! Like I don't touch the computer so how is it my fault and problem if another doctor is listed. That's when you wait for me to show up and shove the new insurance card in your face to copy into there like I was "instructed to complete" to which she was telling me my apt got canceled for that reason as well? but she was being sissy and ignorant to me and obviously doesn't know how to have a professional conversation with patients!!

Kindly ask her to give me a minute.(her bedside manner was kind of weird cause she kept on calling me, honey, and she seemed in a rush when I looked at my live account to look up the echocardiogram report(she put in there. The study was technically limited due to poor patient compliance.) * this woman is a Jekyll and Hyde and she rushes you(in my opinion this was a terrible experience after I seen the result. I have had many "services" and appointments over the years and have never had an issue. When I'm told to have a test , service or specialist appointment.....never had anything gone "wrong". I've always been advised if there will be a cost and even in the times it's an estimate.....those costs were on target ! I feel if one manages the process and truly understands the service....all will be fine. I think some people might just not "listen" well enough or lack the necessary information they need to get through the experience. I am happy to be a patient with DULY !

The last thing you want to deal with is an incompetent doctor, or one that makes you feel uncomfortable. Luckily, I don't have those problems with Dr. Williams. First, the facility: it is in a big office building right on 95th next to U-Haul. You need to go in the driveway immediately before the U-Haul when going eastbound. It is very hard to get in otherwise. There is a ton of parking, but depending on the time, it can get full and you might have to park on the street toward the side street. It seems to be busier in the morning so avoid that time if you can. This building has a pharmacy indoors, and a bunch of other doc offices. Dr. Williams and a few other OBGYN docs are on the third floor. Check in is usually easy, though one time I did have a problem. The receptionist somehow didn't have it down that I had an appointment, even though I made it over the phone with her. This caused a mixup with my insurance, saying they couldn't cover my visit since I was over 50. Um no. It took a while to straighten out the situation with billing. Now they have a nice feature where you can book your appointment online. Super convenient. Dr. Williams puts me at ease during the uncomfortable annual visit. Not going into detail (you know the drill), she talks me through what's happening and tells me to relax and I do. It really makes the visit easier when you're not getting yelled at or lectured. She's non-judgmental, which is nice, and she's really easy to talk to. Wait times can vary. I had a 2pm appointment but got there at 1:30 since I came straight from work and didn't hit any traffic. They took me within 10 minutes and I was out of there by 2. However, like I said, some of the times I've had morning appointments, I've had to wait for 40 minutes past my appointed time. That hasn't happened for a while now though, so maybe they've fixed that problem. I don't know how the other doctors are, but I'm very happy with Dr. Williams and glad I found someone good on the first try.

My last doctor there- Zamoyski was great at first for the few years, but started being angry when you asked too many questions or challenged her just a little.... my family saw it too... they "banned" my 30 YO daughter 1st..... then banned my 84 YO mother in law.... I finally gave up and found a new provider before Lawn banned the rest of the family. Best thing I ever did... Run... or walk ... but away from here

Dr Williams delivered my first child. She ignored symptoms of severe preeclampsia, did not induce…read moreme until 41+3 with an IVF baby, and by that time I was severely preeclamptic and it took 12 hours to get control of my blood pressure before it was safe to induce. I hemorrhaged after delivery and spent 5 days in ICU. I returned to the ER 6 days after being released due to passing very large blood clots and continuously bleeding through everything. After having a d&c to remove retained placenta, Dr Williams rudely commented on the rapid weight loss I experienced in the weeks after delivery (pretty sure my body was in shock and fighting to survive) and blamed me for the severe bleeding I had experienced accusing me of being too active (I could barely get off the couch to care for my newborn at times). This doctor caused PTSD for me and I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. My baby and I are lucky to have survived the experience. She was always late to appointments and acted too busy to actively listen. I'm shocked she has resurfaced after what appeared to be a period of time she was no longer in practice.

Maria told them to do this-but it was not true. So I printed the deposited checks from my bank account where it showed that Nowobilska had deposited them. I do not want to go to a doctor that cares more about the money then my health-esp when I had paid my bill. They cashed the checks but did not bother to make note of the payment. My insurance pays the bulk, she is just money hungry. Also every time I went to this office I had a very long wait period in the waiting room and then again in the doctors room. She clearly believes her time is more important than her patients. Also I have a thyroid problem and twice I mentioned I was concerned about my weight gain-her response both times was telling me that I am a beautiful woman-dismissing my concerns instead of recommending some info re nutrition and possible ways to handle the disease. Obviously I do not recommend this practice-it is the pits.
