Was honest enough to say he hadn't done a front door screen lately but went out of his way to do some research on it so as to provide an estimate. Very easy to talk to. This guy is awesome. My daughter locked herself in our room when I was at work and my wife didn't know how to get the door unlocked. I called BA Locksmith up and told him about the situation and what type of lock it was. He gave me clear instruction on how to get the lock to release. I told my wife and my daughter was safe and sound. The most impressive part is that he called me back to make sure everything was OK. Ben was able to come in less than 20 mins to come and unlock my Honda Accord door. I was very suprised he showed up so fast, but Ben said that was his normal response time. After trying several things he could not get it open because it was a very uncommon lock, but he helped me find the instructions to get a replacement key. When my front door lock broke the day before we were going on vacation, it was panic time. I checked Yelp and found BA Locksmith and all the great reviews. I called Ben and he came over as soon as he was free. He checked the lock and knew it was not practical to repair, being an antique with either no available, or hard to find, parts. He made a great suggestion to install a new deadbolt, and we could still use the old door handle and latch without having to remove it or make ugly changes to the door. I've been so busy with life that I realized I never left a review for this great guy. For starters this was the most friendly guy of all the people I called when needing a locksmith. I let him know the situation I was in and the time was very tricky since it was a eviction and we needed to get the building re-keyed.
