We are so grateful for God bringing Dr. Dibble into our life and allowing us to experience what a true doctor/patient relationship should be. They tore down the old building and raised the lot due to floods but the original parking lots remain. Anyway, the building inside is beautiful, clean and very high tech. Check in was easy at the kiosk. They have plenty of seating on the 5th floor and even a coffee bar. They send you a text to meet your medical assistant at the door. They still come out and call your name. The rooms were nice and fancy with computerized signs outside the door. Very nice complex.

I have been to several ERs taking care of my parents. This is the 1st time for me. It was the…read moreworst experience I have encountered. I came in with chest pain and shortness of breath. They had me wait for 10 minutes and then called back to be put in the hallway. Drew labs and started an IV. They proceeded to take me back to the waiting room with an IV, no call bell. Still very short of breath. After 20 minutes I saw a nurse and told her I wanted to go back to the hallway because I was so short of breath. Asked her who my nurse was and she stated we all are. They dont have phleboomist so they have aids draw your blood! She kept poking me, reached for something and let go of my needle insertion so blood splattered all over the floor. At this point I was in tears. My lab values were extremely abnormal and they did place me in a room after 4 hours. I was admitted. I will never step foot in that emergency room again.

At first I thought it would be awkward having someone watch me breastfeed and critiquing me but it was not like that at all, she made me feel right at home and like she was a close friend who really understood how badly I wanted to breastfeed. She is so professional and easy to talk to, she is so knowledgeable and informative, you can tell she loves her job and is truly genuine and wants to help. And my insurance paid for her to come to my house, it was 100% free to me which I was shocked but very pleased! Both of my children had tongue ties and my daughter has a lip tie as well. I went to a free breastfeeding class at the hospital because my nipples were cracked and bleeding and I had such a sharp shooting pain when I tried to nurse. My nipples were so bad that the nurse told me I needed to pump and bottle feed her until they healed. After that I was a little discouraged because I was afraid that I may not be able to continue to breastfeed or that my daughter would prefer the bottle and then not take the breast. That's when I was looking for more help and contacted Itty Bitties and had Nicole come to my house. She showed me techniques to get her to latch, different positions to breastfeed her in, as well as exercises that I could do with her to help. She also showed me the tongue and lip tie and explained what my options were and made sure I was understanding her. I don't normally write reviews but I read so many mommy blogs and so much on google about breastfeeding and getting your baby to latch and it really helped reading reviews, experiences and posts that I wanted to leave one on here for any other new mother who is reaching out and looking for help like I was. Definitely give them a call because it really is nice to have help, especially if breastfeeding is important to you and you really want to make it work but you or your baby are struggling with it. However, during the visit, I was told that I could not be covered for an annual exam without coming in person. Since I live in Dallas and cannot travel to Houston, there was no point in continuing the appointment. What felt difficult for me was that instead of having my questions addressed, the conversation shifted immediately to payment. That left me feeling like money was prioritized over my care. I believe patients would feel more supported if their concerns were listened to first and billing discussed with more empathy. I have always paid for my visits and would never intend otherwise, but based on this experience, I don't think I will be continuing care with this provider.
