My son was scheduled to get ear tubes put in a few days later, and Jennifer recommended for me to mention to the ENT Doctor to check for a tongue tie while he was under anesthesia. (Couldn't hurt, right?) Turns out, he DID in fact have a tongue tie! Pediatrician, ENT nor myself never caught that! Jennifer saved us the hassle of having to deal with that later down the road! We got a letter from the Speech Emporium claiming that they mailed me a statement in July and spoke with me on September. I have never received such a statement and spoken with the Speech Emporium. I reviewed my credit card statements and found out that I have paid $1,800.00 from Jan to May. There is no way we owe Speech Emporium for $500.00 On the letter, the Speech Emporium threaten to report the unpaid bill to the collection if I don't pay by Nov 11th. This is a medical scam!

When my son graduated OT we were given multiple resources to continue his development from home. We are considering getting him re-evaluated for speech therapy and wouldn't go anywhere else. They also take all precautions necessary when it comes to Covid. The new building is awesome, the front office staff is helpful, and we recommend anyone to Space!

NTS has several rooms full of equipment and toys, a skateboard ramp, a zip-line, rock climbing wall, and more swings than you can think of. The learning and improvement opportunities here are endless. I would not take my son anywhere else. Highly recommended. THANK YOU NTS FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR MY SON!
